第二次數點百姓

¹瘟疫之後，耶和華曉諭摩西和祭司亞倫的兒子以利亞撒說：After the plague had ended, the LORD said to Moses and Eleazar son of Aaron the priest,

²「你們要將以色列全會眾，按他們的宗族，凡以色列中從二十歲以外、能出去打仗的，計算總數。」“Take a census of the whole congregation of Israel by the houses of their fathers—all those twenty years of age or older who can serve in the army of Israel.”

³摩西和祭司以利亞撒在摩押平原與耶利哥相對的約旦河邊向以色列人說：So on the plains of Moab by the Jordan, across from Jericho, Moses and Eleazar the priest issued the instruction,

⁴「將你們中間從二十歲以外的計算總數」；是照耶和華吩咐出埃及地的摩西和以色列人的話。“Take a census of the men twenty years of age or older, as the LORD has commanded Moses.” And these were the Israelites who came out of the land of Egypt:

流便的子孫

⁵以色列的長子是流便。流便的眾子：屬哈諾的，有哈諾族；屬法路的，有法路族；Reuben was the firstborn of Israel. These were the descendants of Reuben: The Hanochite clan from Hanoch, the Palluite clan from Pallu,

⁶屬希斯倫的，有希斯倫族；屬迦米的，有迦米族；the Hezronite clan from Hezron, and the Carmite clan from Carmi.

⁷這就是流便的各族；其中被數的，共有四萬三千七百三十名。These were the clans of Reuben, and their registration numbered 43,730.

⁸法路的兒子是以利押。Now the son of Pallu was Eliab,

⁹以利押的眾子是尼母利、大坍、亞比蘭。這大坍、亞比蘭，就是從會中選召的，與可拉一黨同向耶和華爭鬧的時候也向摩西、亞倫爭鬧；and the sons of Eliab were Nemuel, Dathan, and Abiram. It was Dathan and Abiram, chosen by the congregation, who rebelled against Moses and Aaron with the followers of Korah who rebelled against the LORD.

¹⁰地便開口吞了他們，和可拉、可拉的黨類一同死亡。那時火燒滅了二百五十個人；他們就作了警戒。And the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them along with Korah, whose followers died when the fire consumed 250 men. They serve as a warning sign.

¹¹然而可拉的眾子沒有死亡。However, the line of Korah did not die out.

西緬的子孫

¹²按著家族，西緬的眾子：屬尼母利的，有尼母利族；屬雅憫的，有雅憫族；屬雅斤的，有雅斤族；These were the descendants of Simeon by their clans: The Nemuelite clan from Nemuel, the Jaminite clan from Jamin, the Jachinite clan from Jachin,

¹³屬謝拉的，有謝拉族；屬掃羅的，有掃羅族。the Zerahite clan from Zerah, and the Shaulite clan from Shaul.

¹⁴這就是西緬的各族，共有二萬二千二百名。These were the clans of Simeon, and there were 22,200 men.

迦得的子孫

¹⁵按著家族，迦得的眾子：屬洗分的，有洗分族；屬哈基的，有哈基族；屬書尼的，有書尼族；These were the descendants of Gad by their clans: The Zephonite clan from Zephon, the Haggite clan from Haggi, the Shunite clan from Shuni,

¹⁶屬阿斯尼的，有阿斯尼族；屬以利的，有以利族；the Oznite clan from Ozni, the Erite clan from Eri,

¹⁷屬亞律的，有亞律族；屬亞列利的，有亞列利族。the Arodite clan from Arod, and the Arelite clan from Areli.

¹⁸這就是迦得子孫的各族，照他們中間被數的，共有四萬零五百名。These were the clans of Gad, and their registration numbered 40,500.

猶大的子孫

¹⁹猶大的兒子是珥和俄南。這珥和俄南死在迦南地。The sons of Judah were Er and Onan, but they died in the land of Canaan.

²⁰按著家族，猶大其餘的眾子：屬示拉的，有示拉族；屬法勒斯的，有法勒斯族；屬謝拉的，有謝拉族。These were the descendants of Judah by their clans: The Shelanite clan from Shelah, the Perezite clan from Perez, and the Zerahite clan from Zerah.

²¹法勒斯的兒子：屬希斯崙的，有希斯崙族；屬哈母勒的，有哈母勒族。And these were the descendants of Perez: the Hezronite clan from Hezron and the Hamulite clan from Hamul.

²²這就是猶大的各族，照他們中間被數的，共有七萬六千五百名。These were the clans of Judah, and their registration numbered 76,500.

以薩迦和西布倫的子孫

²³按著家族，以薩迦的眾子：屬陀拉的，有陀拉族；屬普瓦的，有普瓦族；These were the descendants of Issachar by their clans: The Tolaite clan from Tola, the Punite clan from Puvah,

²⁴屬雅述的，有雅述族；屬伸崙的，有伸崙族。the Jashubite clan from Jashub, and the Shimronite clan from Shimron.

²⁵這就是以薩迦的各族，照他們中間被數的，共有六萬四千三百名。These were the clans of Issachar, and their registration numbered 64,300.

²⁶按著家族，西布倫的眾子：屬西烈的，有西烈族；屬以倫的，有以倫族；屬雅利的，有雅利族。These were the descendants of Zebulun by their clans: The Seredite clan from Sered, the Elonite clan from Elon, and the Jahleelite clan from Jahleel.

²⁷這就是西布倫的各族，照他們中間被數的，共有六萬零五百名。These were the clans of Zebulun, and their registration numbered 60,500.

約瑟的子孫：瑪拿西、以法蓮

²⁸按著家族，約瑟的兒子有瑪拿西、以法蓮。The descendants of Joseph included the clans of Manasseh and Ephraim.

²⁹瑪拿西的眾子：屬瑪吉的，有瑪吉族；瑪吉生基列；屬基列的，有基列族。These were the descendants of Manasseh: The Machirite clan from Machir, the father of Gilead, and the Gileadite clan from Gilead.

³⁰基列的眾子：屬伊以謝的，有伊以謝族；屬希勒的，有希勒族；These were the descendants of Gilead: the Iezerite clan from Iezer, the Helekite clan from Helek,

³¹屬亞斯烈的，有亞斯烈族；屬示劍的，有示劍族；the Asrielite clan from Asriel, the Shechemite clan from Shechem,

³²屬示米大的，有示米大族；屬希弗的，有希弗族。the Shemidaite clan from Shemida, and the Hepherite clan from Hepher.

³³希弗的兒子：西羅非哈沒兒子，只有女兒。西羅非哈女兒的名字就是瑪拉、挪阿、曷拉、密迦、得撒。Now Zelophehad son of Hepher had no sons but only daughters. The names of his daughters were Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.

³⁴這就是瑪拿西的各族；他們中間被數的，共有五萬二千七百名。These were the clans of Manasseh, and their registration numbered 52,700.

³⁵按著家族，以法蓮的眾子：屬書提拉的，有書提拉族；屬比結的，有比結族；屬他罕的，有他罕族。These were the descendants of Ephraim by their clans: The Shuthelahite clan from Shuthelah, the Becherite clan from Becher, and the Tahanite clan from Tahan.

³⁶書提拉的眾子：屬以蘭的，有以蘭族。And the descendants of Shuthelah were the Eranite clan from Eran.

³⁷這就是以法蓮子孫的各族，照他們中間被數的，共有三萬二千五百名。按著家族，這都是約瑟的子孫。These were the clans of Ephraim, and their registration numbered 32,500. These clans were the descendants of Joseph.

便雅憫的子孫

³⁸按著家族，便雅憫的眾子：屬比拉的，有比拉族；屬亞實別的，有亞實別族；屬亞希蘭的，有亞希蘭族；These were the descendants of Benjamin by their clans: The Belaite clan from Bela, the Ashbelite clan from Ashbel, the Ahiramite clan from Ahiram,

³⁹屬書反的，有書反族；屬戶反的，有戶反族。the Shuphamite clan from Shupham, and the Huphamite clan from Hupham.

⁴⁰比拉的眾子是亞勒、乃幔。屬亞勒的，有亞勒族；屬乃幔的，有乃幔族。And the descendants of Bela from Ard and Naaman were the Ardite clan from Ard and the Naamite clan from Naaman.

⁴¹按著家族，這就是便雅憫的子孫，其中被數的，共有四萬五千六百名。These were the clans of Benjamin, and their registration numbered 45,600.

但、亞設、拿弗他利的子孫

⁴²按著家族，但的眾子：屬書含的，有書含族。按著家族，這就是但的各族。These were the descendants of Dan by their clans: The Shuhamite clan from Shuham. These were the clans of Dan.

⁴³照其中被數的，書含所有的各族，共有六萬四千四百名。All of them were Shuhamite clans, and their registration numbered 64,400.

⁴⁴按著家族，亞設的眾子：屬音拿的，有音拿族；屬亦施韋的，有亦施韋族；屬比利亞的，有比利亞族。These were the descendants of Asher by their clans: The Imnite clan from Imnah, the Ishvite clan from Ishvi, and the Beriite clan from Beriah.

⁴⁵比利亞的眾子：屬希別的，有希別族；屬瑪結的，有瑪結族。And these were the descendants of Beriah: the Heberite clan from Heber and the Malchielite clan from Malchiel.

⁴⁶亞設的女兒名叫西拉。And the name of Asher’s daughter was Serah.

⁴⁷這就是亞設子孫的各族，照他們中間被數的，共有五萬三千四百名。These were the clans of Asher, and their registration numbered 53,400.

⁴⁸按著家族，拿弗他利的眾子：屬雅薛的，有雅薛族；屬沽尼的，有沽尼族；These were the descendants of Naphtali by their clans: The Jahzeelite clan from Jahzeel, the Gunite clan from Guni,

⁴⁹屬耶色的，有耶色族；屬示冷的，有示冷族。the Jezerite clan from Jezer, and the Shillemite clan from Shillem.

⁵⁰按著家族，這就是拿弗他利的各族；他們中間被數的，共有四萬五千四百名。These were the clans of Naphtali, and their registration numbered 45,400.

總數

⁵¹以色列人中被數的，共有六十萬零一千七百三十名。These men of Israel numbered 601,730 in all.

按人數拈鬮分地

⁵²耶和華曉諭摩西說：Then the LORD said to Moses,

⁵³「你要按著人名的數目將地分給這些人為業。“The land is to be divided among the tribes as an inheritance, according to the number of names.

⁵⁴人多的，你要把產業多分給他們；人少的，你要把產業少分給他們；要照被數的人數，把產業分給各人。Increase the inheritance for a large tribe and decrease it for a small one; each tribe is to receive its inheritance according to the number of those registered.

⁵⁵雖是這樣，還要拈鬮分地。他們要按著祖宗各支派的名字承受為業。Indeed, the land must be divided by lot; they shall receive their inheritance according to the names of the tribes of their fathers.

⁵⁶要按著所拈的鬮，看人數多，人數少，把產業分給他們。」Each inheritance is to be divided by lot among the larger and smaller tribes.”

利未人的數點

⁵⁷利未人，按著他們的各族被數的：屬革順的，有革順族；屬哥轄的，有哥轄族；屬米拉利的，有米拉利族。Now these were the Levites numbered by their clans: The Gershonite clan from Gershon, the Kohathite clan from Kohath, and the Merarite clan from Merari.

⁵⁸利未的各族有立尼族、希伯倫族、瑪利族、母示族、可拉族。哥轄生暗蘭。These were the families of the Levites: The Libnite clan, the Hebronite clan, the Mahlite clan, the Mushite clan, and the Korahite clan. Now Kohath was the father of Amram,

⁵⁹暗蘭的妻名叫約基別，是利未女子，生在埃及。她給暗蘭生了亞倫、摩西，並他們的姊姊米利暗。and Amram’s wife was named Jochebed. She was also a daughter of Levi, born to Levi in Egypt. To Amram she bore Aaron, Moses, and their sister Miriam.

⁶⁰亞倫生拿答、亞比戶、以利亞撒、以他瑪。Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar were born to Aaron,

⁶¹拿答、亞比戶在耶和華面前獻凡火的時候就死了。but Nadab and Abihu died when they offered unauthorized fire before the LORD.

⁶²利未人中，凡一個月以外、被數的男丁，共有二萬三千。他們本來沒有數在以色列人中；因為在以色列人中，沒有分給他們產業。The registration of the Levites totaled 23,000, every male a month old or more; they were not numbered among the other Israelites, because no inheritance was given to them among the Israelites.

舊的一代都已不在

⁶³這些就是被摩西和祭司以利亞撒所數的；他們在摩押平原與耶利哥相對的約旦河邊數點以色列人。These were the ones numbered by Moses and Eleazar the priest when they counted the Israelites on the plains of Moab by the Jordan, across from Jericho.

⁶⁴但被數的人中，沒有一個是摩西和祭司亞倫從前在西奈的曠野所數的以色列人，Among all these, however, there was not one who had been numbered by Moses and Aaron the priest when they counted the Israelites in the Wilderness of Sinai.

⁶⁵因為耶和華論到他們說：「他們必要死在曠野。」所以，除了耶孚尼的兒子迦勒和嫩的兒子約書亞以外，連一個人也沒有存留。For the LORD had told them that they would surely die in the wilderness. Not one was left except Caleb son of Jephunneh and Joshua son of Nun.

撒都該人問復活的事

¹⁸撒都該人常說沒有復活的事。他們來問耶穌說：Then the Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to Jesus and questioned Him:

¹⁹「夫子，摩西為我們寫著說：『人若死了，撇下妻子，沒有孩子，他兄弟當娶他的妻，為哥哥生子立後。』“Teacher, Moses wrote for us that if a man’s brother dies and leaves a wife but no children, the man is to marry his brother’s widow and raise up offspring for him.

²⁰有弟兄七人，第一個娶了妻，死了，沒有留下孩子。Now there were seven brothers. The first one married and died, leaving no children.

²¹第二個娶了她，也死了，沒有留下孩子。第三個也是這樣。Then the second one married the widow, but he also died and left no children. And the third did likewise.

²²那七個人都沒有留下孩子；末了，那婦人也死了。In this way, none of the seven left any children. And last of all, the woman died.

²³當復活的時候，她是哪一個的妻子呢？因為他們七個人都娶過她。」In the resurrection, then, whose wife will she be? For all seven were married to her.”

²⁴耶穌說：「你們所以錯了，豈不是因為不明白聖經，不曉得　神的大能嗎？Jesus said to them, “Aren’t you mistaken, because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God?

²⁵人從死裡復活，也不娶也不嫁，乃像天上的使者一樣。When the dead rise, they will neither marry nor be given in marriage. Instead, they will be like the angels in heaven.

²⁶論到死人復活，你們沒有念過摩西的書荊棘篇上所載的嗎？　神對摩西說：『我是亞伯拉罕的　神，以撒的　神，雅各的　神。』But concerning the dead rising, have you not read about the burning bush in the Book of Moses, how God told him, ‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’?

最大的誡命

²⁸有一個文士來，聽見他們辯論，曉得耶穌回答的好，就問他說：「誡命中哪是第一要緊的呢？」Now one of the scribes had come up and heard their debate. Noticing how well Jesus had answered them, he asked Him, “Which commandment is the most important of all?”

²⁹耶穌回答說：「第一要緊的就是說：『以色列啊，你要聽，主─我們　神是獨一的主。Jesus replied, “This is the most important: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One.

³⁰你要盡心、盡性、盡意、盡力愛主─你的　神。』Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’

³¹其次就是說：『要愛人如己。』再沒有比這兩條誡命更大的了。」The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ No other commandment is greater than these.”

³⁴耶穌見他回答的有智慧，就對他說：「你離　神的國不遠了。」從此以後，沒有人敢再問他甚麼。When Jesus saw that the man had answered wisely, He said, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” And no one dared to question Him any further.

基督是大衛的子孫嗎

³⁵耶穌在殿裡教訓人，就問他們說：「文士怎麼說基督是大衛的子孫呢？While Jesus was teaching in the temple courts, He asked, “How can the scribes say that the Christ is the Son of David?

³⁶大衛被聖靈感動，說：主對我主說，你坐在我的右邊，等我使你仇敵作你的腳凳。Speaking by the Holy Spirit, David himself declared: ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand until I put Your enemies under Your feet.”’

防備文士

³⁸耶穌在教訓之間，說：「你們要防備文士；他們好穿長衣遊行，喜愛人在街市上問他們的安，In His teaching Jesus also said, “Watch out for the scribes. They like to walk around in long robes, to receive greetings in the marketplaces,

³⁹又喜愛會堂裡的高位，筵席上的首座。and to have the chief seats in the synagogues and the places of honor at banquets.

窮寡婦的奉獻

⁴¹耶穌對銀庫坐著，看眾人怎樣投錢入庫。有好些財主往裡投了若干的錢。As Jesus was sitting opposite the treasury, He watched the crowd putting money into it. And many rich people put in large amounts.

⁴²有一個窮寡婦來，往裡投了兩個小錢，就是一個大錢。Then one poor widow came and put in two small copper coins, which amounted to a small fraction of a denarius.

⁴³耶穌叫門徒來，說：「我實在告訴你們，這窮寡婦投入庫裡的，比眾人所投的更多。Jesus called His disciples to Him and said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more than all the others into the treasury.

⁴⁴因為，他們都是自己有餘，拿出來投在裡頭；但這寡婦是自己不足，把她一切養生的都投上了。」For they all contributed out of their surplus, but she out of her poverty has put in all she had to live on.”
