1行为完全、遵行耶和华的，这人便为有福！Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the Law of the LORD.
2遵守他的、一心寻求他的，这人便为有福！Blessed are those who keep His testimonies and seek Him with all their heart.
3这人不做非义的事，但遵行他的道。They do no iniquity; they walk in His ways.
4耶和华啊，你曾将你的吩咐我们，为要我们殷勤遵守。You have ordained Your precepts, that we should keep them diligently.
5但愿我行事坚定，得以遵守你的律例。Oh, that my ways were committed to keeping Your statutes!
6我看重你的一切命令，就不至于羞愧。Then I would not be ashamed when I consider all Your commandments.
7我学了你公义的判语，就要以正直的心称谢你。I will praise You with an upright heart when I learn Your righteous judgments.
8我必守你的律例；求你总不要丢弃我！I will keep Your statutes; do not utterly forsake me.
9少年人用什么洁净他的行为呢？是要遵行你的话！How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to Your word.
10我一心寻求了你；求你不要叫我偏离你的命令。With all my heart I have sought You; do not let me stray from Your commandments.
11我将你的话藏在心里，免得我得罪你。I have hidden Your word in my heart that I might not sin against You.
12耶和华啊，你是应当称颂的！求你将你的律例教训我！Blessed are You, O LORD; teach me Your statutes.
13我用嘴唇传扬你口中的一切典章。With my lips I proclaim all the judgments of Your mouth.
14我喜悦你的法度，如同喜悦一切的财物。I rejoice in the way of Your testimonies as much as in all riches.
15我要默想你的训词，看重你的道路。I will meditate on Your precepts and regard Your ways.
16我要在你的律例中自乐；我不忘记你的话。I will delight in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word.
17求你用厚恩待你的仆人，使我存活，我就遵守你的话。Deal bountifully with Your servant, that I may live and keep Your word.
18求你开我的眼睛，使我看出你律法中的奇妙。Open my eyes that I may see wondrous things from Your law.
19我是在地上作；求你不要向我隐瞒你的命令！I am a stranger on the earth; do not hide Your commandments from me.
20我时常切慕你的典章，甚至心碎。My soul is consumed with longing for Your judgments at all times.
21受咒诅、偏离你命令的骄傲人，你已经责备他们。You rebuke the arrogant—the cursed who stray from Your commandments.
22求你除掉我所受的羞辱和藐视，因我遵守你的法度。Remove my scorn and contempt, for I have kept Your testimonies.
23虽有首领坐着我，你仆人却思想你的律例。Though rulers sit and slander me, Your servant meditates on Your statutes.
24你的法度是我所喜乐的，是我的谋士。Your testimonies are indeed my delight; they are my counselors.
25我的性命几乎归于尘土；求你照你的话将我救活！My soul cleaves to the dust; revive me according to Your word.
26我述说我所行的，你应允了我；求你将你的律例教训我！I recounted my ways, and You answered me; teach me Your statutes.
27求你使我明白你的训词，我就思想你的奇事。Make clear to me the way of Your precepts; then I will meditate on Your wonders.
28我的心因愁苦而；求你照你的话使我坚立！My soul melts with sorrow; strengthen me according to Your word.
29求你使我离开奸诈的道，开恩将你的律法赐给我！Remove me from the path of deceit and graciously grant me Your law.
30我拣选了忠信的道，将你的典章摆在我面前。I have chosen the way of truth; I have set Your ordinances before me.
31我持守你的法度；耶和华啊，求你不要叫我羞愧！I cling to Your testimonies, O LORD; let me not be put to shame.
32你我心的时候，我就往你命令的道上直奔。I run in the path of Your commandments, for You will enlarge my heart.
33耶和华啊，求你将你的律例指教我，我必遵守到底！Teach me, O LORD, the way of Your statutes, and I will keep them to the end.
34求你赐我悟性，我便遵守你的律法，且要一心遵守。Give me understanding that I may obey Your law, and follow it with all my heart.
35求你叫我遵行你的命令，因为这是我所喜乐的。Direct me in the path of Your commandments, for there I find delight.
36求你使我的心趋向你的法度，不趋向非义之财。Turn my heart to Your testimonies and not to covetous gain.
37求你叫我转眼不看，又叫我在你的道中生活。Turn my eyes away from worthless things; revive me with Your word.
38你向敬畏你的人所应许的话，求你向仆人坚定！Establish Your word to Your servant, to produce reverence for You.
39求你使我所怕的羞辱远离我，因你的典章本为美。Turn away the disgrace I dread, for Your judgments are good.
40我羡慕你的训词；求你使我在你的公义上生活！How I long for Your precepts! Revive me in Your righteousness.
41耶和华啊，愿你照你的话，使你的慈爱，就是你的救恩，临到我身上，May Your loving devotion come to me, O LORD, Your salvation, according to Your promise.
42我就有话回答那羞辱我的，因我倚靠你的话。Then I can answer him who taunts, for I trust in Your word.
43求你叫真理的话总不离开我口，因我仰望你的典章。Never take Your word of truth from my mouth, for I hope in Your judgments.
44我要常守你的律法，直到永永远远。I will always obey Your law, forever and ever.
45我要自由而行（或译：我要行在宽阔之地），因我素来你的训词。And I will walk in freedom, for I have sought Your precepts.
46我也要在君王面前论说你的法度，并不至于羞愧。I will speak of Your testimonies before kings, and I will not be ashamed.
47我要在你的命令中自乐；这命令素来是我所爱的。I delight in Your commandments because I love them.
48我又要遵行（原文是举手）你的命令，这命令素来是我所爱的；我也要思想你的律例。I lift up my hands to Your commandments, which I love, and I meditate on Your statutes.
49求你记念向你仆人所应许的话，叫我有盼望。Remember Your word to Your servant, upon which You have given me hope.
50这话将我救活了；我在患难中，因此得安慰。This is my comfort in affliction, that Your promise has given me life.
51骄傲的人甚侮慢我，我却未曾偏离你的律法。The arrogant utterly deride me, but I do not turn from Your law.
52耶和华啊，我记念你从古以来的典章，就得了安慰。I remember Your judgments of old, O LORD, and in them I find comfort.
53我见恶人离弃你的律法，就怒气发作，犹如火烧。Rage has taken hold of me because of the wicked who reject Your law.
54我在世寄居，素来以你的律例为诗歌。Your statutes are songs to me in the house of my pilgrimage.
55耶和华啊，我夜间记念你的名，遵守你的律法。In the night, O LORD, I remember Your name, that I may keep Your law.
56我所以如此，是因我守你的训词。This is my practice, for I obey Your precepts.
57耶和华是我的；我曾说，我要遵守你的言语。The LORD is my portion; I have promised to keep Your words.
58我一心求过你的恩；愿你照你的话怜悯我！I have sought Your face with all my heart; be gracious to me according to Your promise.
59我思想我所行的道，就转步归向你的法度。I considered my ways and turned my steps to Your testimonies.
60我急忙遵守你的命令，并不迟延。I hurried without hesitating to keep Your commandments.
61恶人的绳索缠绕我，我却没有忘记你的律法。Though the ropes of the wicked bind me, I do not forget Your law.
62我因你公义的典章，半夜必起来称谢你。At midnight I rise to give You thanks for Your righteous judgments.
63凡敬畏你、守你训词的人，我都与他作伴。I am a friend to all who fear You, and to those who keep Your precepts.
64耶和华啊，你的慈爱遍满大地；求你将你的律例教训我！The earth is filled with Your loving devotion, O LORD; teach me Your statutes.
65耶和华啊，你向来是照你的话善待仆人。You are good to Your servant, O LORD, according to Your word.
66求你将和知识赐给我，因我信了你的命令。Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in Your commandments.
67我未受苦以先走迷了路，现在却遵守你的话。Before I was afflicted, I went astray; but now I keep Your word.
68你本为善，所行的也善；求你将你的律例教训我！You are good, and You do what is good; teach me Your statutes.
69骄傲人谎言攻击我，我却要一心守你的训词。Though the arrogant have smeared me with lies, I keep Your precepts with all my heart.
70他们，我却喜爱你的律法。Their hearts are callous and insensitive, but I delight in Your law.
71我受苦是与我有益，为要使我学习你的律例。It was good for me to be afflicted, that I might learn Your statutes.
72你口中的训言（或译：律法）与我有益，胜于千万的金银。The law from Your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver.
73你的手制造我，建立我；求你赐我悟性，可以学习你的命令！Your hands have made me and fashioned me; give me understanding to learn Your commandments.
74敬畏你的人见我就要欢喜，因我仰望你的话。May those who fear You see me and rejoice, for I have hoped in Your word.
75耶和华啊，我知道你的判语是公义的；你使我受苦是以诚实待我。I know, O LORD, that Your judgments are righteous, and that in faithfulness You have afflicted me.
76求你照着应许仆人的话，以慈爱安慰我。May Your loving devotion comfort me, I pray, according to Your promise to Your servant.
77愿你的慈悲临到我，使我存活，因你的律法是我所喜爱的。May Your compassion come to me, that I may live, for Your law is my delight.
78愿骄傲人蒙羞，因为他们无理地倾覆我；但我要思想你的训词。May the arrogant be put to shame for subverting me with a lie; I will meditate on Your precepts.
79愿敬畏你的人归向我，他们就知道你的法度。May those who fear You turn to me, those who know Your testimonies.
80愿我的心在你的律例上完全，使我不致蒙羞。May my heart be blameless in Your statutes, that I may not be put to shame.
81我心渴想你的救恩，仰望你的应许。My soul faints for Your salvation; I wait for Your word.
82我因盼望你的应许眼睛失明，说：你何时安慰我？My eyes fail, looking for Your promise; I ask, “When will You comfort me?”
83我好像，却不忘记你的律例。Though I am like a wineskin dried up by smoke, I do not forget Your statutes.
84你仆人的年日有多少呢？你几时向逼迫我的人施行审判呢？How many days must Your servant wait? When will You execute judgment on my persecutors?
85不从你律法的骄傲人为我。The arrogant have dug pits for me in violation of Your law.
86你的命令尽都诚实；他们无理地逼迫我，求你帮助我！All Your commandments are faithful; I am persecuted without cause—help me!
87他们几乎把我从世上灭绝，但我没有离弃你的训词。They almost wiped me from the earth, but I have not forsaken Your precepts.
88求你照你的慈爱将我救活，我就遵守你口中的法度。Revive me according to Your loving devotion, that I may obey the testimony of Your mouth.
89耶和华啊，你的话安定在天，直到永远。Your word, O LORD, is everlasting; it is firmly fixed in the heavens.
90你的诚实存到万代；你坚定了地，地就长存。Your faithfulness continues through all generations; You established the earth, and it endures.
91天地照你的安排存到今日；万物都是你的仆役。Your ordinances stand to this day, for all things are servants to You.
92我若不是喜爱你的律法，早就在苦难中灭绝了！If Your law had not been my delight, then I would have perished in my affliction.
93我永不忘记你的训词，因你用这训词将我救活了。I will never forget Your precepts, for by them You have revived me.
94我是属你的，求你救我，因我寻求了你的训词。I am Yours; save me, for I have sought Your precepts.
95恶人等待我，要灭绝我，我却要你的法度。The wicked wait to destroy me, but I will ponder Your testimonies.
96我看万事尽都，惟有你的命令极其宽广。I have seen a limit to all perfection, but Your commandment is without limit.
97我何等爱慕你的律法，终日不住地思想。Oh, how I love Your law! All day long it is my meditation.
98你的命令常存在我心里，使我比仇敌有智慧。Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for they are always with me.
99我比我的师傅更通达，因我思想你的法度。I have more insight than all my teachers, for Your testimonies are my meditation.
100我比年老的更明白，因我守了你的训词。I discern more than the elders, for I obey Your precepts.
101我禁止我脚走一切的邪路，为要遵守你的话。I have kept my feet from every evil path, that I may keep Your word.
102我没有偏离你的典章，因为你教训了我。I have not departed from Your ordinances, for You Yourself have taught me.
103你的言语在我何等甘美，在我口中比蜜更甜！How sweet are Your words to my taste—sweeter than honey in my mouth!
104我借着你的训词得以明白，所以我恨一切的假道。I gain understanding from Your precepts; therefore I hate every false way.
105你的话是我脚前的灯，是我路上的光。Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
106你公义的典章，我曾起誓遵守，我必按誓而行。I have sworn and confirmed that I will keep Your righteous judgments.
107我甚是受苦；耶和华啊，求你照你的话将我救活！I am severely afflicted, O LORD; revive me through Your word.
108耶和华啊，求你悦纳我口中的赞美为，又将你的典章教训我！Accept the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me Your judgments.
109我的性命常在危险之中，我却不忘记你的律法。I constantly take my life in my hands, yet I do not forget Your law.
110恶人为我设下网罗，我却没有偏离你的训词。The wicked have set a snare for me, but I have not strayed from Your precepts.
111我以你的法度为永远的产业，因这是我心中所喜爱的。Your testimonies are my heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.
112我的心专向你的律例，永远遵行，一直到底。I have inclined my heart to perform Your statutes, even to the very end.
113为我所恨；但你的律法为我所爱。The double-minded I despise, but Your law I love.
114你是我藏身之处，又是我的盾牌；我甚仰望你的话语。You are my hiding place and my shield; I put my hope in Your word.
115作恶的人哪，你们离开我吧！我好遵守我 神的命令。Depart from me, you evildoers, that I may obey the commandments of my God.
116求你照你的话扶持我，使我存活，也不叫我因失望而害羞。Sustain me as You promised, that I may live; let me not be ashamed of my hope.
117求你扶持我，我便得救，时常看重你的律例。Uphold me, and I will be saved, that I may always regard Your statutes.
118凡偏离你律例的人，你都他们，因为他们的诡诈必归虚空。You reject all who stray from Your statutes, for their deceitfulness is in vain.
119凡地上的恶人，你除掉他，好像除掉；因此我爱你的法度。All the wicked on earth You discard like dross; therefore I love Your testimonies.
120我因惧怕你，肉就发抖；我也怕你的判语。My flesh trembles in awe of You; I stand in fear of Your judgments.
121我行过公平和公义，求你不要撇下我给欺压我的人！I have done what is just and right; do not leave me to my oppressors.
122求你为仆人，使我得好处，不容骄傲人欺压我！Ensure Your servant’s well-being; do not let the arrogant oppress me.
123我因盼望你的救恩和你公义的话眼睛失明。My eyes fail, looking for Your salvation, and for Your righteous promise.
124求你照你的慈爱待仆人，将你的律例教训我。Deal with Your servant according to Your loving devotion, and teach me Your statutes.
125我是你的仆人，求你赐我悟性，使我得知你的法度。I am Your servant; give me understanding, that I may know Your testimonies.
126这是耶和华降罚的时候，因人废了你的律法。It is time for the LORD to act, for they have broken Your law.
127所以，我爱你的命令胜于金子，更胜于精金。Therefore I love Your commandments more than gold, even the purest gold.
128你一切的训词，在万事上我都以为正直；我却恨恶一切假道。Therefore I admire all Your precepts and hate every false way.
129你的法度奇妙，所以我一心谨守。Wonderful are Your testimonies; therefore I obey them.
130你的言语一解开就发出亮光，使愚人通达。The unfolding of Your words gives light; it informs the simple.
131我张口而，因我切慕你的命令。I open my mouth and pant, longing for Your commandments.
132求你转向我，怜悯我，好像你素常待那些爱你名的人。Turn to me and show me mercy, as You do to those who love Your name.
133求你用你的话使我脚步稳当，不许什么罪孽辖制我。Order my steps in Your word; let no sin rule over me.
134求你救我脱离人的欺压，我要遵守你的训词。Redeem me from the oppression of man, that I may keep Your precepts.
135求你用脸光照仆人，又将你的律例教训我。Make Your face shine upon Your servant, and teach me Your statutes.
136我的眼泪下流成河，因为他们不守你的律法。My eyes shed streams of tears because Your law is not obeyed.
137耶和华啊，你是公义的；你的判语也是正直的！Righteous are You, O LORD, and upright are Your judgments.
138你所命定的法度是凭公义和至诚。The testimonies You have laid down are righteous and altogether faithful.
139我心，如同火烧，因我敌人忘记你的言语。My zeal has consumed me because my foes forget Your words.
140你的话极其，所以你的仆人喜爱。Your promise is completely pure; therefore Your servant loves it.
141我微小，被人藐视，却不忘记你的训词。I am lowly and despised, but I do not forget Your precepts.
142你的公义永远长存；你的律法尽都真实。Your righteousness is everlasting and Your law is true.
143我遭遇患难愁苦，你的命令却是我所喜爱的。Trouble and distress have found me, but Your commandments are my delight.
144你的法度永远是公义的；求你赐我悟性，我就活了。Your testimonies are righteous forever. Give me understanding, that I may live.
145耶和华啊，我一心呼吁你；求你应允我，我必谨守你的律例！I call with all my heart; answer me, O LORD! I will obey Your statutes.
146我向你呼吁，求你救我！我要遵守你的法度。I call to You; save me, that I may keep Your testimonies.
147我趁天未亮呼求；我仰望了你的言语。I rise before dawn and cry for help; in Your word I have put my hope.
148我趁未换将眼睁开，为要思想你的话语。My eyes anticipate the watches of night, that I may meditate on Your word.
149求你照你的慈爱听我的声音；耶和华啊，求你照你的典章将我救活！Hear my voice, O LORD, according to Your loving devotion; give me life according to Your justice.
150追求奸恶的人临近了；他们远离你的律法。Those who follow after wickedness draw near; they are far from Your law.
151耶和华啊，你与我相近；你一切的命令尽都真实！You are near, O LORD, and all Your commandments are true.
152我因学你的法度，久已知道是你永远立定的。Long ago I learned from Your testimonies that You have established them forever.
153求你看顾我的苦难，搭救我，因我不忘记你的律法。Look upon my affliction and rescue me, for I have not forgotten Your law.
154求你为我，救赎我，照你的话将我救活。Defend my cause and redeem me; revive me according to Your word.
155救恩远离恶人，因为他们不寻求你的律例。Salvation is far from the wicked because they do not seek Your statutes.
156耶和华啊，你的慈悲本为大；求你照你的典章将我救活。Great are Your mercies, O LORD; revive me according to Your ordinances.
157逼迫我的，抵挡我的，很多，我却没有偏离你的法度。Though my persecutors and foes are many, I have not turned from Your testimonies.
158我看见奸恶的人就甚憎恶，因为他们不遵守你的话。I look on the faithless with loathing because they do not keep Your word.
159你看我怎样爱你的训词！耶和华啊，求你照你的慈爱将我救活！Consider how I love Your precepts, O LORD; give me life according to Your loving devotion.
160你话的总纲是真实；你一切公义的典章是永远长存。The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever.
161首领无故地逼迫我，但我的心畏惧你的言语。Rulers persecute me without cause, but my heart fears only Your word.
162我喜爱你的话，好像人得了许多。I rejoice in Your promise like one who finds great spoil.
163谎话是我所恨恶所憎嫌的；惟你的律法是我所爱的。I hate and abhor falsehood, but Your law I love.
164我因你公义的典章一天七次赞美你。Seven times a day I praise You for Your righteous judgments.
165爱你律法的人有大平安，什么都不能使他们绊脚。Abundant peace belongs to those who love Your law; nothing can make them stumble.
166耶和华啊，我仰望了你的救恩，遵行了你的命令。I wait for Your salvation, O LORD, and I carry out Your commandments.
167我心里守了你的法度；这法度我甚喜爱。I obey Your testimonies and love them greatly.
168我遵守了你的训词和法度，因我一切所行的都在你面前。I obey Your precepts and Your testimonies, for all my ways are before You.
169耶和华啊，愿我的呼吁达到你面前，照你的话赐我悟性。May my cry come before You, O LORD; give me understanding according to Your word.
170愿我的恳求达到你面前，照你的话搭救我。May my plea come before You; rescue me according to Your promise.
171愿我的嘴发出赞美的话，因为你将律例教训我。My lips pour forth praise, for You teach me Your statutes.
172愿我的舌头歌唱你的话，因你一切的命令尽都公义。My tongue sings of Your word, for all Your commandments are righteous.
173愿你用手帮助我，因我拣选了你的训词。May Your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen Your precepts.
174耶和华啊，我切慕你的救恩！你的律法也是我所喜爱的。I long for Your salvation, O LORD, and Your law is my delight.
175愿我的性命存活，得以赞美你！愿你的典章帮助我！Let me live to praise You; may Your judgments sustain me.
176我如亡羊走迷了路，求你寻找仆人，因我不忘记你的命令。I have strayed like a lost sheep; seek Your servant, for I have not forgotten Your commandments.
