1耶穌出了聖殿，正走的時候，門徒進前來，把指給他看。As Jesus left the temple and was walking away, His disciples came up to Him to point out its buildings.
2耶穌對他們說：「你們不是看見這殿宇嗎？我實在告訴你們，將來在這裡沒有一塊石頭留在石頭上，不被拆毀了。」“Do you see all these things?” He replied. “Truly I tell you, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.”
3耶穌在上坐著，門徒暗暗地來說：「請告訴我們，甚麼時候有這些事？你和世界的末了有甚麼預兆呢？」While Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will these things happen, and what will be the sign of Your coming and of the end of the age?”
4耶穌回答說：「你們要謹慎，免得有人迷惑你們。Jesus answered, “See to it that no one deceives you.
5因為將來有好些人冒我的名來，說：『我是基督』，並且要迷惑許多人。For many will come in My name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.
6你們也要聽見打仗和打仗的，總不要驚慌；因為這些事是必須有的，只是末期還沒有到。You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. These things must happen, but the end is still to come.
7民要攻打民，國要攻打國；多處必有饑荒、地震。Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places.
8這都是（災難：原文是生產之難）的起頭。All these are the beginning of birth pains.
9那時，人要把你們陷在患難裡，也要殺害你們；你們又要為我的名被萬民恨惡。Then they will deliver you over to be persecuted and killed, and you will be hated by all nations because of My name.
10那時，必有許多人跌倒，也要彼此陷害，彼此恨惡；At that time many will fall away and will betray and hate one another,
11且有好些假先知起來，迷惑多人。and many false prophets will arise and deceive many.
12只因不法的事增多，許多人的愛心才漸漸冷淡了。Because of the multiplication of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold.
13惟有忍耐到底的，必然得救。But the one who perseveres to the end will be saved.
14這天國的福音要傳遍天下，對萬民作見證，然後末期才來到。」And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
15「你們看見先知但以理所說的『』站在聖地（讀這經的人須要會意）。So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by the prophet Daniel (let the reader understand),
16那時，在猶太的，應當逃到山上；then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.
17在的，不要下來拿家裡的東西；Let no one on the housetop come down to retrieve anything from his house.
18在田裡的，也不要回去取衣裳。And let no one in the field return for his cloak.
19當那些日子，懷孕的和有禍了。How miserable those days will be for pregnant and nursing mothers!
20你們應當祈求，叫你們逃走的時候，不遇見冬天或是安息日。Pray that your flight will not occur in the winter or on the Sabbath.
21因為那時必有大災難，從世界的起頭直到如今，沒有這樣的災難，後來也必沒有。For at that time there will be great tribulation, unseen from the beginning of the world until now, and never to be seen again.
22若不減少那日子，總沒有一個得救的；只是為選民，那日子必減少了。If those days had not been cut short, nobody would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, those days will be cut short.
23那時，若有人對你們說：『基督在這裡』，或說：『基督在那裡』，你們不要信！At that time, if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There He is!’ do not believe it.
24因為、假先知將要起來，顯大神蹟、大奇事，倘若能行，連選民也就迷惑了。For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive even the elect, if that were possible.
25看哪，我預先告訴你們了。See, I have told you in advance.
26若有人對你們說：『看哪，基督在曠野裡』，你們不要出去！或說：『看哪，基督在中』，你們不要信！So if they tell you, ‘There He is, in the wilderness,’ do not go out, or, ‘Here He is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it.
27閃電從東邊發出，直照到西邊。人子降臨也要這樣。For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
28屍首在哪裡，也必聚在那裡。」Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.
29「那些日子的災難一過去，日頭就變黑了，月亮也不放光，眾星要從天上墜落，都要震動。Immediately after the tribulation of those days: ‘The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.’
30那時，的兆頭要顯在天上，地上的萬族都要哀哭。他們要看見人子，有能力，有大榮耀，駕著天上的雲降臨。At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31他要差遣使者，用號筒的大聲，將他的選民，從四方（方：原文是風），從天這邊到天那邊，都招聚了來。」And He will send out His angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather His elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
32「你們可以從學個比方：當樹枝的時候，你們就知道夏天近了。Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its branches become tender and sprout leaves, you know that summer is near.
33這樣，你們看見這一切的事，也該知道人子近了，正在門口了。So also, when you see all these things, you will know that He is near, right at the door.
34我實在告訴你們，還沒有過去，這些事都要成就。Truly I tell you, this generation will not pass away until all these things have happened.
35天地要，我的話卻不能廢去。」Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.
36「但那日子，那時辰，沒有人知道，連天上的使者也不知道，子也不知道，惟獨父知道。No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
37的日子怎樣，人子降臨也要怎樣。As it was in the days of Noah, so will it be at the coming of the Son of Man.
38當洪水以前的日子，人照常吃喝嫁娶，直到挪亞進方舟的那日；For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark.
39洪水來了，把他們全都沖去。人子降臨也要這樣。And they were oblivious until the flood came and swept them all away. So will it be at the coming of the Son of Man.
40那時，兩個人在田裡，。Two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left.
41兩個女人，取去一個，撇下一個。Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left.
42所以，你們要，因為不知道你們的主是哪一天來到。Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day on which your Lord will come.
43家主若知道有賊來，就必警醒，不容人；這是你們所知道的。But understand this: If the homeowner had known in which watch of the night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into.
44所以，你們也要預備，因為你們想不到的時候，人子就來了。」For this reason, you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour you do not expect.
45「誰是忠心的僕人，為主人所派，管理家裡的人，按時分糧給他們呢？Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of his household, to give the others their food at the proper time?
46主人來到，看見他這樣行，那僕人就有福了。Blessed is that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns.
47我實在告訴你們，主人要派他管理一切所有的。Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions.
48倘若那惡僕心裡說：『我的主人必來得遲』，But suppose that servant is wicked and says in his heart, ‘My master will be away a long time.’
49就動手打他的同伴，又和酒醉的人一同吃喝。And he begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink with drunkards.
50在想不到的日子，不知道的時辰，那僕人的主人要來，The master of that servant will come on a day he does not expect and at an hour he does not anticipate.
51他（或譯：把他腰斬了），定他和同罪；在那裡必要哀哭切齒了。」Then he will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
