1行為完全、遵行耶和華的，這人便為有福！Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the Law of the LORD.
2遵守他的、一心尋求他的，這人便為有福！Blessed are those who keep His testimonies and seek Him with all their heart.
3這人不做非義的事，但遵行他的道。They do no iniquity; they walk in His ways.
4耶和華啊，你曾將你的吩咐我們，為要我們殷勤遵守。You have ordained Your precepts, that we should keep them diligently.
5但願我行事堅定，得以遵守你的律例。Oh, that my ways were committed to keeping Your statutes!
6我看重你的一切命令，就不至於羞愧。Then I would not be ashamed when I consider all Your commandments.
7我學了你公義的判語，就要以正直的心稱謝你。I will praise You with an upright heart when I learn Your righteous judgments.
8我必守你的律例；求你總不要丟棄我！I will keep Your statutes; do not utterly forsake me.
9少年人用甚麼潔淨他的行為呢？是要遵行你的話！How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to Your word.
10我一心尋求了你；求你不要叫我偏離你的命令。With all my heart I have sought You; do not let me stray from Your commandments.
11我將你的話藏在心裡，免得我得罪你。I have hidden Your word in my heart that I might not sin against You.
12耶和華啊，你是應當稱頌的！求你將你的律例教訓我！Blessed are You, O LORD; teach me Your statutes.
13我用嘴唇傳揚你口中的一切典章。With my lips I proclaim all the judgments of Your mouth.
14我喜悅你的法度，如同喜悅一切的財物。I rejoice in the way of Your testimonies as much as in all riches.
15我要默想你的訓詞，看重你的道路。I will meditate on Your precepts and regard Your ways.
16我要在你的律例中自樂；我不忘記你的話。I will delight in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word.
17求你用厚恩待你的僕人，使我存活，我就遵守你的話。Deal bountifully with Your servant, that I may live and keep Your word.
18求你開我的眼睛，使我看出你律法中的奇妙。Open my eyes that I may see wondrous things from Your law.
19我是在地上作；求你不要向我隱瞞你的命令！I am a stranger on the earth; do not hide Your commandments from me.
20我時常切慕你的典章，甚至心碎。My soul is consumed with longing for Your judgments at all times.
21受咒詛、偏離你命令的驕傲人，你已經責備他們。You rebuke the arrogant—the cursed who stray from Your commandments.
22求你除掉我所受的羞辱和藐視，因我遵守你的法度。Remove my scorn and contempt, for I have kept Your testimonies.
23雖有首領坐著我，你僕人卻思想你的律例。Though rulers sit and slander me, Your servant meditates on Your statutes.
24你的法度是我所喜樂的，是我的謀士。Your testimonies are indeed my delight; they are my counselors.
25我的性命幾乎歸於塵土；求你照你的話將我救活！My soul cleaves to the dust; revive me according to Your word.
26我述說我所行的，你應允了我；求你將你的律例教訓我！I recounted my ways, and You answered me; teach me Your statutes.
27求你使我明白你的訓詞，我就思想你的奇事。Make clear to me the way of Your precepts; then I will meditate on Your wonders.
28我的心因愁苦而；求你照你的話使我堅立！My soul melts with sorrow; strengthen me according to Your word.
29求你使我離開奸詐的道，開恩將你的律法賜給我！Remove me from the path of deceit and graciously grant me Your law.
30我揀選了忠信的道，將你的典章擺在我面前。I have chosen the way of truth; I have set Your ordinances before me.
31我持守你的法度；耶和華啊，求你不要叫我羞愧！I cling to Your testimonies, O LORD; let me not be put to shame.
32你我心的時候，我就往你命令的道上直奔。I run in the path of Your commandments, for You will enlarge my heart.
33耶和華啊，求你將你的律例指教我，我必遵守到底！Teach me, O LORD, the way of Your statutes, and I will keep them to the end.
34求你賜我悟性，我便遵守你的律法，且要一心遵守。Give me understanding that I may obey Your law, and follow it with all my heart.
35求你叫我遵行你的命令，因為這是我所喜樂的。Direct me in the path of Your commandments, for there I find delight.
36求你使我的心趨向你的法度，不趨向非義之財。Turn my heart to Your testimonies and not to covetous gain.
37求你叫我轉眼不看，又叫我在你的道中生活。Turn my eyes away from worthless things; revive me with Your word.
38你向敬畏你的人所應許的話，求你向僕人堅定！Establish Your word to Your servant, to produce reverence for You.
39求你使我所怕的羞辱遠離我，因你的典章本為美。Turn away the disgrace I dread, for Your judgments are good.
40我羨慕你的訓詞；求你使我在你的公義上生活！How I long for Your precepts! Revive me in Your righteousness.
41耶和華啊，願你照你的話，使你的慈愛，就是你的救恩，臨到我身上，May Your loving devotion come to me, O LORD, Your salvation, according to Your promise.
42我就有話回答那羞辱我的，因我倚靠你的話。Then I can answer him who taunts, for I trust in Your word.
43求你叫真理的話總不離開我口，因我仰望你的典章。Never take Your word of truth from my mouth, for I hope in Your judgments.
44我要常守你的律法，直到永永遠遠。I will always obey Your law, forever and ever.
45我要自由而行（或譯：我要行在寬闊之地），因我素來你的訓詞。And I will walk in freedom, for I have sought Your precepts.
46我也要在君王面前論說你的法度，並不至於羞愧。I will speak of Your testimonies before kings, and I will not be ashamed.
47我要在你的命令中自樂；這命令素來是我所愛的。I delight in Your commandments because I love them.
48我又要遵行（原文是舉手）你的命令，這命令素來是我所愛的；我也要思想你的律例。I lift up my hands to Your commandments, which I love, and I meditate on Your statutes.
49求你記念向你僕人所應許的話，叫我有盼望。Remember Your word to Your servant, upon which You have given me hope.
50這話將我救活了；我在患難中，因此得安慰。This is my comfort in affliction, that Your promise has given me life.
51驕傲的人甚侮慢我，我卻未曾偏離你的律法。The arrogant utterly deride me, but I do not turn from Your law.
52耶和華啊，我記念你從古以來的典章，就得了安慰。I remember Your judgments of old, O LORD, and in them I find comfort.
53我見惡人離棄你的律法，就怒氣發作，猶如火燒。Rage has taken hold of me because of the wicked who reject Your law.
54我在世寄居，素來以你的律例為詩歌。Your statutes are songs to me in the house of my pilgrimage.
55耶和華啊，我夜間記念你的名，遵守你的律法。In the night, O LORD, I remember Your name, that I may keep Your law.
56我所以如此，是因我守你的訓詞。This is my practice, for I obey Your precepts.
57耶和華是我的；我曾說，我要遵守你的言語。The LORD is my portion; I have promised to keep Your words.
58我一心求過你的恩；願你照你的話憐憫我！I have sought Your face with all my heart; be gracious to me according to Your promise.
59我思想我所行的道，就轉步歸向你的法度。I considered my ways and turned my steps to Your testimonies.
60我急忙遵守你的命令，並不遲延。I hurried without hesitating to keep Your commandments.
61惡人的繩索纏繞我，我卻沒有忘記你的律法。Though the ropes of the wicked bind me, I do not forget Your law.
62我因你公義的典章，半夜必起來稱謝你。At midnight I rise to give You thanks for Your righteous judgments.
63凡敬畏你、守你訓詞的人，我都與他作伴。I am a friend to all who fear You, and to those who keep Your precepts.
64耶和華啊，你的慈愛遍滿大地；求你將你的律例教訓我！The earth is filled with Your loving devotion, O LORD; teach me Your statutes.
65耶和華啊，你向來是照你的話善待僕人。You are good to Your servant, O LORD, according to Your word.
66求你將和知識賜給我，因我信了你的命令。Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in Your commandments.
67我未受苦以先走迷了路，現在卻遵守你的話。Before I was afflicted, I went astray; but now I keep Your word.
68你本為善，所行的也善；求你將你的律例教訓我！You are good, and You do what is good; teach me Your statutes.
69驕傲人謊言攻擊我，我卻要一心守你的訓詞。Though the arrogant have smeared me with lies, I keep Your precepts with all my heart.
70他們，我卻喜愛你的律法。Their hearts are callous and insensitive, but I delight in Your law.
71我受苦是與我有益，為要使我學習你的律例。It was good for me to be afflicted, that I might learn Your statutes.
72你口中的訓言（或譯：律法）與我有益，勝於千萬的金銀。The law from Your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver.
73你的手製造我，建立我；求你賜我悟性，可以學習你的命令！Your hands have made me and fashioned me; give me understanding to learn Your commandments.
74敬畏你的人見我就要歡喜，因我仰望你的話。May those who fear You see me and rejoice, for I have hoped in Your word.
75耶和華啊，我知道你的判語是公義的；你使我受苦是以誠實待我。I know, O LORD, that Your judgments are righteous, and that in faithfulness You have afflicted me.
76求你照著應許僕人的話，以慈愛安慰我。May Your loving devotion comfort me, I pray, according to Your promise to Your servant.
77願你的慈悲臨到我，使我存活，因你的律法是我所喜愛的。May Your compassion come to me, that I may live, for Your law is my delight.
78願驕傲人蒙羞，因為他們無理地傾覆我；但我要思想你的訓詞。May the arrogant be put to shame for subverting me with a lie; I will meditate on Your precepts.
79願敬畏你的人歸向我，他們就知道你的法度。May those who fear You turn to me, those who know Your testimonies.
80願我的心在你的律例上完全，使我不致蒙羞。May my heart be blameless in Your statutes, that I may not be put to shame.
81我心渴想你的救恩，仰望你的應許。My soul faints for Your salvation; I wait for Your word.
82我因盼望你的應許眼睛失明，說：你何時安慰我？My eyes fail, looking for Your promise; I ask, “When will You comfort me?”
83我好像，卻不忘記你的律例。Though I am like a wineskin dried up by smoke, I do not forget Your statutes.
84你僕人的年日有多少呢？你幾時向逼迫我的人施行審判呢？How many days must Your servant wait? When will You execute judgment on my persecutors?
85不從你律法的驕傲人為我。The arrogant have dug pits for me in violation of Your law.
86你的命令盡都誠實；他們無理地逼迫我，求你幫助我！All Your commandments are faithful; I am persecuted without cause—help me!
87他們幾乎把我從世上滅絕，但我沒有離棄你的訓詞。They almost wiped me from the earth, but I have not forsaken Your precepts.
88求你照你的慈愛將我救活，我就遵守你口中的法度。Revive me according to Your loving devotion, that I may obey the testimony of Your mouth.
89耶和華啊，你的話安定在天，直到永遠。Your word, O LORD, is everlasting; it is firmly fixed in the heavens.
90你的誠實存到萬代；你堅定了地，地就長存。Your faithfulness continues through all generations; You established the earth, and it endures.
91天地照你的安排存到今日；萬物都是你的僕役。Your ordinances stand to this day, for all things are servants to You.
92我若不是喜愛你的律法，早就在苦難中滅絕了！If Your law had not been my delight, then I would have perished in my affliction.
93我永不忘記你的訓詞，因你用這訓詞將我救活了。I will never forget Your precepts, for by them You have revived me.
94我是屬你的，求你救我，因我尋求了你的訓詞。I am Yours; save me, for I have sought Your precepts.
95惡人等待我，要滅絕我，我卻要你的法度。The wicked wait to destroy me, but I will ponder Your testimonies.
96我看萬事盡都，惟有你的命令極其寬廣。I have seen a limit to all perfection, but Your commandment is without limit.
97我何等愛慕你的律法，終日不住地思想。Oh, how I love Your law! All day long it is my meditation.
98你的命令常存在我心裡，使我比仇敵有智慧。Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for they are always with me.
99我比我的師傅更通達，因我思想你的法度。I have more insight than all my teachers, for Your testimonies are my meditation.
100我比年老的更明白，因我守了你的訓詞。I discern more than the elders, for I obey Your precepts.
101我禁止我腳走一切的邪路，為要遵守你的話。I have kept my feet from every evil path, that I may keep Your word.
102我沒有偏離你的典章，因為你教訓了我。I have not departed from Your ordinances, for You Yourself have taught me.
103你的言語在我何等甘美，在我口中比蜜更甜！How sweet are Your words to my taste—sweeter than honey in my mouth!
104我藉著你的訓詞得以明白，所以我恨一切的假道。I gain understanding from Your precepts; therefore I hate every false way.
105你的話是我腳前的燈，是我路上的光。Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
106你公義的典章，我曾起誓遵守，我必按誓而行。I have sworn and confirmed that I will keep Your righteous judgments.
107我甚是受苦；耶和華啊，求你照你的話將我救活！I am severely afflicted, O LORD; revive me through Your word.
108耶和華啊，求你悅納我口中的讚美為，又將你的典章教訓我！Accept the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me Your judgments.
109我的性命常在危險之中，我卻不忘記你的律法。I constantly take my life in my hands, yet I do not forget Your law.
110惡人為我設下網羅，我卻沒有偏離你的訓詞。The wicked have set a snare for me, but I have not strayed from Your precepts.
111我以你的法度為永遠的產業，因這是我心中所喜愛的。Your testimonies are my heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.
112我的心專向你的律例，永遠遵行，一直到底。I have inclined my heart to perform Your statutes, even to the very end.
113為我所恨；但你的律法為我所愛。The double-minded I despise, but Your law I love.
114你是我藏身之處，又是我的盾牌；我甚仰望你的話語。You are my hiding place and my shield; I put my hope in Your word.
115作惡的人哪，你們離開我吧！我好遵守我 神的命令。Depart from me, you evildoers, that I may obey the commandments of my God.
116求你照你的話扶持我，使我存活，也不叫我因失望而害羞。Sustain me as You promised, that I may live; let me not be ashamed of my hope.
117求你扶持我，我便得救，時常看重你的律例。Uphold me, and I will be saved, that I may always regard Your statutes.
118凡偏離你律例的人，你都他們，因為他們的詭詐必歸虛空。You reject all who stray from Your statutes, for their deceitfulness is in vain.
119凡地上的惡人，你除掉他，好像除掉；因此我愛你的法度。All the wicked on earth You discard like dross; therefore I love Your testimonies.
120我因懼怕你，肉就發抖；我也怕你的判語。My flesh trembles in awe of You; I stand in fear of Your judgments.
121我行過公平和公義，求你不要撇下我給欺壓我的人！I have done what is just and right; do not leave me to my oppressors.
122求你為僕人，使我得好處，不容驕傲人欺壓我！Ensure Your servant’s well-being; do not let the arrogant oppress me.
123我因盼望你的救恩和你公義的話眼睛失明。My eyes fail, looking for Your salvation, and for Your righteous promise.
124求你照你的慈愛待僕人，將你的律例教訓我。Deal with Your servant according to Your loving devotion, and teach me Your statutes.
125我是你的僕人，求你賜我悟性，使我得知你的法度。I am Your servant; give me understanding, that I may know Your testimonies.
126這是耶和華降罰的時候，因人廢了你的律法。It is time for the LORD to act, for they have broken Your law.
127所以，我愛你的命令勝於金子，更勝於精金。Therefore I love Your commandments more than gold, even the purest gold.
128你一切的訓詞，在萬事上我都以為正直；我卻恨惡一切假道。Therefore I admire all Your precepts and hate every false way.
129你的法度奇妙，所以我一心謹守。Wonderful are Your testimonies; therefore I obey them.
130你的言語一解開就發出亮光，使愚人通達。The unfolding of Your words gives light; it informs the simple.
131我張口而，因我切慕你的命令。I open my mouth and pant, longing for Your commandments.
132求你轉向我，憐憫我，好像你素常待那些愛你名的人。Turn to me and show me mercy, as You do to those who love Your name.
133求你用你的話使我腳步穩當，不許甚麼罪孽轄制我。Order my steps in Your word; let no sin rule over me.
134求你救我脫離人的欺壓，我要遵守你的訓詞。Redeem me from the oppression of man, that I may keep Your precepts.
135求你用臉光照僕人，又將你的律例教訓我。Make Your face shine upon Your servant, and teach me Your statutes.
136我的眼淚下流成河，因為他們不守你的律法。My eyes shed streams of tears because Your law is not obeyed.
137耶和華啊，你是公義的；你的判語也是正直的！Righteous are You, O LORD, and upright are Your judgments.
138你所命定的法度是憑公義和至誠。The testimonies You have laid down are righteous and altogether faithful.
139我心，如同火燒，因我敵人忘記你的言語。My zeal has consumed me because my foes forget Your words.
140你的話極其，所以你的僕人喜愛。Your promise is completely pure; therefore Your servant loves it.
141我微小，被人藐視，卻不忘記你的訓詞。I am lowly and despised, but I do not forget Your precepts.
142你的公義永遠長存；你的律法盡都真實。Your righteousness is everlasting and Your law is true.
143我遭遇患難愁苦，你的命令卻是我所喜愛的。Trouble and distress have found me, but Your commandments are my delight.
144你的法度永遠是公義的；求你賜我悟性，我就活了。Your testimonies are righteous forever. Give me understanding, that I may live.
145耶和華啊，我一心呼籲你；求你應允我，我必謹守你的律例！I call with all my heart; answer me, O LORD! I will obey Your statutes.
146我向你呼籲，求你救我！我要遵守你的法度。I call to You; save me, that I may keep Your testimonies.
147我趁天未亮呼求；我仰望了你的言語。I rise before dawn and cry for help; in Your word I have put my hope.
148我趁未換將眼睜開，為要思想你的話語。My eyes anticipate the watches of night, that I may meditate on Your word.
149求你照你的慈愛聽我的聲音；耶和華啊，求你照你的典章將我救活！Hear my voice, O LORD, according to Your loving devotion; give me life according to Your justice.
150追求奸惡的人臨近了；他們遠離你的律法。Those who follow after wickedness draw near; they are far from Your law.
151耶和華啊，你與我相近；你一切的命令盡都真實！You are near, O LORD, and all Your commandments are true.
152我因學你的法度，久已知道是你永遠立定的。Long ago I learned from Your testimonies that You have established them forever.
153求你看顧我的苦難，搭救我，因我不忘記你的律法。Look upon my affliction and rescue me, for I have not forgotten Your law.
154求你為我，救贖我，照你的話將我救活。Defend my cause and redeem me; revive me according to Your word.
155救恩遠離惡人，因為他們不尋求你的律例。Salvation is far from the wicked because they do not seek Your statutes.
156耶和華啊，你的慈悲本為大；求你照你的典章將我救活。Great are Your mercies, O LORD; revive me according to Your ordinances.
157逼迫我的，抵擋我的，很多，我卻沒有偏離你的法度。Though my persecutors and foes are many, I have not turned from Your testimonies.
158我看見奸惡的人就甚憎惡，因為他們不遵守你的話。I look on the faithless with loathing because they do not keep Your word.
159你看我怎樣愛你的訓詞！耶和華啊，求你照你的慈愛將我救活！Consider how I love Your precepts, O LORD; give me life according to Your loving devotion.
160你話的總綱是真實；你一切公義的典章是永遠長存。The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever.
161首領無故地逼迫我，但我的心畏懼你的言語。Rulers persecute me without cause, but my heart fears only Your word.
162我喜愛你的話，好像人得了許多。I rejoice in Your promise like one who finds great spoil.
163謊話是我所恨惡所憎嫌的；惟你的律法是我所愛的。I hate and abhor falsehood, but Your law I love.
164我因你公義的典章一天七次讚美你。Seven times a day I praise You for Your righteous judgments.
165愛你律法的人有大平安，甚麼都不能使他們絆腳。Abundant peace belongs to those who love Your law; nothing can make them stumble.
166耶和華啊，我仰望了你的救恩，遵行了你的命令。I wait for Your salvation, O LORD, and I carry out Your commandments.
167我心裡守了你的法度；這法度我甚喜愛。I obey Your testimonies and love them greatly.
168我遵守了你的訓詞和法度，因我一切所行的都在你面前。I obey Your precepts and Your testimonies, for all my ways are before You.
169耶和華啊，願我的呼籲達到你面前，照你的話賜我悟性。May my cry come before You, O LORD; give me understanding according to Your word.
170願我的懇求達到你面前，照你的話搭救我。May my plea come before You; rescue me according to Your promise.
171願我的嘴發出讚美的話，因為你將律例教訓我。My lips pour forth praise, for You teach me Your statutes.
172願我的舌頭歌唱你的話，因你一切的命令盡都公義。My tongue sings of Your word, for all Your commandments are righteous.
173願你用手幫助我，因我揀選了你的訓詞。May Your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen Your precepts.
174耶和華啊，我切慕你的救恩！你的律法也是我所喜愛的。I long for Your salvation, O LORD, and Your law is my delight.
175願我的性命存活，得以讚美你！願你的典章幫助我！Let me live to praise You; may Your judgments sustain me.
176我如亡羊走迷了路，求你尋找僕人，因我不忘記你的命令。I have strayed like a lost sheep; seek Your servant, for I have not forgotten Your commandments.
