约瑟子孙的地界

¹约瑟的子孙拈阄所得之地是从靠近耶利哥的约旦河起，以耶利哥东边的水为界：从耶利哥上去，通过山地的旷野，到伯特利；The allotment for the descendants of Joseph extended from the Jordan at Jericho to the waters of Jericho on the east, through the wilderness that goes up from Jericho into the hill country of Bethel.

²又从伯特利到路斯，接连到亚基人的境界，至亚他绿；It went on from Bethel (that is, Luz) and proceeded to the border of the Archites in Ataroth.

³又往西下到押利提人的境界，到下伯·和仑的境界，直到基色，通到海为止。Then it descended westward to the border of the Japhletites as far as the border of Lower Beth-horon and on to Gezer, and it ended at the Sea.

⁴约瑟的儿子玛拿西、以法莲就得了他们的地业。So Ephraim and Manasseh, the sons of Joseph, received their inheritance.

以法莲的地业

⁵以法莲子孙的境界，按着宗族所得的，记在下面：他们地业的东界是亚他绿·亚达到上伯·和仑；This was the territory of the descendants of Ephraim by their clans: The border of their inheritance went from Ataroth-addar in the east to Upper Beth-horon

⁶往西通到北边的密米他，又向东绕到他纳·示罗，又接连到雅挪哈的东边；and out toward the Sea. From Michmethath on the north it turned eastward toward Taanath-shiloh and passed by it to Janoah on the east.

⁷从雅挪哈下到亚他绿，又到拿拉，达到耶利哥，通到约旦河为止；From Janoah it went down to Ataroth and Naarah, and then reached Jericho and came out at the Jordan.

⁸从他普亚往西，到加拿河，直通到海为止。这就是以法莲支派按着宗族所得的地业。From Tappuah the border went westward to the Brook of Kanah and ended at the Sea. This was the inheritance of the clans of the tribe of Ephraim,

⁹另外在玛拿西人地业中得了些城邑和属城的村庄。这都是分给以法莲子孙的。along with all the cities and villages set apart for the descendants of Ephraim within the inheritance of Manasseh.

迦南人仍住在基色

¹⁰他们没有赶出住基色的迦南人；迦南人却住在以法莲人中间，成为做苦工的仆人，直到今日。But they did not drive out the Canaanites who lived in Gezer. So the Canaanites dwell among the Ephraimites to this day, but they are forced laborers.

玛拿西的地业

¹玛拿西是约瑟的长子，他的支派拈阄所得之地记在下面。至于玛拿西的长子基列之父（或译：主）玛吉，因为是勇士就得了基列和巴珊。Now this was the allotment for the tribe of Manasseh as Joseph’s firstborn son, namely for Machir the firstborn of Manasseh and father of the Gileadites, who had received Gilead and Bashan because Machir was a man of war.

²玛拿西其余的子孙，按着宗族拈阄分地，就是亚比以谢子孙，希勒子孙，亚斯列子孙，示剑子孙，希弗子孙，示米大子孙；这些按着宗族，都是约瑟儿子玛拿西子孙的男丁。So this allotment was for the rest of the descendants of Manasseh—the clans of Abiezer, Helek, Asriel, Shechem, Hepher, and Shemida. These are the other male descendants of the clans of Manasseh son of Joseph.

西罗非哈的女儿得产业

³玛拿西的玄孙，玛吉的曾孙，基列的孙子，希弗的儿子西罗非哈没有儿子，只有女儿。他的女儿名叫玛拉、挪阿、曷拉、密迦、得撒；But Zelophehad son of Hepher (the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh) had no sons but only daughters. These are the names of his daughters: Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.

⁴她们来到祭司以利亚撒和嫩的儿子约书亚并众首领面前，说：“耶和华曾吩咐摩西在我们弟兄中分给我们产业。”于是约书亚照耶和华所吩咐的，在她们伯叔中，把产业分给她们。They approached Eleazar the priest, Joshua son of Nun, and the leaders, and said, “The LORD commanded Moses to give us an inheritance among our brothers.” So Joshua gave them an inheritance among their father’s brothers, in keeping with the command of the LORD.

⁵除了约旦河东的基列和巴珊地之外，还有十分地归玛拿西，Thus ten shares fell to Manasseh, in addition to the land of Gilead and Bashan beyond the Jordan,

⁶因为玛拿西的孙女们在玛拿西的孙子中得了产业。基列地是属玛拿西其余的子孙。because the daughters of Manasseh received an inheritance among his sons. And the land of Gilead belonged to the rest of the sons of Manasseh.

玛拿西的境界

⁷玛拿西的境界：从亚设起，到示剑前的密米他，往北到隐·他普亚居民之地。Now the border of Manasseh went from Asher to Michmethath near Shechem, then southward to include the inhabitants of En-tappuah.

⁸他普亚地归玛拿西，只是玛拿西境界上的他普亚城归以法莲子孙。The region of Tappuah belonged to Manasseh, but Tappuah itself, on the border of Manasseh, belonged to Ephraim.

⁹其界下到加拿河的南边。在玛拿西城邑中的这些城邑都归以法莲。玛拿西的地界是在河北直通到海为止；From there the border continued southward to the Brook of Kanah. There were cities belonging to Ephraim among the cities of Manasseh, but the border of Manasseh was on the north side of the brook and ended at the Sea.

¹⁰南归以法莲，北归玛拿西，以海为界；北边到亚设，东边到以萨迦。Ephraim’s territory was to the south, and Manasseh’s was to the north, having the Sea as its border and adjoining Asher on the north and Issachar on the east.

¹¹玛拿西在以萨迦和亚设境内，有伯·善和属伯·善的镇市，以伯莲和属以伯莲的镇市，多珥的居民和属多珥的镇市；又有三处山冈，就是隐·多珥和属隐·多珥的镇市；他纳的居民和属他纳的镇市，米吉多的居民和属米吉多的镇市。Within Issachar and Asher, Manasseh was assigned Beth-shean, Ibleam, Dor (that is, Naphath), Endor, Taanach, and Megiddo, each with their surrounding settlements.

不能赶出迦南人

¹²只是玛拿西子孙不能赶出这些城的居民，迦南人偏要住在那地。But the descendants of Manasseh were unable to occupy these cities, because the Canaanites were determined to stay in this land.

¹³及至以色列人强盛了，就使迦南人做苦工，没有把他们全然赶出。However, when the Israelites grew stronger, they put the Canaanites to forced labor; but they failed to drive them out completely.

约瑟子孙嫌地窄小

¹⁴约瑟的子孙对约书亚说：“耶和华到如今既然赐福与我们，我们也族大人多，你为什么仅将一阄一段之地分给我们为业呢？”Then the sons of Joseph said to Joshua, “Why have you given us only one portion as an inheritance? We have many people, because the LORD has blessed us abundantly.”

¹⁵约书亚说：“你们如果族大人多，嫌以法莲山地窄小，就可以上比利洗人、利乏音人之地，在树林中砍伐树木。”Joshua answered them, “If you have so many people that the hill country of Ephraim is too small for you, go to the forest and clear for yourself an area in the land of the Perizzites and the Rephaim.”

¹⁶约瑟的子孙说：“那山地容不下我们，并且住平原的迦南人，就是住伯·善和属伯·善的镇市，并住耶斯列平原的人，都有铁车。”“The hill country is not enough for us,” they replied, “and all the Canaanites who live in the valley have iron chariots, both in Beth-shean with its towns and in the Valley of Jezreel.”

¹⁷约书亚对约瑟家，就是以法莲和玛拿西人，说：“你是族大人多，并且强盛，不可仅有一阄之地，So Joshua said to the house of Joseph—to Ephraim and Manasseh—“You have many people and great strength. You shall not have just one allotment,

¹⁸山地也要归你，虽是树林，你也可以砍伐；靠近之地必归你。迦南人虽有铁车，虽是强盛，你也能把他们赶出去。”because the hill country will be yours as well. It is a forest; clear it, and its farthest limits will be yours. Although the Canaanites have iron chariots and although they are strong, you can drive them out.”

会幕设在示罗

¹以色列的全会众都聚集在示罗，把会幕设立在那里，那地已经被他们制伏了。Then the whole congregation of Israel assembled at Shiloh and set up the Tent of Meeting there. And though the land was subdued before them,

²以色列人中其余的七个支派还没有分给他们地业。there were still seven tribes of Israel who had not yet received their inheritance.

你们耽延要到几时

³约书亚对以色列人说：“耶和华—你们列祖的　神所赐给你们的地，你们耽延不去得，要到几时呢？So Joshua said to the Israelites, “How long will you put off entering and possessing the land that the LORD, the God of your fathers, has given you?

⁴你们每支派当选举三个人，我要打发他们去，他们就要起身走遍那地，按着各支派应得的地业写明（或译：画图），就回到我这里来。Appoint three men from each tribe, and I will send them out to survey the land and map it out, according to the inheritance of each. Then they will return to me

⁵他们要将地分做七分；犹大仍在南方，住在他的境内。约瑟家仍在北方，住在他的境内。and divide the land into seven portions. Judah shall remain in their territory in the south, and the house of Joseph shall remain in their territory in the north.

⁶你们要将地分做七分，写明了拿到我这里来。我要在耶和华—我们　神面前，为你们拈阄。When you have mapped out the seven portions of land and brought it to me, I will cast lots for you here in the presence of the LORD our God.

⁷利未人在你们中间没有分，因为供耶和华祭司的职任就是他们的产业。迦得支派、流便支派，和玛拿西半支派已经在约旦河东得了地业，就是耶和华仆人摩西所给他们的。”The Levites, however, have no portion among you, because their inheritance is the priesthood of the LORD. And Gad, Reuben, and half the tribe of Manasseh have already received the inheritance that Moses the servant of the LORD gave them beyond the Jordan to the east.”

划明地势，拈阄分地

⁸划地势的人起身去的时候，约书亚嘱咐他们说：“你们去走遍那地，划明地势，就回到我这里来。我要在示罗这里，耶和华面前，为你们拈阄。”As the men got up to go out, Joshua commanded them to map out the land, saying, “Go and survey the land, map it out, and return to me. Then I will cast lots for you here in Shiloh in the presence of the LORD.”

⁹他们就去了，走遍那地，按着城邑分做七分，写在册子上，回到示罗营中见约书亚。So the men departed and went throughout the land, mapping it city by city into seven portions. Then they returned with the document to Joshua at the camp in Shiloh.

¹⁰约书亚就在示罗，耶和华面前，为他们拈阄。约书亚在那里，按着以色列人的支派，将地分给他们。And Joshua cast lots for them in the presence of the LORD at Shiloh, where he distributed the land to the Israelites according to their divisions.

便雅悯的地界

¹¹便雅悯支派，按着宗族拈阄所得之地，是在犹大、约瑟子孙中间。The first lot came up for the clans of the tribe of Benjamin. Their allotted territory lay between the tribes of Judah and Joseph:

¹²他们的北界是从约旦河起，往上贴近耶利哥的北边；又往西通过山地，直到伯·亚文的旷野；On the north side their border began at the Jordan, went up past the northern slope of Jericho, headed west through the hill country, and came out at the wilderness of Beth-aven.

¹³从那里往南接连到路斯，贴近路斯（路斯就是伯特利），又下到亚他绿·亚达，靠近下伯·和仑南边的山；From there the border crossed over to the southern slope of Luz (that is, Bethel) and went down to Ataroth-addar on the hill south of Lower Beth-horon.

¹⁴从那里往西，又转向南，从伯·和仑南对面的山，直达到犹大人的城基列·巴力（基列·巴力就是基列·耶琳）；这是西界。On the west side the border curved southward from the hill facing Beth-horon on the south and came out at Kiriath-baal (that is, Kiriath-jearim), a city of the sons of Judah. This was the western side.

¹⁵南界是从基列·耶琳的尽边起，往西达到尼弗多亚的水源；On the south side the border began at the outskirts of Kiriath-jearim and extended westward to the spring at the Waters of Nephtoah.

¹⁶又下到欣嫩子谷对面山的尽边，就是利乏音谷北边的山；又下到欣嫩谷，贴近耶布斯的南边；又下到隐·罗结；Then it went down to the foot of the hill that faces the Valley of Ben-hinnom at the northern end of the Valley of Rephaim and ran down the Valley of Hinnom toward the southern slope of the Jebusites and downward to En-rogel.

¹⁷又往北通到隐·示麦，达到亚都冥坡对面的基利绿；又下到流便之子波罕的磐石；From there it curved northward and proceeded to En-shemesh and on to Geliloth facing the Ascent of Adummim, and continued down to the Stone of Bohan son of Reuben.

¹⁸又接连到亚拉巴对面，往北下到亚拉巴；Then it went on to the northern slope of Beth-arabah and went down into the valley.

¹⁹又接连到伯·曷拉的北边，直通到盐海的北汊，就是约旦河的南头；这是南界。The border continued to the northern slope of Beth-hoglah and came out at the northern bay of the Salt Sea, at the mouth of the Jordan. This was the southern border.

²⁰东界是约旦河。这是便雅悯人按着宗族，照他们四围的交界所得的地业。On the east side the border was the Jordan. These were the borders around the inheritance of the clans of the tribe of Benjamin.

便雅悯的城邑

²¹便雅悯支派按着宗族所得的城邑就是：耶利哥、伯·曷拉、伊麦·基悉、These were the cities of the clans of the tribe of Benjamin: Jericho, Beth-hoglah, Emek-keziz,

²²伯·亚拉巴、洗玛脸、伯特利、Beth-arabah, Zemaraim, Bethel,

²³亚文、巴拉、俄弗拉、Avvim, Parah, Ophrah,

²⁴基法·阿摩尼、俄弗尼、迦巴，共十二座城，还有属城的村庄；Chephar-ammoni, Ophni, and Geba—twelve cities, along with their villages.

²⁵又有基遍、拉玛、比录、Gibeon, Ramah, Beeroth,

²⁶米斯巴、基非拉、摩撒、Mizpeh, Chephirah, Mozah,

²⁷利坚、伊利毗勒、他拉拉、Rekem, Irpeel, Taralah,

²⁸洗拉、以利弗、耶布斯（耶布斯就是耶路撒冷）、基比亚、基列，共十四座城，还有属城的村庄。这是便雅悯人按着宗族所得的地业。Zelah, Haeleph, Jebus (that is, Jerusalem), Gibeah, and Kiriath-jearim—fourteen cities, along with their villages. This was the inheritance of the clans of the tribe of Benjamin.

定意往耶路撒冷去

⁵¹耶稣被接上升的日子将到，他就定意向耶路撒冷去，As the day of His ascension approached, Jesus resolutely set out for Jerusalem.

撒马利亚人不接待

⁵²便打发使者在他前头走。他们到了撒马利亚的一个村庄，要为他预备。He sent messengers on ahead, who went into a village of the Samaritans to make arrangements for Him.

⁵³那里的人不接待他，因他面向耶路撒冷去。But the people there refused to welcome Him, because He was heading for Jerusalem.

⁵⁴他的门徒雅各、约翰看见了，就说：“主啊，你要我们吩咐火从天上降下来烧灭他们，像以利亚所做的（有古卷没有像以利亚所做的这几个字）吗？”When the disciples James and John saw this, they asked, “Lord, do You want us to call down fire from heaven to consume them?”

⁵⁵耶稣转身责备两个门徒，说：“你们的心如何，你们并不知道。But Jesus turned and rebuked them.

⁵⁶人子来不是要灭人的性命（性命或译：灵魂；下同），是要救人的性命。”说着就往别的村庄去了（有古卷只有五十五节首句，五十六节末句）。And He and His disciples went on to another village.

人子没有枕头的地方

⁵⁷他们走路的时候，有一人对耶稣说：“你无论往哪里去，我要跟从你。”As they were walking along the road, someone said to Jesus, “I will follow You wherever You go.”

⁵⁸耶稣说：“狐狸有洞，天空的飞鸟有窝，只是人子没有枕头的地方。”Jesus replied, “Foxes have dens and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay His head.”

任凭死人埋葬死人

⁵⁹又对一个人说：“跟从我来！”那人说：“主，容我先回去埋葬我的父亲。”Then He said to another man, “Follow Me.” The man replied, “Lord, first let me go and bury my father.”

⁶⁰耶稣说：“任凭死人埋葬他们的死人，你只管去传扬　神国的道。”But Jesus told him, “Let the dead bury their own dead. You, however, go and proclaim the kingdom of God.”

手扶着犁向后看

⁶¹又有一人说：“主，我要跟从你，但容我先去辞别我家里的人。”Still another said, “I will follow You, Lord; but first let me bid farewell to my family.”

⁶²耶稣说：“手扶着犁向后看的，不配进　神的国。”Then Jesus declared, “No one who puts his hand to the plow and then looks back is fit for the kingdom of God.”
