3我惧怕的时候要倚靠你。When I am afraid, I put my trust in You.
4我倚靠 神，我要赞美他的话；我倚靠 神，必不惧怕。血气之辈能把我怎么样呢？In God, whose word I praise—in God I trust. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?
5他们终日颠倒我的话；他们一切的心思都是要害我。All day long they twist my words; all their thoughts are on my demise.
6他们聚集，埋伏窥探我的脚踪，等候要害我的命。They conspire, they lurk, they watch my steps while they wait to take my life.
7他们岂能因罪孽逃脱吗？ 神啊，求你在怒中使众民堕落！In spite of such sin, will they escape? In Your anger, O God, cast down the nations.
8我几次流离，你都记数；求你把我眼泪装在你的里。这不都记在你册子上吗？You have taken account of my wanderings. Put my tears in Your bottle—are they not in Your book?
9我呼求的日子，我的仇敌都要转身退后。 神帮助我，这是我所知道的。Then my enemies will retreat on the day I cry for help. By this I will know that God is on my side.
10我倚靠 神，我要赞美他的话；我倚靠耶和华，我要赞美他的话。In God, whose word I praise, in the LORD, whose word I praise,
11我倚靠 神，必不惧怕。人能把我怎么样呢？in God I trust; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?
12神啊，我向你所许的愿在我身上；我要将感谢祭献给你。Your vows are upon me, O God; I will render thank offerings to You.
13因为你救我的命脱离死亡。你岂不是救护我的脚不跌倒、使我在生命光中行在 神面前吗？For You have delivered my soul from death, and my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before God in the light of life.
