1耶稣说完了这一切的话，就对门徒说：When Jesus had finished saying all these things, He told His disciples,
2“你们知道，过两天是，人子将要被交给人，钉在十字架上。”“You know that the Passover is two days away, and the Son of Man will be handed over to be crucified.”
3那时，祭司长和民间的长老聚集在大祭司称为的院里。At that time the chief priests and elders of the people assembled in the courtyard of the high priest, whose name was Caiaphas,
4大家商议要用诡计拿住耶稣，杀他，and they conspired to arrest Jesus covertly and kill Him.
5只是说：“当节的日子不可，恐怕民间生乱。”“But not during the feast,” they said, “or there may be a riot among the people.”
6耶稣在伯大尼家里，While Jesus was in Bethany in the home of Simon the Leper,
7有一个女人拿着一极贵的来，趁耶稣坐席的时候，浇在他的头上。a woman came to Him with an alabaster jar of expensive perfume, which she poured on His head as He reclined at the table.
8门徒看见就很不喜悦，说：“何用这样的呢！When the disciples saw this, they were indignant and asked, “Why this waste?
9这香膏可以卖许多钱，穷人。”This perfume could have been sold at a high price, and the money given to the poor.”
10耶稣看出他们的意思，就说：“为什么这女人呢？她在我身上做的是一件美事。Aware of this, Jesus asked, “Why are you bothering this woman? She has done a beautiful deed to Me.
11因为常有穷人和你们同在；只是你们不常有我。The poor you will always have with you, but you will not always have Me.
12她将这香膏浇在我身上是为我安葬做的。By pouring this perfume on Me, she has prepared My body for burial.
13我实在告诉你们，普天之下，无论在什么地方传这福音，也要述说这女人所行的，作个纪念。”Truly I tell you, wherever this gospel is preached in all the world, what she has done will also be told in memory of her.”
14当下，十二门徒里有一个称为的，去见祭司长，Then one of the Twelve, the one called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests
15说：“我把他交给你们，你们愿意给我多少钱？”他们就给了他。and asked, “What are you willing to give me if I hand Him over to you?” And they set out for him thirty pieces of silver.
16从那时候，他就找机会要把耶稣交给他们。So from then on Judas looked for an opportunity to betray Jesus.
17除酵节的第一天，门徒来问耶稣说：“你吃逾越节的筵席，要我们在哪里给你预备？”On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Where do You want us to prepare for You to eat the Passover?”
18耶稣说：“你们进城去，到某人那里，对他说：‘夫子说：我的时候快到了，我与门徒要在你家里守逾越节。’”He answered, “Go into the city to a certain man and tell him that the Teacher says, ‘My time is near. I will keep the Passover with My disciples at your house.’”
19门徒遵着耶稣所吩咐的就去预备了逾越节的筵席。So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover.
20到了晚上，耶稣和十二个门徒坐席。When evening came, Jesus was reclining with the twelve disciples.
21正吃的时候，耶稣说：“我实在告诉你们，你们中间有一个人要卖我了。”And while they were eating, He said to them, “Truly I tell you, one of you will betray Me.”
22他们就甚忧愁，一个一个地问他说：“主，是我吗？”They were deeply grieved and began to ask Him one after another, “Surely not I, Lord?”
23耶稣回答说：“同我的，就是他要卖我。Jesus answered, “The one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with Me will betray Me.
24人子必要去世，正如经上指着他所写的；但卖人子的人有祸了！那人不生在世上倒好。”The Son of Man will go just as it is written about Him, but woe to that man by whom He is betrayed. It would be better for him if he had not been born.”
25卖耶稣的犹大问他说：“拉比，是我吗？”耶稣说：“。”Then Judas, who would betray Him, said, “Surely not I, Rabbi?” Jesus answered, “You have said it yourself.”
26他们吃的时候，耶稣拿起饼来，祝福，就，递给门徒，说：“你们拿着吃，这是我的身体”；While they were eating, Jesus took bread, spoke a blessing and broke it, and gave it to the disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is My body.”
27又拿起杯来，祝谢了，递给他们，说：“你们都喝这个；Then He took the cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you.
28因为这是我，为多人流出来，使罪得赦。This is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
29但我告诉你们，从今以后，我不再喝这，直到我在我父的国里同你们喝新的那日子。”I tell you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it anew with you in My Father’s kingdom.”
30他们，就出来往橄榄山去。And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.
31那时，耶稣对他们说：“今夜，你们为我的缘故都要。因为经上记着说：我要，羊就分散了。Then Jesus said to them, “This very night you will all fall away on account of Me. For it is written: ‘I will strike the Shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’
32但我复活以后，要在你们以先往加利利去。”But after I have risen, I will go ahead of you into Galilee.”
33彼得说：“众人虽然为你的缘故跌倒，我却永不跌倒。”Peter said to Him, “Even if all fall away on account of You, I never will.”
34耶稣说：“我实在告诉你，今夜以先，你要三次不认我。”“Truly I tell you,” Jesus declared, “this very night, before the rooster crows, you will deny Me three times.”
35彼得说：“我就是必须和你同死，也总不能不认你。”众门徒都是这样说。Peter replied, “Even if I have to die with You, I will never deny You.” And all the other disciples said the same thing.
36耶稣同门徒来到一个地方，名叫，就对他们说：“你们坐在这里，等我到那边去祷告。”Then Jesus went with His disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and He told them, “Sit here while I go over there and pray.”
37于是带着彼得和西庇太的两个儿子同去，就忧愁起来，，He took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee and began to be sorrowful and deeply distressed.
38便对他们说：“我心里甚是忧伤，；你们在这里等候，和我一同警醒。”Then He said to them, “My soul is consumed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with Me.”
39他就稍往前走，在地，祷告说：“我父啊，倘若可行，求你叫离开我。然而，不要照我的意思，只要照你的意思。”Going a little farther, He fell facedown and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me. Yet not as I will, but as You will.”
40来到门徒那里，见他们睡着了，就对彼得说：“怎么样？你们不能同我警醒片时吗？Then Jesus returned to the disciples and found them sleeping. “Were you not able to keep watch with Me for one hour?” He asked Peter.
41总要警醒祷告，免得入了。你们心灵固然愿意，。”“Watch and pray so that you will not enter into temptation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak.”
42第二次又去祷告说：“我父啊，这杯若不能离开我，必要我喝，就愿你的意旨成全。”A second time He went away and prayed, “My Father, if this cup cannot pass unless I drink it, may Your will be done.”
43又来，见他们睡着了，因为他们的眼睛。And again Jesus returned and found them sleeping, for their eyes were heavy.
44耶稣又离开他们去了。第三次祷告，说的话还是与先前一样。So He left them and went away once more and prayed a third time, saying the same thing.
45于是来到门徒那里，对他们说：“现在你们仍然睡觉安歇吧（吧：或译吗？）！时候到了，人子被卖在罪人手里了。Then He returned to the disciples and said, “Are you still sleeping and resting? Look, the hour is near, and the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
46起来！我们走吧。看哪，卖我的人近了。”Rise, let us go! See, My betrayer is approaching!”
47说话之间，那十二个门徒里的犹大来了，并有许多人带着刀棒，从祭司长和民间的长老那里与他同来。While Jesus was still speaking, Judas, one of the Twelve, arrived, accompanied by a large crowd armed with swords and clubs, sent from the chief priests and elders of the people.
48那卖耶稣的给了他们一个，说：“我与谁亲嘴，谁就是他。你们可以拿住他。”Now the betrayer had arranged a signal with them: “The One I kiss is the man; arrest Him.”
49犹大随即到耶稣跟前，说：“”，就与他亲嘴。Going directly to Jesus, he said, “Greetings, Rabbi!” and kissed Him.
50耶稣对他说：“朋友，你来要做的事，就做吧。”于是那些人上前，下手拿住耶稣。“Friend,” Jesus replied, “do what you came for.” Then the men stepped forward, seized Jesus, and arrested Him.
51有跟随耶稣的一个人伸手拔出刀来，将砍了一刀，削掉了他一个耳朵。At this, one of Jesus’ companions drew his sword and struck the servant of the high priest, cutting off his ear.
52耶稣对他说：“吧！凡动刀的，必死在刀下。“Put your sword back in its place,” Jesus said to him. “For all who draw the sword will die by the sword.
53你想，我不能求我父现在为我差遣来吗？Are you not aware that I can call on My Father, and He will at once put at My disposal more than twelve legions of angels?
54若是这样，经上所说，事情必须如此的话怎么应验呢？”But how then would the Scriptures be fulfilled that say it must happen this way?”
55当时，耶稣对众人说：“你们带着刀棒出来拿我，如同拿强盗吗？我天天坐在殿里教训人，你们并没有拿我。At that time Jesus said to the crowd, “Have you come out with swords and clubs to arrest Me as you would an outlaw? Every day I sat teaching in the temple courts, and you did not arrest Me.
56但这一切的事成就了，为要应验先知书上的话。”当下，门徒都离开他逃走了。But this has all happened so that the writings of the prophets would be fulfilled.” Then all the disciples deserted Him and fled.
57拿耶稣的人把他带到大祭司该亚法那里去；文士和长老已经在那里聚会。Those who had arrested Jesus led Him away to the house of Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes and elders had gathered.
58彼得远远地跟着耶稣，直到大祭司的院子，进到里面，就和同坐，要看这事到底怎样。But Peter followed Him at a distance, right up to the courtyard of the high priest. And he went in and sat down with the guards to see the outcome.
59祭司长和全寻找假见证控告耶稣，要治死他。Now the chief priests and the whole Sanhedrin were seeking false testimony against Jesus in order to put Him to death.
60虽有好些人来作假见证，总得不着实据。末后有两个人前来，说：But they did not find any, though many false witnesses came forward. Finally two came forward
61“这个人曾说：‘我能拆毁 神的殿，三日内又建造起来。’”and declared, “This man said, ‘I am able to destroy the temple of God and rebuild it in three days.’”
62大祭司就站起来，对耶稣说：“你什么都不回答吗？这些人作见证告你的是什么呢？”So the high priest stood up and asked Him, “Have You no answer? What are these men testifying against You?”
63耶稣却不言语。大祭司对他说：“我指着永生 神告诉我们，你是 神的儿子基督不是？”But Jesus remained silent. Then the high priest said to Him, “I charge You under oath by the living God: Tell us if You are the Christ, the Son of God.”
64耶稣对他说：“你说的是。然而，我告诉你们，后来你们要看见人子坐在，驾着天上的云降临。”“You have said it yourself,” Jesus answered. “But I say to all of you, from now on you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power and coming on the clouds of heaven.”
65大祭司就，说：“他说了的话，我们何必再用见证人呢？这僭妄的话，现在你们都听见了。At this, the high priest tore his clothes and declared, “He has blasphemed! Why do we need any more witnesses? Look, now you have heard the blasphemy.
66你们的意见如何？”他们回答说：“他是。”What do you think?” “He deserves to die,” they answered.
67他们就在他脸上，用拳头打他；也有用手掌打他的，说：Then they spit in His face and struck Him. Others slapped Him
68“基督啊！你是先知，告诉我们打你的是谁？”and said, “Prophesy to us, Christ! Who hit You?”
69彼得在外面院子里坐着，有一个前来，说：“你素来也是同那加利利人耶稣一伙的。”Meanwhile, Peter was sitting out in the courtyard, and a servant girl came up to him. “You also were with Jesus the Galilean,” she said.
70彼得在众人面前却不承认，说：“我不知道你说的是什么！”But he denied it before them all: “I do not know what you are talking about.”
71既出去，到了门口，又有一个使女看见他，就对那里的人说：“这个人也是同拿撒勒人耶稣一伙的。”When Peter had gone out to the gateway, another servant girl saw him and said to the people there, “This man was with Jesus of Nazareth.”
72彼得又不承认，并且起誓说：“我不认得那个人。”And again he denied it with an oath: “I do not know the man!”
73过了不多的时候，旁边站着的人前来，对彼得说：“你真是他们，你的把你露出来了。”After a little while, those standing nearby came up to Peter. “Surely you are one of them,” they said, “for your accent gives you away.”
74彼得就地说：“我不认得那个人。”立时，鸡就叫了。At that he began to curse and swear to them, “I do not know the man!” And immediately a rooster crowed.
75彼得想起耶稣所说的话：“鸡叫以先，你要三次不认我。”他就出去。Then Peter remembered the word that Jesus had spoken: “Before the rooster crows, you will deny Me three times.” And he went outside and wept bitterly.
