1耶穌下了山，有許多人跟著他。When Jesus came down from the mountain, large crowds followed Him.
2有一個長的來拜他，說：「主若肯，必能叫我了。」Suddenly a leper came and knelt before Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.”
3耶穌伸手摸他，說：「我肯，你潔淨了吧！」他的大痲瘋立刻就潔淨了。Jesus reached out His hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” He said. “Be clean!” And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
4耶穌對他說：「你切不可告訴人，只要去把身體給，獻上摩西所吩咐的禮物，對眾人作證據。」Then Jesus instructed him, “See that you don’t tell anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the gift prescribed by Moses, as a testimony to them.”
5耶穌進了迦百農，有一個進前來，求他說：When Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came and pleaded with Him,
6「主啊，我的僕人害病，躺在家裡，甚是疼苦。」“Lord, my servant lies at home, paralyzed and in terrible agony.”
7耶穌說：「我去醫治他。」“I will go and heal him,” Jesus replied.
8百夫長回答說：「主啊，你到我舍下，；只要你說一句話，我的僕人就必好了。The centurion answered, “Lord, I am not worthy to have You come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed.
9因為我在人的，也有兵在我以下；對這個說：『去！』他就去；對那個說：『來！』他就來；對我的僕人說：『你做這事！』他就去做。」For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell one to go, and he goes, and another to come, and he comes. I tell my servant to do something, and he does it.”
10耶穌聽見就希奇，對跟從的人說：「我實在告訴你們，這麼大的信心，就是在以色列中，我也沒有遇見過。When Jesus heard this, He marveled and said to those following Him, “Truly I tell you, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith.
11我又告訴你們，從東從西，將有許多人來，在天國裡與亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各一同；I say to you that many will come from the east and the west to share the banquet with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.
12惟有竟被趕到外邊黑暗裡去，在那裡必要了。」But the sons of the kingdom will be thrown into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
13耶穌對百夫長說：「你回去吧！照你的信心，給你成全了。」那時，他的僕人就好了。Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go! As you have believed, so will it be done for you.” And his servant was healed at that very hour.
14耶穌到了家裡，見彼得的岳母害熱病躺著。When Jesus arrived at Peter’s house, He saw Peter’s mother-in-law sick in bed with a fever.
15耶穌把她的手一摸，熱就退了；她就起來耶穌。So He touched her hand, and the fever left her, and she got up and began to serve Him.
16到了晚上，有人帶著許多被鬼附的來到耶穌跟前，他只用一句話就把鬼都趕出去，並且治好了一切有病的人。When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to Jesus, and He drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick.
17這是要應驗先知以賽亞的話，說：他代替我們的軟弱，我們的疾病。This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: “He took up our infirmities and carried our diseases.”
18耶穌見許多人圍著他，就吩咐渡到那邊去。When Jesus saw a large crowd around Him, He gave orders to cross to the other side of the sea.
19有一個文士來，對他說：「，你無論往哪裡去，我要跟從你。」And one of the scribes came to Him and said, “Teacher, I will follow You wherever You go.”
20耶穌說：「狐狸有洞，天空的飛鳥有窩，卻沒有。」Jesus replied, “Foxes have dens and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay His head.”
21又有一個門徒對耶穌說：「主啊，容我先回去。」Another of His disciples requested, “Lord, first let me go and bury my father.”
22耶穌說：「任憑死人埋葬他們的死人；你跟從我吧！」But Jesus told him, “Follow Me, and let the dead bury their own dead.”
23耶穌上了船，門徒跟著他。When He got into the boat, His disciples followed Him.
24海裡忽然起了，甚至船被波浪掩蓋；耶穌卻睡著了。Suddenly a violent storm came up on the sea, so that the boat was engulfed by the waves. But Jesus was sleeping.
25門徒來叫醒了他，說：「主啊，救我們，我們喪命啦！」The disciples went and woke Him, saying, “Lord, save us! We are perishing!”
26耶穌說：「你們這小信的人哪，為甚麼膽怯呢？」於是起來，風和海，風和海就大大地平靜了。“You of little faith,” Jesus replied, “why are you so afraid?” Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and it was perfectly calm.
27眾人希奇，說：「這是怎樣的人？連風和海也聽從他了！」The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the sea obey Him!”
28耶穌既渡到那邊去，來到人的地方，就有兩個被鬼附的人從裡出來迎著他，極其凶猛，甚至沒有人能從那條路上經過。When Jesus arrived on the other side in the region of the Gadarenes, He was met by two demon-possessed men coming from the tombs. They were so violent that no one could pass that way.
29他們喊著說：「 神的兒子，我們與你有甚麼？，你就上這裡來叫我們受苦嗎？」“What do You want with us, Son of God?” they shouted. “Have You come here to torture us before the appointed time?”
30離他們很遠，有一大群豬吃食。In the distance a large herd of pigs was feeding.
31鬼就央求耶穌，說：「若把我們趕出去，就打發我們進入吧！」So the demons begged Jesus, “If You drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs.”
32耶穌說：「去吧！」鬼就出來，進入豬群。全群忽然闖下山崖，投在海裡淹死了。“Go!” He told them. So they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea and died in the waters.
33放豬的就逃跑進城，將這一切事和被鬼附的人所遭遇的都告訴人。Those tending the pigs ran off into the town and reported all this, including the account of the demon-possessed men.
34合城的人都出來迎見耶穌，既見了就央求他離開他們的境界。Then the whole town went out to meet Jesus. And when they saw Him, they begged Him to leave their region.
