1耶和华的默示应验在地大马士革—世人和以色列各支派的眼目都仰望耶和华—This is the burden of the word of the LORD against the land of Hadrach and Damascus its resting place—for the eyes of men and of all the tribes of Israel are upon the LORD—
2和靠近的哈马，并泰尔、西顿；因为这二城的人大有智慧。and also against Hamath, which borders it, as well as Tyre and Sidon, though they are very shrewd.
3泰尔为自己修筑，积蓄银子如尘沙，堆起精金如街上的泥土。Tyre has built herself a fortress; she has heaped up silver like dust, and gold like the dirt of the streets.
4主必赶出她，打败她海上的权利；她必被火烧灭。Behold, the Lord will impoverish her and cast her wealth into the sea, and she will be consumed by fire.
5亚实基伦看见必惧怕；迦萨看见甚痛苦；以革伦因失了盼望蒙羞。迦萨必不再有君王；亚实基伦也不再有居民。Ashkelon will see and fear; Gaza will writhe in agony, as will Ekron, for her hope will wither. There will cease to be a king in Gaza, and Ashkelon will be uninhabited.
6私生子（或译：外族人）必住在亚实突；我必除灭非利士人的骄傲。A mixed race will occupy Ashdod, and I will cut off the pride of the Philistines.
7我必除去他口中带血之肉和牙齿内可憎之物。他必作为余剩的人归与我们的 神，必在犹大像族长；以革伦人必如。I will remove the blood from their mouths and the abominations from between their teeth. Then they too will become a remnant for our God; they will become like a clan in Judah, and Ekron will be like the Jebusites.
8我必在我家的四围安营，使敌军不得任意往来，暴虐的人也不再经过，因为我亲眼看顾我的家。But I will camp around My house because of an army, because of those who march to and fro, and never again will an oppressor overrun My people, for now I keep watch with My own eyes.
9锡安的民哪，应当大大喜乐；耶路撒冷的民哪，应当欢呼。看哪，你的王来到你这里！他是公义的，并且施行拯救，地骑着驴，就是骑着驴的。Rejoice greatly, O Daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, O Daughter of Jerusalem! See, your King comes to you, righteous and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
10我必除灭以法莲的战车和耶路撒冷的战马；争战的弓也必除灭。他必向列国讲和平；他的权柄必从这海管到那海，从大河管到地极。And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the horse from Jerusalem, and the bow of war will be broken. Then He will proclaim peace to the nations. His dominion will extend from sea to sea, and from the Euphrates to the ends of the earth.
11锡安哪，我因与你立约的血，将你中间被掳而囚的人从中释放出来。As for you, because of the blood of My covenant, I will release your prisoners from the waterless pit.
12你们被囚而有指望的人都要转回保障。我今日说明，我必加倍赐福给你们。Return to your stronghold, O prisoners of hope; even today I declare that I will restore to you double.
13我拿犹大作上弦的弓；我拿以法莲为张弓的箭。锡安哪，我要激发你的众子，攻击希腊（原文是雅完）的众子，使你如勇士的刀。For I will bend Judah as My bow and fit it with Ephraim. I will rouse your sons, O Zion, against the sons of Greece. I will make you like the sword of a mighty man.
14耶和华必显现在他们以上；他的箭必射出像闪电。主耶和华必吹角，乘南方的旋风而行。Then the LORD will appear over them, and His arrow will go forth like lightning. The Lord GOD will sound the ram’s horn and advance in the whirlwinds of the south.
15万军之耶和华必保护他们；他们必吞灭仇敌，践踏弹石。他们必喝血呐喊，犹如饮酒；他们必像盛满血的碗，又像坛的四角满了血。The LORD of Hosts will shield them. They will destroy and conquer with slingstones; they will drink and roar as with wine. And they will be filled like sprinkling bowls, drenched like the corners of the altar.
16当那日，耶和华—他们的 神必看他的民如群羊，拯救他们；因为他们必像冠冕上的宝石，高举在他的地以上（或译：在他的地上发光辉）。On that day the LORD their God will save them as the flock of His people; for like jewels in a crown they will sparkle over His land.
17他的恩慈何等大！他的荣美何其盛！五谷健壮少男；新酒培养处女。How lovely they will be, and how beautiful! Grain will make the young men flourish, and new wine, the young women.
