1耶和華的話臨到我說：And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
2「人子啊，你要面向地的歌革，就是、米設、土巴的王發預言攻擊他，“Son of man, set your face against Gog of the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal. Prophesy against him
3說主耶和華如此說：羅施、米設、土巴的王歌革啊，我與你為敵。and declare that this is what the Lord GOD says: Behold, I am against you, O Gog, chief prince of Meshech and Tubal.
4我必用鉤子鉤住你的，調轉你，將你和你的軍兵、馬匹、馬兵帶出來，都，成了大隊，有大小盾牌，各拿刀劍。I will turn you around, put hooks in your jaws, and bring you out with all your army—your horses, your horsemen in full armor, and a great company armed with shields and bucklers, all brandishing their swords.
5波斯人、，和弗人（又作利比亞人），各拿盾牌，頭上戴盔；Persia, Cush, and Put will accompany them, all with shields and helmets,
6歌篾人和他的軍隊，北方極處的族和他的軍隊，這許多國的民都同著你。as well as Gomer with all its troops, and Beth-togarmah from the far north with all its troops—the many nations with you.
7「那聚集到你這裡的各隊都當準備；你自己也要準備，作他們的大帥。Get ready; prepare yourself, you and all your company gathered around you; you will be their guard.
8過了多日，你必被差派。到末後之年，你必來到脫離刀劍從列國收回之地，到以色列常久荒涼的山上；但那從列國中招聚出來的必在其上安然居住。After a long time you will be summoned. In the latter years you will enter a land that has recovered from war, whose people were gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate. They had been brought out from the nations, and all now dwell securely.
9你和你的軍隊，並同著你許多國的民，必如暴風上來，如密雲遮蓋地面。」You and all your troops, and many peoples with you will go up, advancing like a thunderstorm; you will be like a cloud covering the land.
10主耶和華如此說：「到那時，你心必起意念，圖謀惡計，This is what the Lord GOD says: On that day, thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will devise an evil plan.
11說：『我要上那無城牆的鄉村，我要到那安靜的民那裡，他們都沒有城牆，無門、無，安然居住。You will say, ‘I will go up against a land of unwalled villages; I will come against a quiet people who dwell securely, all of them living without walls or bars or gates—
12我去要搶財為擄物，奪貨為掠物，反手攻擊那從前荒涼、現在有人居住之地，又攻擊那住世界中間、從列國招聚、得了牲畜財貨的民。』in order to seize the spoil and carry off the plunder, to turn a hand against the desolate places now inhabited and against a people gathered from the nations, who have acquired livestock and possessions and who live at the center of the land.’
13示巴人、底但人、的客商，和其間的都必問你說：『你來要搶財為擄物嗎？你聚集軍隊要奪貨為掠物嗎？要奪取金銀，擄去牲畜、財貨嗎？要搶奪許多財寶為擄物嗎？』Sheba and Dedan and the merchants of Tarshish with all its villages will ask, ‘Have you come to capture the plunder? Have you assembled your hordes to carry away loot, to make off with silver and gold, to take cattle and goods, to seize great spoil?’
14「人子啊，你要因此發預言，對歌革說，主耶和華如此說：到我民以色列安然居住之日，你豈不知道嗎？Therefore prophesy, son of man, and tell Gog that this is what the Lord GOD says: On that day when My people Israel are dwelling securely, will you not take notice of this?
15你必從本地，從北方的極處率領許多國的民來，都騎著馬，乃一大隊極多的軍兵。And you will come from your place out of the far north—you and many peoples with you, all riding horses—a mighty horde, a huge army.
16歌革啊，你必上來攻擊我的民以色列，如密雲遮蓋地面。末後的日子，我必帶你來攻擊我的地，到我在外邦人眼前，在你身上顯為聖的時候，好叫他們認識我。You will advance against My people Israel like a cloud covering the land. It will happen in the latter days, O Gog, that I will bring you against My land, so that the nations may know Me when I show Myself holy in you before their eyes.
17主耶和華如此說：我在古時藉我的僕人以色列的先知所說的，就是你嗎？當日他們多年預言我必帶你來攻擊以色列人。」This is what the Lord GOD says: Are you the one of whom I have spoken in former days through My servants, the prophets of Israel, who in those times prophesied for years that I would bring you against them?
18主耶和華說：「歌革上來攻擊以色列地的時候，我的怒氣要從鼻孔裡發出。Now on that day when Gog comes against the land of Israel, declares the Lord GOD, My wrath will flare up.
19我發憤恨和烈怒如火說：那日在以色列地必有大震動，In My zeal and fiery rage I proclaim that on that day there will be a great earthquake in the land of Israel.
20甚至海中的魚、天空的鳥、田野的獸，並地上的一切昆蟲，和其上的眾人，因見我的面就都震動；山嶺必崩裂，必塌陷，牆垣都必坍倒。」The fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the beasts of the field, every creature that crawls upon the ground, and all mankind on the face of the earth will tremble at My presence. The mountains will be thrown down, the cliffs will collapse, and every wall will fall to the ground.
21主耶和華說：「我必命我的諸山發刀劍來攻擊歌革；人都要用刀劍殺害弟兄。And I will summon a sword against Gog on all My mountains, declares the Lord GOD, and every man’s sword will be against his brother.
22我必用瘟疫和流血的事刑罰他。我也必將暴雨、大雹與火，並硫磺降與他和他的軍隊，並他所率領的眾民。I will execute judgment upon him with plague and bloodshed. I will pour out torrents of rain, hailstones, fire, and sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him.
23我必顯為大，顯為聖，在多國人的眼前顯現；他們就知道我是耶和華。」I will magnify and sanctify Myself, and I will reveal Myself in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the LORD.
