1（大卫在的时候，作这诗歌。）耶和华啊，我要尊崇你，因为你曾提拔我，不叫仇敌向我夸耀。A Psalm. A song for the dedication of the temple. Of David. I will exalt You, O LORD, for You have lifted me up and have not allowed my foes to rejoice over me.
2耶和华—我的 神啊，我曾呼求你，你医治了我。O LORD my God, I cried to You for help, and You healed me.
3耶和华啊，你曾把我的灵魂从阴间救上来，使我存活，不至于下坑。O LORD, You pulled me up from Sheol; You spared me from descending into the Pit.
4耶和华的圣民哪，你们要歌颂他，称赞他可记念的圣名。Sing to the LORD, O you His saints, and praise His holy name.
5因为，他的怒气不过是转眼之间；他的恩典乃是一生之久。虽然有哭泣，早晨便必欢呼。For His anger is fleeting, but His favor lasts a lifetime. Weeping may stay the night, but joy comes in the morning.
6至于我，我凡事平顺便说：我永不动摇。In prosperity I said, “I will never be shaken.”
7耶和华啊，你曾施恩，叫我的稳固；你掩了面，我就惊惶。O LORD, You favored me; You made my mountain stand strong. When You hid Your face, I was dismayed.
8耶和华啊，我曾求告你；我向耶和华恳求，说：To You, O LORD, I called, and I begged my Lord for mercy:
9我被害流血，下到坑中，有什么益处呢？尘土岂能称赞你，传说你的诚实么？“What gain is there in my bloodshed, in my descent to the Pit? Will the dust praise You? Will it proclaim Your faithfulness?
10耶和华啊，求你应允我，怜恤我！耶和华啊，求你帮助我！Hear me, O LORD, and have mercy; O LORD, be my helper.”
11你已将我的哀哭变为跳舞，将我的脱去，给我披上喜乐，You turned my mourning into dancing; You peeled off my sackcloth and clothed me with joy,
12好叫我的灵（原文是荣耀）歌颂你，并不住声。耶和华—我的 神啊，我要称谢你，直到永远！that my heart may sing Your praises and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks forever.
