1耶和華對我說：「你再去愛一個淫婦，就是她情人所愛的；好像以色列人，雖然偏向別神，喜愛，耶和華還是愛他們。」Then the LORD said to me, “Go show love to your wife again, though she is loved by another and is an adulteress. Love her as the LORD loves the Israelites, though they turn to other gods and love to offer raisin cakes to idols.”
2我便用銀子十五舍客勒，大麥一，買她歸我。So I bought her for fifteen shekels of silver and a homer and a lethech of barley.
3我對她說：「你當多日為我獨居，不可行淫，不可歸別人為妻，我向你也必這樣。」Then I said to her, “You must live with me for many days; you must not be promiscuous or belong to another, and I will do the same for you.”
4以色列人也必多日獨居，無君王，無首領，無祭祀，無柱像，無，無。For the Israelites must live many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or sacred pillar, and without ephod or idol.
5後來以色列人必歸回（或譯：回心轉意），尋求他們的 神─耶和華和他們的王大衛。在末後的日子，必以敬畏的心歸向耶和華，領受他的恩惠。Afterward, the people of Israel will return and seek the LORD their God and David their king. They will come trembling to the LORD and to His goodness in the last days.
