1“你们不要人，免得你们被论断。“Do not judge, or you will be judged.
2因为你们怎样论断人，也必怎样被论断；你们用什么量给人，也必用什么量器量给你们。For with the same judgment you pronounce, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
3为什么看见你弟兄眼中有，却不想自己眼中有呢？Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye but fail to notice the beam in your own eye?
4你自己眼中有梁木，怎能对你弟兄说：‘容我去掉你眼中的刺’呢？How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ while there is still a beam in your own eye?
5你这假冒为善的人！先去掉自己眼中的梁木，然后才能看得清楚，去掉你弟兄眼中的刺。You hypocrite! First take the beam out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
6不要把圣物给狗，也不要把你们的珍珠丢在前，恐怕它践踏了珍珠，转过来咬你们。”Do not give dogs what is holy; do not throw your pearls before swine. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and then turn and tear you to pieces.
7“你们祈求，就给你们；寻找，就寻见；，就给你们开门。Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.
8因为凡祈求的，就得着；寻找的，就寻见；叩门的，就给他开门。For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.
9你们中间谁有儿子求饼，反给他石头呢？Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?
10求鱼，反给他蛇呢？Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake?
11你们虽然不好，尚且知道拿好东西给儿女，何况你们在天上的父，岂不更把好东西给求他的人吗？So if you who are evil know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!
12所以，无论何事，你们愿意人怎样待你们，你们也要怎样待人，因为这就是的道理。”In everything, then, do to others as you would have them do to you. For this is the essence of the Law and the Prophets.
13“你们要进窄门。因为引到灭亡，那门是宽的，路是大的，进去的人也多；Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.
14引到永生，那门是窄的，路是小的，找着的人也少。”But small is the gate and narrow the way that leads to life, and only a few find it.
15“你们要防备。他们到你们这里来，外面披着羊皮，里面却是。Beware of false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.
16凭着他们的果子，就可以认出他们来。荆棘上岂能摘葡萄呢？蒺藜里岂能摘无花果呢？By their fruit you will recognize them. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?
17这样，凡好树都结好果子，惟独坏树结坏果子。Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.
18好树不能结坏果子；坏树不能结好果子。A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit.
19凡不结好果子的树就砍下来，丢在火里。Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
20所以，凭着他们的果子就可以认出他们来。”So then, by their fruit you will recognize them.
21“凡称呼我‘主啊，主啊’的人不能都进天国；惟独遵行我天父旨意的人才能进去。Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
22当必有许多人对我说：‘主啊，主啊，我们不是奉你的名传道，奉你的名赶鬼，奉你的名行许多吗？’Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’
23我就明明地告诉他们说：‘我从来不认识你们，你们这些，离开我去吧！’”Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!’
24“所以，凡听见我这话就去行的，好比一个聪明人，把房子盖在上；Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.
25雨淋，水冲，风吹，撞着那房子，房子总不倒塌，因为根基立在磐石上。The rain fell, the torrents raged, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because its foundation was on the rock.
26凡听见我这话不去行的，好比一个无知的人，把房子盖在沙土上；But everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them is like a foolish man who built his house on sand.
27雨淋，水冲，风吹，撞着那房子，房子就倒塌了，并且倒塌得很大。”The rain fell, the torrents raged, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell—and great was its collapse!”
28耶稣讲完了这些话，众人都他的教训；When Jesus had finished saying these things, the crowds were astonished at His teaching,
29因为他教训他们，正像有权柄的人，不像他们的文士。because He taught as one who had authority, and not as their scribes.
