向瑪各地的歌革發預言

¹耶和華的話臨到我說：And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

²「人子啊，你要面向瑪各地的歌革，就是羅施、米設、土巴的王發預言攻擊他，“Son of man, set your face against Gog of the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal. Prophesy against him

³說主耶和華如此說：羅施、米設、土巴的王歌革啊，我與你為敵。and declare that this is what the Lord GOD says: Behold, I am against you, O Gog, chief prince of Meshech and Tubal.

⁴我必用鉤子鉤住你的腮頰，調轉你，將你和你的軍兵、馬匹、馬兵帶出來，都披掛整齊，成了大隊，有大小盾牌，各拿刀劍。I will turn you around, put hooks in your jaws, and bring you out with all your army—your horses, your horsemen in full armor, and a great company armed with shields and bucklers, all brandishing their swords.

⁵波斯人、古實人，和弗人（又作利比亞人），各拿盾牌，頭上戴盔；Persia, Cush, and Put will accompany them, all with shields and helmets,

⁶歌篾人和他的軍隊，北方極處的陀迦瑪族和他的軍隊，這許多國的民都同著你。as well as Gomer with all its troops, and Beth-togarmah from the far north with all its troops—the many nations with you.

末後之年歌革必被差派

⁷「那聚集到你這裡的各隊都當準備；你自己也要準備，作他們的大帥。Get ready; prepare yourself, you and all your company gathered around you; you will be their guard.

⁸過了多日，你必被差派。到末後之年，你必來到脫離刀劍從列國收回之地，到以色列常久荒涼的山上；但那從列國中招聚出來的必在其上安然居住。After a long time you will be summoned. In the latter years you will enter a land that has recovered from war, whose people were gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate. They had been brought out from the nations, and all now dwell securely.

⁹你和你的軍隊，並同著你許多國的民，必如暴風上來，如密雲遮蓋地面。」You and all your troops, and many peoples with you will go up, advancing like a thunderstorm; you will be like a cloud covering the land.

歌革圖謀惡計要搶掠

¹⁰主耶和華如此說：「到那時，你心必起意念，圖謀惡計，This is what the Lord GOD says: On that day, thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will devise an evil plan.

¹¹說：『我要上那無城牆的鄉村，我要到那安靜的民那裡，他們都沒有城牆，無門、無閂，安然居住。You will say, ‘I will go up against a land of unwalled villages; I will come against a quiet people who dwell securely, all of them living without walls or bars or gates—

¹²我去要搶財為擄物，奪貨為掠物，反手攻擊那從前荒涼、現在有人居住之地，又攻擊那住世界中間、從列國招聚、得了牲畜財貨的民。』in order to seize the spoil and carry off the plunder, to turn a hand against the desolate places now inhabited and against a people gathered from the nations, who have acquired livestock and possessions and who live at the center of the land.’

¹³示巴人、底但人、他施的客商，和其間的少壯獅子都必問你說：『你來要搶財為擄物嗎？你聚集軍隊要奪貨為掠物嗎？要奪取金銀，擄去牲畜、財貨嗎？要搶奪許多財寶為擄物嗎？』Sheba and Dedan and the merchants of Tarshish with all its villages will ask, ‘Have you come to capture the plunder? Have you assembled your hordes to carry away loot, to make off with silver and gold, to take cattle and goods, to seize great spoil?’

神要藉歌革顯為聖

¹⁴「人子啊，你要因此發預言，對歌革說，主耶和華如此說：到我民以色列安然居住之日，你豈不知道嗎？Therefore prophesy, son of man, and tell Gog that this is what the Lord GOD says: On that day when My people Israel are dwelling securely, will you not take notice of this?

¹⁵你必從本地，從北方的極處率領許多國的民來，都騎著馬，乃一大隊極多的軍兵。And you will come from your place out of the far north—you and many peoples with you, all riding horses—a mighty horde, a huge army.

¹⁶歌革啊，你必上來攻擊我的民以色列，如密雲遮蓋地面。末後的日子，我必帶你來攻擊我的地，到我在外邦人眼前，在你身上顯為聖的時候，好叫他們認識我。You will advance against My people Israel like a cloud covering the land. It will happen in the latter days, O Gog, that I will bring you against My land, so that the nations may know Me when I show Myself holy in you before their eyes.

¹⁷主耶和華如此說：我在古時藉我的僕人以色列的先知所說的，就是你嗎？當日他們多年預言我必帶你來攻擊以色列人。」This is what the Lord GOD says: Are you the one of whom I have spoken in former days through My servants, the prophets of Israel, who in those times prophesied for years that I would bring you against them?

神的怒氣與大震動

¹⁸主耶和華說：「歌革上來攻擊以色列地的時候，我的怒氣要從鼻孔裡發出。Now on that day when Gog comes against the land of Israel, declares the Lord GOD, My wrath will flare up.

¹⁹我發憤恨和烈怒如火說：那日在以色列地必有大震動，In My zeal and fiery rage I proclaim that on that day there will be a great earthquake in the land of Israel.

²⁰甚至海中的魚、天空的鳥、田野的獸，並地上的一切昆蟲，和其上的眾人，因見我的面就都震動；山嶺必崩裂，陡巖必塌陷，牆垣都必坍倒。」The fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the beasts of the field, every creature that crawls upon the ground, and all mankind on the face of the earth will tremble at My presence. The mountains will be thrown down, the cliffs will collapse, and every wall will fall to the ground.

²¹主耶和華說：「我必命我的諸山發刀劍來攻擊歌革；人都要用刀劍殺害弟兄。And I will summon a sword against Gog on all My mountains, declares the Lord GOD, and every man’s sword will be against his brother.

²²我必用瘟疫和流血的事刑罰他。我也必將暴雨、大雹與火，並硫磺降與他和他的軍隊，並他所率領的眾民。I will execute judgment upon him with plague and bloodshed. I will pour out torrents of rain, hailstones, fire, and sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him.

²³我必顯為大，顯為聖，在多國人的眼前顯現；他們就知道我是耶和華。」I will magnify and sanctify Myself, and I will reveal Myself in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the LORD.

歌革倒在以色列的山上

¹「人子啊，你要向歌革發預言攻擊他，說主耶和華如此說：羅施、米設、土巴的王歌革啊，我與你為敵。“As for you, O son of man, prophesy against Gog and declare that this is what the Lord GOD says: Behold, I am against you, O Gog, chief prince of Meshech and Tubal.

²我必調轉你，領你前往，使你從北方的極處上來，帶你到以色列的山上。I will turn you around, drive you along, bring you up from the far north, and send you against the mountains of Israel.

³我必從你左手打落你的弓，從你右手打掉你的箭。Then I will strike the bow from your left hand and dash down the arrows from your right hand.

⁴你和你的軍隊，並同著你的列國人，都必倒在以色列的山上。我必將你給各類的鷙鳥和田野的走獸作食物。On the mountains of Israel you will fall—you and all your troops and the nations with you. I will give you as food to every kind of ravenous bird and wild beast.

⁵你必倒在田野，因為我曾說過。這是主耶和華說的。You will fall in the open field, for I have spoken, declares the Lord GOD.

⁶我要降火在瑪各和海島安然居住的人身上，他們就知道我是耶和華。I will send fire on Magog and on those who dwell securely in the coastlands, and they will know that I am the LORD.

⁷「我要在我民以色列中顯出我的聖名，也不容我的聖名再被褻瀆，列國人就知道我是耶和華─以色列中的聖者。So I will make My holy name known among My people Israel and will no longer allow it to be profaned. Then the nations will know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel.

⁸主耶和華說：這日事情臨近，也必成就，乃是我所說的日子。Yes, it is coming, and it will surely happen, declares the Lord GOD. This is the day of which I have spoken.

用器械燒火七年

⁹「住以色列城邑的人必出去撿器械，就是大小盾牌、弓箭、梃杖、槍矛，都當柴燒火，直燒七年，Then those who dwell in the cities of Israel will go out, kindle fires, and burn up the weapons—the bucklers and shields, the bows and arrows, the clubs and spears. For seven years they will use them for fuel.

¹⁰甚至他們不必從田野撿柴，也不必從樹林伐木；因為他們要用器械燒火，並且搶奪那搶奪他們的人，擄掠那擄掠他們的人。這是主耶和華說的。」They will not gather wood from the countryside or cut it from the forests, for they will use the weapons for fuel. They will loot those who looted them and plunder those who plundered them, declares the Lord GOD.

哈們‧歌革谷

¹¹「當那日，我必將以色列地的谷，就是海東人所經過的谷，賜給歌革為墳地，使經過的人到此停步。在那裡人必葬埋歌革和他的群眾，就稱那地為哈們‧歌革谷。And on that day I will give Gog a burial place in Israel, the Valley of the Travelers, east of the Sea. It will block those who travel through, because Gog and all his hordes will be buried there. So it will be called the Valley of Hamon-gog.

¹²以色列家的人必用七個月葬埋他們，為要潔淨全地。For seven months the house of Israel will be burying them in order to cleanse the land.

¹³全地的居民都必葬埋他們。當我得榮耀的日子，這事必叫他們得名聲。這是主耶和華說的。All the people of the land will bury them, and it will bring them renown on the day I display My glory, declares the Lord GOD.

¹⁴他們必分派人時常巡查遍地，與過路的人一同葬埋那剩在地面上的屍首，好潔淨全地。過了七個月，他們還要巡查。And men will be employed to continually pass through the land to cleanse it by burying the invaders who remain on the ground. At the end of the seven months they will begin their search.

¹⁵巡查遍地的人要經過全地，見有人的骸骨，就在旁邊立一標記，等葬埋的人來將骸骨葬在哈們‧歌革谷。As they pass through the land, anyone who sees a human bone will set up a pillar next to it, until the gravediggers have buried it in the Valley of Hamon-gog.

¹⁶他們必這樣潔淨那地，並有一城名叫哈摩那。(Even the city will be named Hamonah.) And so they will cleanse the land.

召飛鳥走獸來赴大祭

¹⁷「人子啊，主耶和華如此說：你要對各類的飛鳥和田野的走獸說：你們聚集來吧，要從四方聚到我為你們獻祭之地，就是在以色列山上獻大祭之地，好叫你們吃肉、喝血。And as for you, son of man, this is what the Lord GOD says: Call out to every kind of bird and to every beast of the field: ‘Assemble and come together from all around to the sacrificial feast that I am preparing for you, a great feast on the mountains of Israel. There you will eat flesh and drink blood.

¹⁸你們必吃勇士的肉，喝地上首領的血，就如吃公綿羊、羊羔、公山羊、公牛，都是巴珊的肥畜。You will eat the flesh of the mighty and drink the blood of the princes of the earth as though they were rams, lambs, goats, and bulls—all the fattened animals of Bashan.

¹⁹你們吃我為你們所獻的祭，必吃飽了脂油，喝醉了血。At the sacrifice I am preparing, you will eat fat until you are gorged and drink blood until you are drunk.

²⁰你們必在我席上飽吃馬匹和坐車的人，並勇士和一切的戰士。這是主耶和華說的。」And at My table you will eat your fill of horses and riders, of mighty men and warriors of every kind,’ declares the Lord GOD.

列國要明白以色列被擄的緣故

²¹「我必顯我的榮耀在列國中；萬民就必看見我所行的審判與我在他們身上所加的手。I will display My glory among the nations, and all the nations will see the judgment that I execute and the hand that I lay upon them.

²²這樣，從那日以後，以色列家必知道我是耶和華─他們的　神。From that day forward the house of Israel will know that I am the LORD their God.

²³列國人也必知道以色列家被擄掠是因他們的罪孽。他們得罪我，我就掩面不顧，將他們交在敵人手中，他們便都倒在刀下。And the nations will know that the house of Israel went into exile for their iniquity, because they were unfaithful to Me. So I hid My face from them and delivered them into the hands of their enemies, so that they all fell by the sword.

²⁴我是照他們的污穢和罪過待他們，並且我掩面不顧他們。」I dealt with them according to their uncleanness and transgressions, and I hid My face from them.

神要使被擄的歸回

²⁵主耶和華如此說：「我要使雅各被擄的人歸回，要憐憫以色列全家，又為我的聖名發熱心。Therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: Now I will restore Jacob from captivity and will have compassion on the whole house of Israel, and I will be jealous for My holy name.

^26–27他們在本地安然居住，無人驚嚇，是我將他們從萬民中領回，從仇敵之地召來。我在許多國的民眼前，在他們身上顯為聖的時候，他們要擔當自己的羞辱和干犯我的一切罪。They will forget their disgrace and all the treachery they committed against Me, when they dwell securely in their land, with no one to frighten them. When I bring them back from the peoples and gather them out of the lands of their enemies, I will show My holiness in them in the sight of many nations.

²⁸因我使他們被擄到外邦人中，後又聚集他們歸回本地，他們就知道我是耶和華─他們的　神；我必不再留他們一人在外邦。Then they will know that I am the LORD their God, when I regather them to their own land, not leaving any of them behind after their exile among the nations.

²⁹我也不再掩面不顧他們，因我已將我的靈澆灌以色列家。這是主耶和華說的。」And I will no longer hide My face from them, for I will pour out My Spirit on the house of Israel, declares the Lord GOD.”

問安

¹作耶穌基督僕人和使徒的西門•彼得寫信給那因我們的　神和（有古卷沒有和字）救主耶穌基督之義、與我們同得一樣寶貴信心的人。Simon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who through the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ have received a faith as precious as ours:

²願恩惠、平安，因你們認識　神和我們主耶穌，多多地加給你們。Grace and peace be multiplied to you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.

神已賜下一切關乎生命和虔敬的事

³神的神能已將一切關乎生命和虔敬的事賜給我們，皆因我們認識那用自己榮耀和美德召我們的主。His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through the knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.

⁴因此，他已將又寶貴又極大的應許賜給我們，叫我們既脫離世上從情慾來的敗壞，就得與　神的性情有分。Through these He has given us His precious and magnificent promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, now that you have escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

在信心上加上德行

⁵正因這緣故，你們要分外地殷勤；有了信心，又要加上德行；有了德行，又要加上知識；For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith virtue; and to virtue, knowledge;

⁶有了知識，又要加上節制；有了節制，又要加上忍耐；有了忍耐，又要加上虔敬；and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness;

⁷有了虔敬，又要加上愛弟兄的心；有了愛弟兄的心，又要加上愛眾人的心。and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love.

不至於閒懶不結果子

⁸你們若充充足足地有這幾樣，就必使你們在認識我們的主耶穌基督上不至於閒懶不結果子了。For if you possess these qualities and continue to grow in them, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

⁹人若沒有這幾樣，就是眼瞎，只看見近處的，忘了他舊日的罪已經得了潔淨。But whoever lacks these traits is nearsighted to the point of blindness, having forgotten that he has been cleansed from his past sins.

使恩召和揀選堅定不移

¹⁰所以弟兄們，應當更加殷勤，使你們所蒙的恩召和揀選堅定不移。你們若行這幾樣，就永不失腳；Therefore, brothers, strive to make your calling and election sure. For if you practice these things you will never stumble,

¹¹這樣，必叫你們豐豐富富地得以進入我們主─救主耶穌基督永遠的國。and you will receive a lavish reception into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
