约哈斯被埃及王废去

¹国民立约西亚的儿子约哈斯在耶路撒冷接续他父作王。Then the people of the land took Jehoahaz son of Josiah and made him king in Jerusalem in place of his father.

²约哈斯登基的时候年二十三岁，在耶路撒冷作王三个月。Jehoahaz was twenty-three years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem three months.

³埃及王在耶路撒冷废了他，又罚犹大国银子一百他连得，金子一他连得。And the king of Egypt dethroned him in Jerusalem and imposed on Judah a levy of a hundred talents of silver and a talent of gold.

⁴埃及王尼哥立约哈斯的哥哥以利雅敬作犹大和耶路撒冷的王，改名叫约雅敬，又将约哈斯带到埃及去了。Then Neco king of Egypt made Eliakim brother of Jehoahaz king over Judah and Jerusalem, and he changed Eliakim’s name to Jehoiakim. But Neco took Eliakim’s brother Jehoahaz and carried him off to Egypt.

约雅敬被铜链锁住

⁵约雅敬登基的时候年二十五岁，在耶路撒冷作王十一年，行耶和华—他　神眼中看为恶的事。Jehoiakim was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem eleven years. And he did evil in the sight of the LORD his God.

⁶巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒上来攻击他，用铜链锁着他，要将他带到巴比伦去。Then Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up against Jehoiakim and bound him with bronze shackles to take him to Babylon.

⁷尼布甲尼撒又将耶和华殿里的器皿带到巴比伦，放在他神的庙里（或译：自己的宫里）。Nebuchadnezzar also took to Babylon some of the articles from the house of the LORD, and he put them in his temple in Babylon.

⁸约雅敬其余的事和他所行可憎的事，并他一切的行为，都写在以色列和犹大列王记上。他儿子约雅斤接续他作王。As for the rest of the acts of Jehoiakim, the abominations he committed, and all that was found against him, they are indeed written in the Book of the Kings of Israel and Judah. And his son Jehoiachin reigned in his place.

约雅斤被带到巴比伦

⁹约雅斤登基的时候年八岁（在列王下二十四章八节是十八岁），在耶路撒冷作王三个月零十天，行耶和华眼中看为恶的事。Jehoiachin was eighteen years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem three months and ten days. And he did evil in the sight of the LORD.

¹⁰过了一年，尼布甲尼撒差遣人将约雅斤和耶和华殿里各样宝贵的器皿带到巴比伦，就立约雅斤的叔叔（原文是兄）西底家作犹大和耶路撒冷的王。In the spring, King Nebuchadnezzar summoned Jehoiachin and brought him to Babylon, along with the articles of value from the house of the LORD. And he made Jehoiachin’s relative Zedekiah king over Judah and Jerusalem.

西底家背叛、不肯自卑

¹¹西底家登基的时候年二十一岁，在耶路撒冷作王十一年，Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem eleven years.

¹²行耶和华—他　神眼中看为恶的事。先知耶利米以耶和华的话劝他，他仍不在耶利米面前自卑。And he did evil in the sight of the LORD his God and did not humble himself before Jeremiah the prophet, who spoke for the LORD.

¹³尼布甲尼撒曾使他指着　神起誓，他却背叛，强项硬心，不归服耶和华—以色列的　神。He also rebelled against King Nebuchadnezzar, who had made him swear by God. But Zedekiah stiffened his neck and hardened his heart against turning to the LORD, the God of Israel.

百姓藐视神的使者

¹⁴众祭司长和百姓也大大犯罪，效法外邦人一切可憎的事，污秽耶和华在耶路撒冷分别为圣的殿。Furthermore, all the leaders of the priests and the people multiplied their unfaithful deeds, following all the abominations of the nations, and they defiled the house of the LORD, which He had consecrated in Jerusalem.

¹⁵耶和华—他们列祖的　神因为爱惜自己的民和他的居所，从早起来差遣使者去警戒他们。Again and again the LORD, the God of their fathers, sent word to His people through His messengers because He had compassion on them and on His dwelling place.

¹⁶他们却嘻笑　神的使者，藐视他的言语，讥诮他的先知，以致耶和华的忿怒向他的百姓发作，无法可救。But they mocked the messengers of God, despising His words and scoffing at His prophets, until the wrath of the LORD against His people was stirred up beyond remedy.

耶路撒冷被毁、百姓被掳

¹⁷所以，耶和华使迦勒底人的王来攻击他们，在他们圣殿里用刀杀了他们的壮丁，不怜恤他们的少男处女、老人白叟。耶和华将他们都交在迦勒底王手里。So He brought up against them the king of the Chaldeans, who put their young men to the sword in the sanctuary, sparing neither young men nor young women, neither elderly nor infirm. God gave them all into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar,

¹⁸迦勒底王将　神殿里的大小器皿与耶和华殿里的财宝，并王和众首领的财宝，都带到巴比伦去了。who carried off everything to Babylon—all the articles of the house of God, both large and small, and the treasures of the house of the LORD and of the king and his officials.

¹⁹迦勒底人焚烧　神的殿，拆毁耶路撒冷的城墙，用火烧了城里的宫殿，毁坏了城里宝贵的器皿。Then the Chaldeans set fire to the house of God and broke down the wall of Jerusalem. They burned down all the palaces and destroyed every article of value.

²⁰凡脱离刀剑的，迦勒底王都掳到巴比伦去，作他和他子孙的仆婢，直到波斯国兴起来。Those who escaped the sword were carried by Nebuchadnezzar into exile in Babylon, and they became servants to him and his sons until the kingdom of Persia came to power.

地享安息七十年

²¹这就应验耶和华借耶利米口所说的话：地享受安息；因为地土荒凉便守安息，直满了七十年。So the land enjoyed its Sabbath rest all the days of the desolation, until seventy years were completed, in fulfillment of the word of the LORD spoken through Jeremiah.

塞鲁士下诏建殿

²²波斯王塞鲁士元年，耶和华为要应验借耶利米口所说的话，就激动波斯王塞鲁士的心，使他下诏通告全国，说：In the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, to fulfill the word of the LORD spoken through Jeremiah, the LORD stirred the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia to send a proclamation throughout his kingdom and to put it in writing as follows:

²³“波斯王塞鲁士如此说：耶和华—天上的　神已将天下万国赐给我，又嘱咐我在犹大的耶路撒冷为他建造殿宇。你们中间凡作他子民的，可以上去，愿耶和华—他的　神与他同在。”“This is what Cyrus king of Persia says: ‘The LORD, the God of heaven, who has given me all the kingdoms of the earth, has appointed me to build a house for Him at Jerusalem in Judah. Whoever among you belongs to His people, may the LORD his God be with him, and may he go up.’”

巴拿巴和扫罗回到安提阿

²⁵巴拿巴和扫罗办完了他们供给的事，就从耶路撒冷回来，带着称呼马可的约翰同去。When Barnabas and Saul had fulfilled their mission to Jerusalem, they returned, bringing with them John, also called Mark.

安提阿教会差派巴拿巴和扫罗

¹在安提阿的教会中，有几位先知和教师，就是巴拿巴和称呼尼结的西面、古利奈人路求，与分封之王希律同养的马念，并扫罗。Now in the church at Antioch there were prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen (who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch), and Saul.

²他们事奉主、禁食的时候，圣灵说：“要为我分派巴拿巴和扫罗，去做我召他们所做的工。”While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.”

³于是禁食祷告，按手在他们头上，就打发他们去了。And after they had fasted and prayed, they laid their hands on them and sent them off.

在塞浦路斯传道

⁴他们既被圣灵差遣，就下到西流基，从那里坐船往塞浦路斯去。So Barnabas and Saul, sent forth by the Holy Spirit, went down to Seleucia and sailed from there to Cyprus.

⁵到了撒拉米，就在犹太人各会堂里传讲　神的道，也有约翰作他们的帮手。When they arrived at Salamis, they proclaimed the word of God in the Jewish synagogues. And John was with them as their helper.

行法术的以吕马敌挡

⁶经过全岛，直到帕弗，在那里遇见一个有法术、假充先知的犹太人，名叫巴·耶稣。They traveled through the whole island as far as Paphos, where they found a Jewish sorcerer and false prophet named Bar-Jesus,

⁷这人常和方伯士求·保罗同在。士求·保罗是个通达人，他请了巴拿巴和扫罗来，要听　神的道。an attendant of the proconsul, Sergius Paulus. The proconsul, a man of intelligence, summoned Barnabas and Saul because he wanted to hear the word of God.

⁸只是那行法术的以吕马（这名翻出来就是行法术的意思）敌挡使徒，要叫方伯不信真道。But Elymas the sorcerer (for that is what his name means) opposed them and tried to turn the proconsul from the faith.

保罗斥责以吕马，方伯信主

⁹扫罗又名保罗，被圣灵充满，定睛看他，Then Saul, who was also called Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked directly at Elymas

¹⁰说：“你这充满各样诡诈奸恶，魔鬼的儿子，众善的仇敌，你混乱主的正道还不止住吗？and said, “O child of the devil and enemy of all righteousness, you are full of all kinds of deceit and trickery! Will you never stop perverting the straight ways of the Lord?

¹¹现在主的手加在你身上，你要瞎眼，暂且不见日光。”他的眼睛立刻昏蒙黑暗，四下里求人拉着手领他。Now look, the hand of the Lord is against you, and for a time you will be blind and unable to see the light of the sun.” Immediately mist and darkness came over him, and he groped about, seeking someone to lead him by the hand.

¹²方伯看见所做的事，很希奇主的道，就信了。When the proconsul saw what had happened, he believed, for he was astonished at the teaching about the Lord.
