1（上行之诗。）我要向山举目；我的帮助从何而来？A song of ascents. I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come?
2我的帮助从造天地的耶和华而来。My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
3他必不叫你的脚摇动；保护你的必不！He will not allow your foot to slip; your Protector will not slumber.
4保护以色列的，也不打盹也不睡觉。Behold, the Protector of Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
5保护你的是耶和华；耶和华在你右边你。The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is the shade on your right hand.
6白日，太阳必不伤你；夜间，月亮必不害你。The sun will not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.
7耶和华要保护你，免受一切的灾害；他要保护你的性命。The LORD will guard you from all evil; He will preserve your soul.
8你出你入，耶和华要保护你，从今时直到永远。The LORD will watch over your coming and going, both now and forevermore.
