摩西向會眾念這首歌

³⁰摩西將這一篇歌的話都說與以色列全會眾聽。Then Moses recited aloud to the whole assembly of Israel the words of this song from beginning to end:

呼喚天地來聽

¹諸天哪，側耳，我要說話；願地也聽我口中的言語。Give ear, O heavens, and I will speak; hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.

²我的教訓要淋漓如雨；我的言語要滴落如露，如細雨降在嫩草上，如甘霖降在菜蔬中。Let my teaching fall like rain and my speech settle like dew, like gentle rain on new grass, like showers on tender plants.

³我要宣告耶和華的名；你們要將大德歸與我們的　神。For I will proclaim the name of the LORD. Ascribe greatness to our God!

神是磐石，作為完全

⁴他是磐石，他的作為完全；他所行的無不公平，是誠實無偽的　神，又公義，又正直。He is the Rock, His work is perfect; all His ways are just. A God of faithfulness without injustice, righteous and upright is He.

⁵這乖僻彎曲的世代向他行事邪僻；有這弊病就不是他的兒女。His people have acted corruptly toward Him; the blemish on them is not that of His children, but of a perverse and crooked generation.

⁶愚昧無知的民哪，你們這樣報答耶和華嗎？他豈不是你的父、將你買來的嗎？他是製造你、建立你的。Is this how you repay the LORD, O foolish and senseless people? Is He not your Father and Creator? Has He not made you and established you?

追想神怎樣揀選雅各

⁷你當追想上古之日，思念歷代之年；問你的父親，他必指示你；問你的長者，他必告訴你。Remember the days of old; consider the years long past. Ask your father, and he will tell you, your elders, and they will inform you.

⁸至高者將地業賜給列邦，將世人分開，就照以色列人的數目立定萬民的疆界。When the Most High gave the nations their inheritance, when He divided the sons of man, He set the boundaries of the peoples according to the number of the sons of God.

⁹耶和華的分本是他的百姓；他的產業本是雅各。But the LORD’s portion is His people, Jacob His allotted inheritance.

在曠野看顧，如鷹護雛

¹⁰耶和華遇見他在曠野─荒涼野獸吼叫之地，就環繞他，看顧他，保護他，如同保護眼中的瞳人。He found him in a desert land, in a barren, howling wilderness; He surrounded him, He instructed him, He guarded him as the apple of His eye.

¹¹又如鷹攪動巢窩，在雛鷹以上兩翅搧展，接取雛鷹，背在兩翼之上。As an eagle stirs up its nest and hovers over its young, He spread His wings to catch them and carried them on His pinions.

¹²這樣，耶和華獨自引導他，並無外邦神與他同在。The LORD alone led him, and no foreign god was with him.

¹³耶和華使他乘駕地的高處，得吃田間的土產；又使他從磐石中咂蜜，從堅石中吸油；He made him ride on the heights of the land and fed him the produce of the field. He nourished him with honey from the rock and oil from the flinty crag,

¹⁴也吃牛的奶油，羊的奶，羊羔的脂油，巴珊所出的公綿羊和山羊，與上好的麥子，也喝葡萄汁釀的酒。with curds from the herd and milk from the flock, with the fat of lambs, with rams from Bashan, and goats, with the choicest grains of wheat. From the juice of the finest grapes you drank the wine.

耶書崙肥胖，離棄磐石

¹⁵但耶書崙漸漸肥胖，粗壯，光潤，踢跳，奔跑，便離棄造他的　神，輕看救他的磐石；But Jeshurun grew fat and kicked—becoming fat, bloated, and gorged. He abandoned the God who made him and scorned the Rock of his salvation.

¹⁶敬拜別神，觸動　神的憤恨，行可憎惡的事，惹了他的怒氣。They provoked His jealousy with foreign gods; they enraged Him with abominations.

¹⁷所祭祀的鬼魔並非真神，乃是素不認識的神，是近來新興的，是你列祖所不畏懼的。They sacrificed to demons, not to God, to gods they had not known, to newly arrived gods, which your fathers did not fear.

¹⁸你輕忽生你的磐石，忘記產你的　神。You ignored the Rock who brought you forth; you forgot the God who gave you birth.

神要向他們掩面

¹⁹耶和華看見他的兒女惹動他，就厭惡他們，說：When the LORD saw this, He rejected them, provoked to anger by His sons and daughters.

²⁰我要向他們掩面，看他們的結局如何。他們本是極乖僻的族類，心中無誠實的兒女。He said: “I will hide My face from them; I will see what will be their end. For they are a perverse generation—children of unfaithfulness.

²¹他們以那「不算為神」的觸動我的憤恨，以虛無的神惹了我的怒氣。我也要以那「不成子民」的觸動他們的憤恨，以愚昧的國民惹了他們的怒氣。They have provoked My jealousy by that which is not God; they have enraged Me with their worthless idols. So I will make them jealous by those who are not a people; I will make them angry by a nation without understanding.

²²因為在我怒中有火燒起，直燒到極深的陰間，把地和地的出產盡都焚燒，山的根基也燒著了。For a fire has been kindled by My anger, and it burns to the depths of Sheol; it consumes the earth and its produce, and scorches the foundations of the mountains.

²³我要將禍患堆在他們身上，把我的箭向他們射盡。I will heap disasters upon them; I will spend My arrows against them.

²⁴他們必因飢餓消瘦，被炎熱苦毒吞滅。我要打發野獸用牙齒咬他們，並土中腹行的，用毒氣害他們。They will be wasted from hunger and ravaged by pestilence and bitter plague; I will send the fangs of wild beasts against them, with the venom of vipers that slither in the dust.

²⁵外頭有刀劍，內室有驚恐，使人喪亡，使少男、童女、吃奶的、白髮的，盡都滅絕。Outside, the sword will take their children, and inside, terror will strike the young man and the young woman, the infant and the gray-haired man.

本要除滅，卻不容仇敵誇口

²⁶我說，我必將他們分散遠方，使他們的名號從人間除滅。I would have said that I would cut them to pieces and blot out their memory from mankind,

²⁷惟恐仇敵惹動我，只怕敵人錯看，說：是我們手的能力，並非耶和華所行的。if I had not dreaded the taunt of the enemy, lest their adversaries misunderstand and say: ‘Our own hand has prevailed; it was not the LORD who did all this.’”

惟願他們明白自己的結局

²⁸因為以色列民毫無計謀，心中沒有聰明。Israel is a nation devoid of counsel, with no understanding among them.

²⁹惟願他們有智慧，能明白這事，肯思念他們的結局。If only they were wise, they would understand it; they would comprehend their fate.

³⁰若不是他們的磐石賣了他們，若不是耶和華交出他們，一人焉能追趕他們千人？二人焉能使萬人逃跑呢？How could one man pursue a thousand, or two put ten thousand to flight, unless their Rock had sold them, unless the LORD had given them up?

³¹據我們的仇敵自己斷定，他們的磐石不如我們的磐石。For their rock is not like our Rock, even our enemies concede.

³²他們的葡萄樹是所多瑪的葡萄樹，蛾摩拉田園所生的；他們的葡萄是毒葡萄，全掛都是苦的。But their vine is from the vine of Sodom and from the fields of Gomorrah. Their grapes are poisonous; their clusters are bitter.

³³他們的酒是大蛇的毒氣，是虺蛇殘害的惡毒。Their wine is the venom of serpents, the deadly poison of cobras.

³⁴這不都是積蓄在我這裡，封鎖在我府庫中嗎？“Have I not stored up these things, sealed up within My vaults?

³⁵他們失腳的時候，伸冤報應在我；因他們遭災的日子近了；那要臨在他們身上的必速速來到。Vengeance is Mine; I will repay. In due time their foot will slip; for their day of disaster is near, and their doom is coming quickly.”

神必為百姓伸冤

³⁶耶和華見他百姓毫無能力，無論困住的、自由的都沒有剩下，就必為他們伸冤，為他的僕人後悔。For the LORD will vindicate His people and have compassion on His servants when He sees that their strength is gone and no one remains, slave or free.

³⁷他必說：他們的神，他們所投靠的磐石，He will say: “Where are their gods, the rock in which they took refuge,

³⁸就是向來吃他們祭牲的脂油，喝他們奠祭之酒的，在哪裡呢？他可以興起幫助你們，護衛你們。which ate the fat of their sacrifices and drank the wine of their drink offerings? Let them rise up and help you; let them give you shelter!

惟有我是神

³⁹你們如今要知道：我，惟有我是　神；在我以外並無別神。我使人死，我使人活；我損傷，我也醫治，並無人能從我手中救出來。See now that I am He; there is no God besides Me. I bring death and I give life; I wound and I heal, and there is no one who can deliver from My hand.

⁴⁰我向天舉手說：我憑我的永生起誓：For I lift up My hand to heaven and declare: As surely as I live forever,

⁴¹我若磨我閃亮的刀，手掌審判之權，就必報復我的敵人，報應恨我的人。when I sharpen My flashing sword, and My hand grasps it in judgment, I will take vengeance on My adversaries and repay those who hate Me.

⁴²我要使我的箭飲血飲醉，就是被殺被擄之人的血。我的刀要吃肉，乃是仇敵中首領之頭的肉。I will make My arrows drunk with blood, while My sword devours flesh—the blood of the slain and captives, the heads of the enemy leaders.”

⁴³你們外邦人當與主的百姓一同歡呼；因他要伸他僕人流血的冤，報應他的敵人，潔淨他的地，救贖他的百姓。Rejoice, O heavens, with Him, and let all God’s angels worship Him. Rejoice, O nations, with His people; for He will avenge the blood of His children. He will take vengeance on His adversaries and repay those who hate Him; He will cleanse His land and His people.

這律法是你們的生命

⁴⁴摩西和嫩的兒子約書亞去將這歌的一切話說給百姓聽。Then Moses came with Joshua son of Nun and recited all the words of this song in the hearing of the people.

⁴⁵摩西向以色列眾人說完了這一切的話，When Moses had finished reciting all these words to all Israel,

⁴⁶又說：「我今日所警教你們的，你們都要放在心上；要吩咐你們的子孫謹守遵行這律法上的話。he said to them, “Take to heart all the words I have solemnly declared to you this day, so that you may command your children to carefully follow all the words of this law.

⁴⁷因為這不是虛空、與你們無關的事，乃是你們的生命；在你們過約旦河要得為業的地上必因這事日子得以長久。」For they are not idle words to you, because they are your life, and by them you will live long in the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess.”

主的能力與耶穌同在

¹⁷有一天，耶穌教訓人，有法利賽人和教法師在旁邊坐著；他們是從加利利各鄉村和猶太並耶路撒冷來的。主的能力與耶穌同在，使他能醫治病人。One day Jesus was teaching, and the Pharisees and teachers of the law were sitting there. People had come from Jerusalem and from every village of Galilee and Judea, and the power of the Lord was present for Him to heal the sick.

朋友從房頂縋下癱子

¹⁸有人用褥子抬著一個癱子，要抬進去放在耶穌面前，Just then some men came carrying a paralyzed man on a mat. They tried to bring him inside to set him before Jesus,

¹⁹卻因人多，尋不出法子抬進去，就上了房頂，從瓦間把他連褥子縋到當中，正在耶穌面前。but they could not find a way through the crowd. So they went up on the roof and lowered him on his mat through the tiles into the middle of the crowd, right in front of Jesus.

²⁰耶穌見他們的信心，就對癱子說：「你的罪赦了。」When Jesus saw their faith, He said, “Friend, your sins are forgiven.”

除了神以外，誰能赦罪

²¹文士和法利賽人就議論說：「這說僭妄話的是誰？除了　神以外，誰能赦罪呢？」But the scribes and Pharisees began thinking to themselves, “Who is this man who speaks blasphemy? Who can forgive sins but God alone?”

²²耶穌知道他們所議論的，就說：「你們心裡議論的是甚麼呢？Knowing what they were thinking, Jesus replied, “Why are you thinking these things in your hearts?

²³或說『你的罪赦了』，或說『你起來行走』，哪一樣容易呢？Which is easier: to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up and walk’?

²⁴但要叫你們知道，人子在地上有赦罪的權柄。」就對癱子說：「我吩咐你，起來，拿你的褥子回家去吧！」But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on the earth to forgive sins…” He said to the paralytic, “I tell you, get up, pick up your mat, and go home.”

²⁵那人當眾人面前立刻起來，拿著他所躺臥的褥子回家去，歸榮耀與　神。And immediately the man stood up before them, took what he had been lying on, and went home glorifying God.

²⁶眾人都驚奇，也歸榮耀與　神，並且滿心懼怕，說：「我們今日看見非常的事了。」Everyone was taken with amazement and glorified God. They were filled with awe and said, “We have seen remarkable things today.”

呼召稅吏利未

²⁷這事以後，耶穌出去，看見一個稅吏，名叫利未，坐在稅關上，就對他說：「你跟從我來。」After this, Jesus went out and saw a tax collector named Levi sitting at the tax booth. “Follow Me,” He told him,

²⁸他就撇下所有的，起來，跟從了耶穌。and Levi got up, left everything, and followed Him.

與稅吏和罪人一同吃飯

²⁹利未在自己家裡為耶穌大擺筵席，有許多稅吏和別人與他們一同坐席。Then Levi hosted a great banquet for Jesus at his house. A large crowd of tax collectors was there, along with others who were eating with them.

³⁰法利賽人和文士就向耶穌的門徒發怨言說：「你們為甚麼和稅吏並罪人一同吃喝呢？」But the Pharisees and their scribes complained to Jesus’ disciples, “Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?”

³¹耶穌對他們說：「無病的人用不著醫生；有病的人才用得著。Jesus answered, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick.

³²我來本不是召義人悔改，乃是召罪人悔改。」I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

關於禁食的問題

³³他們說：「約翰的門徒屢次禁食祈禱，法利賽人的門徒也是這樣；惟獨你的門徒又吃又喝。」Then they said to Him, “John’s disciples and those of the Pharisees frequently fast and pray, but Yours keep on eating and drinking.”

³⁴耶穌對他們說：「新郎和陪伴之人同在的時候，豈能叫陪伴之人禁食呢？Jesus replied, “Can you make the guests of the bridegroom fast while He is with them?

³⁵但日子將到，新郎要離開他們，那日他們就要禁食了。」But the time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them; then they will fast.”

新布與新酒的比喻

³⁶耶穌又設一個比喻，對他們說：「沒有人把新衣服撕下一塊來補在舊衣服上；若是這樣，就把新的撕破了，並且所撕下來的那塊新的和舊的也不相稱。He also told them a parable: “No one tears a piece of cloth from a new garment and sews it on an old one. If he does, he will tear the new garment as well, and the patch from the new will not match the old.

³⁷也沒有人把新酒裝在舊皮袋裡；若是這樣，新酒必將皮袋裂開，酒便漏出來，皮袋也就壞了。And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. If he does, the new wine will burst the skins, the wine will spill, and the wineskins will be ruined.

³⁸但新酒必須裝在新皮袋裡。Instead, new wine is poured into new wineskins.

³⁹沒有人喝了陳酒又想喝新的；他總說陳的好。」And no one after drinking old wine wants new, for he says, ‘The old is better.’”
