我的心哪，要称颂耶和华

¹（大卫的诗。）我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华！凡在我里面的，也要称颂他的圣名！Of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul; all that is within me, bless His holy name.

²我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华！不可忘记他的一切恩惠！Bless the LORD, O my soul, and do not forget all His kind deeds—

³他赦免你的一切罪孽，医治你的一切疾病。He who forgives all your iniquities and heals all your diseases,

⁴他救赎你的命脱离死亡，以仁爱和慈悲为你的冠冕。who redeems your life from the Pit and crowns you with loving devotion and compassion,

⁵他用美物使你所愿的得以知足，以致你如鹰返老还童。who satisfies you with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

⁶耶和华施行公义，为一切受屈的人伸冤。The LORD executes righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.

⁷他使摩西知道他的法则，叫以色列人晓得他的作为。He made known His ways to Moses, His deeds to the people of Israel.

耶和华有怜悯，有恩典

⁸耶和华有怜悯，有恩典，不轻易发怒，且有丰盛的慈爱。The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in loving devotion.

⁹他不长久责备，也不永远怀怒。He will not always accuse us, nor harbor His anger forever.

¹⁰他没有按我们的罪过待我们，也没有照我们的罪孽报应我们。He has not dealt with us according to our sins or repaid us according to our iniquities.

¹¹天离地何等的高，他的慈爱向敬畏他的人也是何等的大！For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His loving devotion for those who fear Him.

¹²东离西有多远，他叫我们的过犯离我们也有多远！As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.

¹³父亲怎样怜恤他的儿女，耶和华也怎样怜恤敬畏他的人！As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.

¹⁴因为他知道我们的本体，思念我们不过是尘土。For He knows our frame; He is mindful that we are dust.

人生如草，神的慈爱永存

¹⁵至于世人，他的年日如草一样。他发旺如野地的花，As for man, his days are like grass—he blooms like a flower of the field;

¹⁶经风一吹，便归无有；它的原处也不再认识它。when the wind passes over, it vanishes, and its place remembers it no more.

¹⁷但耶和华的慈爱归于敬畏他的人，从亘古到永远；他的公义也归于子子孙孙—But from everlasting to everlasting the loving devotion of the LORD extends to those who fear Him, and His righteousness to their children’s children—

¹⁸就是那些遵守他的约、记念他的训词而遵行的人。to those who keep His covenant and remember to obey His precepts.

天上众军都要称颂

¹⁹耶和华在天上立定宝座；他的权柄（原文是国）统管万有。The LORD has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all.

²⁰听从他命令、成全他旨意、有大能的天使，都要称颂耶和华！Bless the LORD, all His angels mighty in strength who carry out His word, who hearken to the voice of His command.

²¹你们作他的诸军，作他的仆役，行他所喜悦的，都要称颂耶和华！Bless the LORD, all His hosts, you servants who do His will.

²²你们一切被他造的，在他所治理的各处，都要称颂耶和华！我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华！Bless the LORD, all His works in all places of His dominion. Bless the LORD, O my soul!

神以亮光为衣

¹我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华！耶和华—我的　神啊，你为至大！你以尊荣威严为衣服，Bless the LORD, O my soul! O LORD my God, You are very great; You are clothed with splendor and majesty.

²披上亮光，如披外袍，铺张穹苍，如铺幔子，He wraps Himself in light as with a garment; He stretches out the heavens like a tent,

³在水中立楼阁的栋梁，用云彩为车辇，借着风的翅膀而行，laying the beams of His chambers in the waters above, making the clouds His chariot, walking on the wings of the wind.

⁴以风为使者，以火焰为仆役，He makes the winds His messengers, flames of fire His servants.

神为诸水定界限

⁵将地立在根基上，使地永不动摇。He set the earth on its foundations, never to be moved.

⁶你用深水遮盖地面，犹如衣裳；诸水高过山岭。You covered it with the deep like a garment; the waters stood above the mountains.

⁷你的斥责一发，水便奔逃；你的雷声一发，水便奔流。At Your rebuke the waters fled; at the sound of Your thunder they hurried away—

⁸诸山升上，诸谷沉下（或译：随山上翻，随谷下流），归你为它所安定之地。the mountains rose and the valleys sank to the place You assigned for them—

⁹你定了界限，使水不能过去，不再转回遮盖地面。You set a boundary they cannot cross, that they may never again cover the earth.

神供养一切活物

¹⁰耶和华使泉源涌在山谷，流在山间，He sends forth springs in the valleys; they flow between the mountains.

¹¹使野地的走兽有水喝，野驴得解其渴。They give drink to every beast of the field; the wild donkeys quench their thirst.

¹²天上的飞鸟在水旁住宿，在树枝上啼叫。The birds of the air nest beside the springs; they sing among the branches.

¹³他从楼阁中浇灌山岭；因他作为的功效，地就丰足。He waters the mountains from His chambers; the earth is satisfied by the fruit of His works.

¹⁴他使草生长，给六畜吃，使菜蔬发长，供给人用，使人从地里能得食物，He makes the grass grow for the livestock and provides crops for man to cultivate, bringing forth food from the earth:

¹⁵又得酒能悦人心，得油能润人面，得粮能养人心。wine that gladdens the heart of man, oil that makes his face to shine, and bread that sustains his heart.

¹⁶佳美的树木，就是黎巴嫩的香柏树，是耶和华所栽种的，都满了汁浆。The trees of the LORD have their fill, the cedars of Lebanon that He planted,

¹⁷雀鸟在其上搭窝；至于鹤，松树是它的房屋。where the birds build their nests; the stork makes her home in the cypresses.

¹⁸高山为野山羊的住所；岩石为沙番的藏处。The high mountains are for the wild goats, the cliffs a refuge for the rock badgers.

¹⁹你安置月亮为定节令；日头自知沉落。He made the moon to mark the seasons; the sun knows when to set.

²⁰你造黑暗为夜，林中的百兽就都爬出来。You bring darkness, and it becomes night, when all the beasts of the forest prowl.

²¹少壮狮子吼叫，要抓食，向　神寻求食物。The young lions roar for their prey and seek their food from God.

²²日头一出，兽便躲避，卧在洞里。The sun rises, and they withdraw; they lie down in their dens.

²³人出去做工，劳碌直到晚上。Man goes forth to his work and to his labor until evening.

你所造的何其多

²⁴耶和华啊，你所造的何其多！都是你用智慧造成的；遍地满了你的丰富。How many are Your works, O LORD! In wisdom You have made them all; the earth is full of Your creatures.

²⁵那里有海，又大又广；其中有无数的动物，大小活物都有。Here is the sea, vast and wide, teeming with creatures beyond number, living things both great and small.

²⁶那里有船行走，有你所造的鳄鱼游泳在其中。There the ships pass, and Leviathan, which You formed to frolic there.

²⁷这都仰望你按时给它食物。All creatures look to You to give them their food in due season.

²⁸你给它们，它们便拾起来；你张手，它们饱得美食。When You give it to them, they gather it up; when You open Your hand, they are satisfied with good things.

²⁹你掩面，它们便惊惶；你收回它们的气，它们就死亡，归于尘土。When You hide Your face, they are terrified; when You take away their breath, they die and return to dust.

³⁰你发出你的灵，它们便受造；你使地面更换为新。When You send Your Spirit, they are created, and You renew the face of the earth.

³¹愿耶和华的荣耀存到永远！愿耶和华喜悦自己所造的！May the glory of the LORD endure forever; may the LORD rejoice in His works.

³²他看地，地便震动；他摸山，山就冒烟。He looks on the earth, and it trembles; He touches the mountains, and they smolder.

³³我要一生向耶和华唱诗！我还活的时候，要向我　神歌颂！I will sing to the LORD all my life; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

³⁴愿他以我的默念为甘甜！我要因耶和华欢喜！May my meditation be pleasing to Him, for I rejoice in the LORD.

³⁵愿罪人从世上消灭！愿恶人归于无有！我的心哪，要称颂耶和华！你们要赞美耶和华（原文是哈利路亚；下同）！May sinners vanish from the earth and the wicked be no more. Bless the LORD, O my soul. Hallelujah!

要记念神奇妙的作为

¹你们要称谢耶和华，求告他的名，在万民中传扬他的作为！Give thanks to the LORD, call upon His name; make known His deeds among the nations.

²要向他唱诗歌颂，谈论他一切奇妙的作为！Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; tell of all His wonders.

³要以他的圣名夸耀！寻求耶和华的人，心中应当欢喜！Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.

⁴要寻求耶和华与他的能力，时常寻求他的面。Seek out the LORD and His strength; seek His face always.

^5–6他仆人亚伯拉罕的后裔，他所拣选雅各的子孙哪，你们要记念他奇妙的作为和他的奇事，并他口中的判语。Remember the wonders He has done, His marvels, and the judgments He has pronounced, O offspring of His servant Abraham, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones.

⁷他是耶和华—我们的　神；全地都有他的判断。He is the LORD our God; His judgments carry throughout the earth.

⁸他记念他的约，直到永远；他所吩咐的话，直到千代—He remembers His covenant forever, the word He ordained for a thousand generations—

⁹就是与亚伯拉罕所立的约，向以撒所起的誓。the covenant He made with Abraham, and the oath He swore to Isaac.

¹⁰他又将这约向雅各定为律例，向以色列定为永远的约，He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant:

¹¹说：我必将迦南地赐给你，作你产业的分。“I will give you the land of Canaan as the portion of your inheritance.”

¹²当时，他们人丁有限，数目稀少，并且在那地为寄居的。When they were few in number, few indeed, and strangers in the land,

¹³他们从这邦游到那邦，从这国行到那国。they wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another.

¹⁴他不容什么人欺负他们，为他们的缘故责备君王，He let no man oppress them; He rebuked kings on their behalf:

¹⁵说：不可难为我受膏的人，也不可恶待我的先知。“Do not touch My anointed ones! Do no harm to My prophets!”

约瑟被卖为奴

¹⁶他命饥荒降在那地上，将所倚靠的粮食全行断绝，He called down famine on the land and cut off all their supplies of food.

¹⁷在他们以先打发一个人去—约瑟被卖为奴仆。He sent a man before them—Joseph, sold as a slave.

¹⁸人用脚镣伤他的脚；他被铁链捆拘。They bruised his feet with shackles and placed his neck in irons,

¹⁹耶和华的话试炼他，直等到他所说的应验了。until his prediction came true and the word of the LORD proved him right.

²⁰王打发人把他解开，就是治理众民的，把他释放，The king sent and released him; the ruler of peoples set him free.

²¹立他作王家之主，掌管他一切所有的，He made him master of his household, ruler over all his substance,

²²使他随意捆绑他的臣宰，将智慧教导他的长老。to instruct his princes as he pleased and teach his elders wisdom.

²³以色列也到了埃及；雅各在含地寄居。Then Israel entered Egypt; Jacob dwelt in the land of Ham.

²⁴耶和华使他的百姓生养众多，使他们比敌人强盛，And the LORD made His people very fruitful, more numerous than their foes,

²⁵使敌人的心转去恨他的百姓，并用诡计待他的仆人。whose hearts He turned to hate His people, to conspire against His servants.

神藉摩西在埃及行奇事

²⁶他打发他的仆人摩西和他所拣选的亚伦，He sent Moses His servant, and Aaron, whom He had chosen.

²⁷在敌人中间显他的神迹，在含地显他的奇事。They performed His miraculous signs among them, and wonders in the land of Ham.

²⁸他命黑暗，就有黑暗；没有违背他话的。He sent darkness, and it became dark—yet they defied His words.

²⁹他叫埃及的水变为血，叫他们的鱼死了。He turned their waters to blood and caused their fish to die.

³⁰在他们的地上以及王宫的内室，青蛙多多滋生。Their land teemed with frogs, even in their royal chambers.

³¹他说一声，苍蝇就成群而来，并有虱子进入他们四境。He spoke, and insects swarmed—gnats throughout their country.

³²他给他们降下冰雹为雨，在他们的地上降下火焰。He gave them hail for rain, with lightning throughout their land.

³³他也击打他们的葡萄树和无花果树，毁坏他们境内的树木。He struck their vines and fig trees and shattered the trees of their country.

³⁴他说一声，就有蝗虫蚂蚱上来，不计其数，He spoke, and the locusts came—young locusts without number.

³⁵吃尽了他们地上各样的菜蔬和田地的出产。They devoured every plant in their land and consumed the produce of their soil.

³⁶他又击杀他们国内一切的长子，就是他们强壮时头生的。Then He struck all the firstborn in their land, the firstfruits of all their vigor.

³⁷他领自己的百姓带银子金子出来；他支派中没有一个软弱的。He brought Israel out with silver and gold, and none among His tribes stumbled.

³⁸他们出来的时候，埃及人便欢喜；原来埃及人惧怕他们。Egypt was glad when they departed, for the dread of Israel had fallen on them.

³⁹他铺张云彩当遮盖，夜间使火光照。He spread a cloud as a covering and a fire to light up the night.

⁴⁰他们一求，他就使鹌鹑飞来，并用天上的粮食叫他们饱足。They asked, and He brought quail and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.

⁴¹他打开磐石，水就涌出；在干旱之处，水流成河。He opened a rock, and water gushed out; it flowed like a river in the desert.

⁴²这都因他记念他的圣言和他的仆人亚伯拉罕。For He remembered His holy promise to Abraham His servant.

⁴³他带领百姓欢乐而出，带领选民欢呼前往。He brought forth His people with rejoicing, His chosen with shouts of joy.

⁴⁴他将列国的地赐给他们，他们便承受众民劳碌得来的，He gave them the lands of the nations, that they might inherit the fruit of others’ labor,

⁴⁵好使他们遵他的律例，守他的律法。你们要赞美耶和华！that they might keep His statutes and obey His laws. Hallelujah!

要称谢耶和华，祂本为善

¹你们要赞美耶和华！要称谢耶和华，因他本为善；他的慈爱永远长存！Hallelujah! Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His loving devotion endures forever.

²谁能传说耶和华的大能？谁能表明他一切的美德？Who can describe the mighty acts of the LORD or fully proclaim His praise?

³凡遵守公平、常行公义的，这人便为有福！Blessed are those who uphold justice, who practice righteousness at all times.

⁴耶和华啊，你用恩惠待你的百姓；求你也用这恩惠记念我，开你的救恩眷顾我，Remember me, O LORD, in Your favor to Your people; visit me with Your salvation,

⁵使我见你选民的福，乐你国民的乐，与你的产业一同夸耀。that I may see the prosperity of Your chosen ones, and rejoice in the gladness of Your nation, and give glory with Your inheritance.

⁶我们与我们的祖宗一同犯罪；我们作了孽，行了恶。We have sinned like our fathers; we have done wrong and acted wickedly.

⁷我们的祖宗在埃及不明白你的奇事，不记念你丰盛的慈爱，反倒在红海行了悖逆。Our fathers in Egypt did not grasp Your wonders or remember Your abundant kindness; but they rebelled by the sea, there at the Red Sea.

⁸然而，他因自己的名拯救他们，为要彰显他的大能，Yet He saved them for the sake of His name, to make His power known.

⁹并且斥责红海，海便干了；他带领他们经过深处，如同经过旷野。He rebuked the Red Sea, and it dried up; He led them through the depths as through a desert.

¹⁰他拯救他们脱离恨他们人的手，从仇敌手中救赎他们。He saved them from the hand that hated them; He redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.

¹¹水淹没他们的敌人，没有一个存留。The waters covered their foes; not one of them remained.

¹²那时，他们才信了他的话，歌唱赞美他。Then they believed His promises and sang His praise.

在旷野忘了神的作为

¹³等不多时，他们就忘了他的作为，不仰望他的指教，Yet they soon forgot His works and failed to wait for His counsel.

¹⁴反倒在旷野大起欲心，在荒地试探　神。They craved intensely in the wilderness and tested God in the desert.

¹⁵他将他们所求的赐给他们，却使他们的心灵软弱。So He granted their request, but sent a wasting disease upon them.

¹⁶他们又在营中嫉妒摩西和耶和华的圣者亚伦。In the camp they envied Moses, as well as Aaron, the holy one of the LORD.

¹⁷地裂开，吞下大坍，掩盖亚比兰一党的人。The earth opened up and swallowed Dathan; it covered the assembly of Abiram.

¹⁸有火在他们的党中发起；有火焰烧毁了恶人。Then fire blazed through their company; flames consumed the wicked.

¹⁹他们在何烈山造了牛犊，叩拜铸成的像。At Horeb they made a calf and worshiped a molten image.

²⁰如此将他们荣耀的主换为吃草之牛的像，They exchanged their Glory for the image of a grass-eating ox.

²¹忘了　神—他们的救主；他曾在埃及行大事，They forgot God their Savior, who did great things in Egypt,

²²在含地行奇事，在红海行可畏的事。wondrous works in the land of Ham, and awesome deeds by the Red Sea.

²³所以，他说要灭绝他们；若非有他所拣选的摩西站在当中（原文是破口），使他的忿怒转消，恐怕他就灭绝他们。So He said He would destroy them—had not Moses His chosen one stood before Him in the breach to divert His wrath from destroying them.

²⁴他们又藐视那美地，不信他的话，They despised the pleasant land; they did not believe His promise.

²⁵在自己帐棚内发怨言，不听耶和华的声音。They grumbled in their tents and did not listen to the voice of the LORD.

²⁶所以，他对他们起誓：必叫他们倒在旷野，So He raised His hand and swore to cast them down in the wilderness,

²⁷叫他们的后裔倒在列国之中，分散在各地。to disperse their offspring among the nations and scatter them throughout the lands.

²⁸他们又与巴力·毗珥连合，且吃了祭死神（或译：人）的物。They yoked themselves to Baal of Peor and ate sacrifices offered to lifeless gods.

²⁹他们这样行，惹耶和华发怒，便有瘟疫流行在他们中间。So they provoked the LORD to anger with their deeds, and a plague broke out among them.

³⁰那时，非尼哈站起，刑罚恶人，瘟疫这才止息。But Phinehas stood and intervened, and the plague was restrained.

³¹那就算为他的义，世世代代，直到永远。It was credited to him as righteousness for endless generations to come.

³²他们在米利巴水又叫耶和华发怒，甚至摩西也受了亏损，At the waters of Meribah they angered the LORD, and trouble came to Moses because of them.

³³是因他们惹动他的灵，摩西（原文是他）用嘴说了急躁的话。For they rebelled against His Spirit, and Moses spoke rashly with his lips.

与外邦混杂，神仍屡次搭救

³⁴他们不照耶和华所吩咐的灭绝外邦人，They did not destroy the peoples as the LORD had commanded them,

³⁵反与他们混杂相合，学习他们的行为，but they mingled with the nations and adopted their customs.

³⁶事奉他们的偶像，这就成了自己的网罗，They worshiped their idols, which became a snare to them.

³⁷把自己的儿女祭祀鬼魔，They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to demons.

³⁸流无辜人的血，就是自己儿女的血，把他们祭祀迦南的偶像，那地就被血污秽了。They shed innocent blood—the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, and the land was polluted with blood.

³⁹这样，他们被自己所做的污秽了，在行为上犯了邪淫。They defiled themselves by their actions and prostituted themselves by their deeds.

⁴⁰所以，耶和华的怒气向他的百姓发作，憎恶他的产业，So the anger of the LORD burned against His people, and He abhorred His own inheritance.

⁴¹将他们交在外邦人的手里；恨他们的人就辖制他们。He delivered them into the hand of the nations, and those who hated them ruled over them.

⁴²他们的仇敌也欺压他们，他们就伏在敌人手下。Their enemies oppressed them and subdued them under their hand.

⁴³他屡次搭救他们，他们却设谋背逆，因自己的罪孽降为卑下。Many times He rescued them, but they were bent on rebellion and sank down in their iniquity.

⁴⁴然而，他听见他们哀告的时候，就眷顾他们的急难，Nevertheless He heard their cry; He took note of their distress.

⁴⁵为他们记念他的约，照他丰盛的慈爱后悔。And He remembered His covenant with them, and relented by the abundance of His loving devotion.

⁴⁶他也使他们在凡掳掠他们的人面前蒙怜恤。He made them objects of compassion to all who held them captive.

⁴⁷耶和华—我们的　神啊，求你拯救我们，从外邦中招聚我们，我们好称赞你的圣名，以赞美你为夸胜。Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from the nations, that we may give thanks to Your holy name, that we may glory in Your praise.

⁴⁸耶和华—以色列的　神是应当称颂的，从亘古直到永远。愿众民都说：阿们！你们要赞美耶和华！Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Let all the people say, “Amen!” Hallelujah!

不可告到不信主的人面前

¹你们中间有彼此相争的事，怎敢在不义的人面前求审，不在圣徒面前求审呢？If any of you has a grievance against another, how dare he go to law before the unrighteous instead of before the saints!

²岂不知圣徒要审判世界吗？若世界为你们所审，难道你们不配审判这最小的事吗？Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases?

³岂不知我们要审判天使吗？何况今生的事呢？Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life!

⁴既是这样，你们若有今生的事当审判，是派教会所轻看的人审判吗？So if you need to settle everyday matters, do you appoint as judges those of no standing in the church?

⁵我说这话是要叫你们羞耻。难道你们中间没有一个智慧人能审断弟兄们的事吗？I say this to your shame. Is there really no one among you wise enough to arbitrate between his brothers?

⁶你们竟是弟兄与弟兄告状，而且告在不信主的人面前。Instead, one brother goes to law against another, and this in front of unbelievers!

宁可受欺

⁷你们彼此告状，这已经是你们的大错了。为什么不情愿受欺呢？为什么不情愿吃亏呢？The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means that you are thoroughly defeated already. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?

⁸你们倒是欺压人、亏负人，况且所欺压所亏负的就是弟兄。Instead, you yourselves cheat and do wrong, even against your own brothers!

不义的人不能承受神的国

⁹你们岂不知不义的人不能承受　神的国吗？不要自欺！无论是淫乱的、拜偶像的、奸淫的、作娈童的、亲男色的、Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who submit to or perform homosexual acts,

¹⁰偷窃的、贪婪的、醉酒的、辱骂的、勒索的，都不能承受　神的国。nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.

已经洗净、成圣、称义

¹¹你们中间也有人从前是这样；但如今你们奉主耶稣基督的名，并借着我们　神的灵，已经洗净，成圣，称义了。And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

凡事都可行，但不都有益处

¹²凡事我都可行，但不都有益处。凡事我都可行，但无论哪一件，我总不受它的辖制。“Everything is permissible for me,” but not everything is beneficial. “Everything is permissible for me,” but I will not be mastered by anything.

¹³食物是为肚腹，肚腹是为食物；但　神要叫这两样都废坏。身子不是为淫乱，乃是为主；主也是为身子。“Food for the stomach and the stomach for food,” but God will destroy them both. The body is not intended for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.

¹⁴并且　神已经叫主复活，也要用自己的能力叫我们复活。By His power God raised the Lord from the dead, and He will raise us also.

身子是基督的肢体

¹⁵岂不知你们的身子是基督的肢体吗？我可以将基督的肢体作为娼妓的肢体吗？断乎不可！Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? Never!

¹⁶岂不知与娼妓联合的，便是与她成为一体吗？因为主说：“二人要成为一体。”Or don’t you know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, “The two will become one flesh.”

¹⁷但与主联合的，便是与主成为一灵。But he who unites himself with the Lord is one with Him in spirit.

要逃避淫行

¹⁸你们要逃避淫行。人所犯的，无论什么罪，都在身子以外，惟有行淫的，是得罪自己的身子。Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a man can commit is outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body.

身子是圣灵的殿

¹⁹岂不知你们的身子就是圣灵的殿吗？这圣灵是从　神而来，住在你们里头的；并且你们不是自己的人，Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;

²⁰因为你们是重价买来的。所以，要在你们的身子上荣耀　神。you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God with your body.
