1众祭司啊，要听我的话！以色列家啊，要留心听！王家啊，要侧耳而听！审判要临到你们，因你们在米斯巴如网罗，在他泊山如铺张的网。“Hear this, O priests! Take heed, O house of Israel! Give ear, O royal house! For this judgment is against you because you have been a snare at Mizpah, a net spread out on Tabor.
2这些悖逆的人肆行杀戮，罪孽极深；我却斥责他们众人。The rebels are deep in slaughter; but I will chastise them all.
3以法莲为我所知；以色列不能向我隐藏。以法莲哪，现在你行淫了，以色列被玷污了。I know all about Ephraim, and Israel is not hidden from Me. For now, O Ephraim, you have turned to prostitution; Israel is defiled.
4他们所行的使他们不能归向 神；因有淫心在他们里面，他们也不认识耶和华。Their deeds do not permit them to return to their God, for a spirit of prostitution is within them, and they do not know the LORD.
5以色列的骄傲当面见证自己。故此，以色列和以法莲必因自己的罪孽跌倒；犹大也必与他们一同跌倒。Israel’s arrogance testifies against them; Israel and Ephraim stumble in their iniquity; even Judah stumbles with them.
6他们必牵着牛羊去寻求耶和华，却寻不见；他已经转去离开他们。They go with their flocks and herds to seek the LORD, but they do not find Him; He has withdrawn Himself from them.
7他们向耶和华行事诡诈，生了私子。到了月朔，他们与他们的地业必被吞灭。They have been unfaithful to the LORD; for they have borne illegitimate children. Now the New Moon will devour them along with their land.
8你们当在基比亚吹角，在拉玛吹号，在伯·亚文吹出大声，说：便雅悯哪，有仇敌在你后头！Blow the ram’s horn in Gibeah, the trumpet in Ramah; raise the battle cry in Beth-aven: Lead on, O Benjamin!
9在责罚的日子，以法莲必变为荒场；我在以色列支派中，指示将来必成的事。Ephraim will be laid waste on the day of rebuke. Among the tribes of Israel I proclaim what is certain.
10犹大的首领如同的人，我必将忿怒倒在他们身上，如水一般。The princes of Judah are like those who move boundary stones; I will pour out My fury upon them like water.
11以法莲因乐从人的命令，就受欺压，被审判压碎。Ephraim is oppressed, crushed in judgment, for he is determined to follow worthless idols.
12我使以法莲如之物，使犹大家如朽烂之木。So I am like a moth to Ephraim, and like decay to the house of Judah.
13以法莲见自己有病，犹大见自己有伤，他们就打发人往亚述去见，他却不能医治你们，不能治好你们的伤。When Ephraim saw his sickness and Judah his wound, then Ephraim turned to Assyria and sent to the great king. But he cannot cure you or heal your wound.
14我必向以法莲如狮子，向犹大家如少壮狮子。我必撕裂而去，我要夺去，无人搭救。For I am like a lion to Ephraim and like a young lion to the house of Judah. I, even I, will tear them to pieces and then go away. I will carry them off where no one can rescue them.
15我要回到原处，等他们自觉有罪（或译：承认己罪），寻求我面；他们在急难的时候必切切寻求我。Then I will return to My place until they admit their guilt and seek My face; in their affliction they will earnestly seek Me.”
