用口吹角

¹你用口吹角吧！敵人如鷹來攻打耶和華的家；因為這民違背我的約，干犯我的律法。Put the ram’s horn to your lips! An eagle looms over the house of the LORD, because the people have transgressed My covenant and rebelled against My law.

²他們必呼叫我說：我的　神啊，我們以色列認識你了。Israel cries out to Me, “O our God, we know You!”

³以色列丟棄良善（或譯：福分）；仇敵必追逼他。But Israel has rejected good; an enemy will pursue him.

立王不由神，造牛犢偶像

⁴他們立君王，卻不由我；他們立首領，我卻不認。他們用金銀為自己製造偶像，以致被剪除。They set up kings, but not by Me. They make princes, but without My approval. With their silver and gold they make themselves idols, to their own destruction.

⁵撒馬利亞啊，耶和華已經丟棄你的牛犢；我的怒氣向拜牛犢的人發作。他們到幾時方能無罪呢？He has rejected your calf, O Samaria. My anger burns against them. How long will they be incapable of innocence?

⁶這牛犢出於以色列，是匠人所造的，並不是神。撒馬利亞的牛犢必被打碎。For this thing is from Israel—a craftsman made it, and it is not God. It will be broken to pieces, that calf of Samaria.

種的是風，收的是暴風

⁷他們所種的是風，所收的是暴風；所種的不成禾稼，就是發苗也不結實；即便結實，外邦人必吞吃。For they sow the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind. There is no standing grain; what sprouts fails to yield flour. Even if it should produce, the foreigners would swallow it up.

⁸以色列被吞吃；現今在列國中，好像人不喜悅的器皿。Israel is swallowed up! Now they are among the nations like a worthless vessel.

⁹他們投奔亞述，如同獨行的野驢；以法蓮賄買朋黨。For they have gone up to Assyria like a wild donkey on its own. Ephraim has hired lovers.

¹⁰他們雖在列邦中賄買人，現在我卻要聚集懲罰他們；他們因君王和首領所加的重擔日漸衰微。Though they hire allies among the nations, I will now round them up, and they will begin to diminish under the oppression of the king of princes.

增添祭壇取罪

¹¹以法蓮增添祭壇取罪；因此，祭壇使他犯罪。Though Ephraim multiplied the altars for sin, they became his altars for sinning.

¹²我為他寫了律法萬條，他卻以為與他毫無關涉。Though I wrote for them the great things of My law, they regarded them as something strange.

¹³至於獻給我的祭物，他們自食其肉，耶和華卻不悅納他們。現在必記念他們的罪孽，追討他們的罪惡；他們必歸回埃及。Though they offer sacrifices as gifts to Me, and though they eat the meat, the LORD does not accept them. Now He will remember their iniquity and punish their sins: They will return to Egypt.

¹⁴以色列忘記造他的主，建造宮殿；猶大多造堅固城，我卻要降火焚燒他的城邑，燒滅其中的宮殿。Israel has forgotten his Maker and built palaces; Judah has multiplied its fortified cities. But I will send fire upon their cities, and it will consume their citadels.

不要像外邦人歡喜快樂

¹以色列啊，不要像外邦人歡喜快樂；因為你行邪淫離棄你的　神，在各穀場上如妓女喜愛賞賜。Do not rejoice, O Israel, with exultation like the nations, for you have played the harlot against your God; you have made love for hire on every threshing floor.

²穀場和酒醡都不夠以色列人使用；新酒也必缺乏。The threshing floor and winepress will not feed them, and the new wine will fail them.

³他們必不得住耶和華的地；以法蓮卻要歸回埃及，必在亞述吃不潔淨的食物。They will not remain in the land of the LORD; Ephraim will return to Egypt and eat unclean food in Assyria.

⁴他們必不得向耶和華奠酒，即便奠酒也不蒙悅納。他們的祭物必如居喪者的食物，凡吃的必被玷污；因他們的食物只為自己的口腹，必不奉入耶和華的殿。They will not pour out wine offerings to the LORD, and their sacrifices will not please Him, but will be to them like the bread of mourners; all who eat will be defiled. For their bread will be for themselves; it will not enter the house of the LORD.

⁵在大會的日子，到耶和華的節期，你們怎樣行呢？What will you do on the appointed day, on the day of the LORD’s feast?

⁶看哪，他們逃避災難；埃及人必收殮他們的屍首，摩弗人必葬埋他們的骸骨。他們用銀子做的美物上必長蒺藜；他們的帳棚中必生荊棘。For even if they flee destruction, Egypt will gather them and Memphis will bury them. Their precious silver will be taken over by thistles, and thorns will overrun their tents.

降罰的日子臨近

⁷以色列人必知道降罰的日子臨近，報應的時候來到。民說：作先知的是愚昧；受靈感的是狂妄，皆因他們多多作孽，大懷怨恨。The days of punishment have come; the days of retribution have arrived—let Israel know it. The prophet is called a fool, and the inspired man insane, because of the greatness of your iniquity and hostility.

⁸以法蓮曾作我　神守望的；至於先知，在他一切的道上作為捕鳥人的網羅，在他　神的家中懷怨恨。The prophet is Ephraim’s watchman, along with my God, yet the snare of the fowler lies on all his paths. Hostility is in the house of his God!

⁹以法蓮深深地敗壞，如在基比亞的日子一樣。耶和華必記念他們的罪孽，追討他們的罪惡。They have deeply corrupted themselves as in the days of Gibeah; He will remember their guilt; He will punish their sins.

如葡萄在曠野

¹⁰主說：我遇見以色列如葡萄在曠野；我看見你們的列祖如無花果樹上春季初熟的果子。他們卻來到巴力‧毘珥專拜那可羞恥的，就成為可憎惡的，與他們所愛的一樣。I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness. I saw your fathers as the firstfruits of the fig tree in its first season. But they went to Baal-peor, and consecrated themselves to Shame; so they became as detestable as the thing they loved.

¹¹至於以法蓮人，他們的榮耀必如鳥飛去，必不生產，不懷胎，不成孕。Ephraim’s glory will fly away like a bird, with no birth, no pregnancy, and no conception.

¹²縱然養大兒女，我卻必使他們喪子，甚至不留一個。我離棄他們，他們就有禍了。Even if they raise their children, I will bereave them of each one. Yes, woe be to them when I turn away from them!

¹³我看以法蓮如泰爾栽於美地。以法蓮卻要將自己的兒女帶出來，交與行殺戮的人。I have seen Ephraim, like Tyre, planted in a meadow. But Ephraim will bring out his children for slaughter.

¹⁴耶和華啊，求你加給他們─加甚麼呢？要使他們胎墜乳乾。Give them, O LORD—what will You give? Give them wombs that miscarry and breasts that dry up!

一切的惡事都在吉甲

¹⁵耶和華說：他們一切的惡事都在吉甲；我在那裡憎惡他們。因他們所行的惡，我必從我地上趕出他們去，不再憐愛他們；他們的首領都是悖逆的。All their evil appears at Gilgal, for there I hated them. I will drive them from My house for the wickedness of their deeds. I will no longer love them; all their leaders are rebellious.

¹⁶以法蓮受責罰，根本枯乾，必不能結果，即或生產，我必殺他們所生的愛子。Ephraim is struck down; their root is withered; they cannot bear fruit. Even if they bear children, I will slay the darlings of their wombs.

¹⁷我的　神必棄絕他們，因為他們不聽從他；他們也必飄流在列國中。My God will reject them because they have not obeyed Him; and they shall be wanderers among the nations.

茂盛的葡萄樹，增添祭壇

¹以色列是茂盛的葡萄樹，結果繁多。果子越多，就越增添祭壇；地土越肥美，就越造美麗的柱像。Israel was a luxuriant vine, yielding fruit for himself. The more his fruit increased, the more he increased the altars. The better his land produced, the better he made the sacred pillars.

²他們心懷二意，現今要定為有罪。耶和華必拆毀他們的祭壇，毀壞他們的柱像。Their hearts are devious; now they must bear their guilt. The LORD will break down their altars and demolish their sacred pillars.

³他們必說：我們沒有王，因為我們不敬畏耶和華。王能為我們做甚麼呢？Surely now they will say, “We have no king, for we do not revere the LORD. What can a king do for us?”

⁴他們為立約說謊言，起假誓；因此，災罰如苦菜滋生在田間的犁溝中。They speak mere words; with false oaths they make covenants. So judgment springs up like poisonous weeds in the furrows of a field.

牛犢被帶到亞述

⁵撒馬利亞的居民必因伯‧亞文的牛犢驚恐；崇拜牛犢的民和喜愛牛犢的祭司都必因榮耀離開它，為它悲哀。The people of Samaria will fear for the calf of Beth-aven. Indeed, its people will mourn over it with its idolatrous priests—those who rejoiced in its glory—for it has been taken from them into exile.

⁶人必將牛犢帶到亞述當作禮物，獻給耶雷布王。以法蓮必蒙羞；以色列必因自己的計謀慚愧。Yes, it will be carried to Assyria as tribute to the great king. Ephraim will be seized with shame; Israel will be ashamed of its wooden idols.

⁷至於撒馬利亞，她的王必滅沒，如水面的沫子一樣。Samaria will be carried off with her king like a twig on the surface of the water.

⁸伯‧亞文的邱壇─就是以色列取罪的地方必被毀滅；荊棘和蒺藜必長在他們的祭壇上。他們必對大山說：遮蓋我們！對小山說：倒在我們身上！The high places of Aven will be destroyed—it is the sin of Israel; thorns and thistles will overgrow their altars. Then they will say to the mountains, “Cover us!” and to the hills, “Fall on us!”

從基比亞的日子以來

⁹以色列啊，你從基比亞的日子以來時常犯罪。你們的先人曾站在那裡，現今住基比亞的人以為攻擊罪孽之輩的戰事臨不到自己。Since the days of Gibeah you have sinned, O Israel, and there you have remained. Did not the battle in Gibeah overtake the sons of iniquity?

¹⁰我必隨意懲罰他們。他們為兩樣的罪所纏；列邦的民必聚集攻擊他們。I will chasten them when I please; nations will be gathered against them to put them in bondage for their double transgression.

¹¹以法蓮是馴良的母牛犢，喜愛踹穀，我卻將軛加在牠肥美的頸項上，我要使以法蓮拉套（或譯：被騎）。猶大必耕田；雅各必耙地。Ephraim is a well-trained heifer that loves to thresh; but I will place a yoke on her fair neck. I will harness Ephraim, Judah will plow, and Jacob will break the hard ground.

栽種公義，收割慈愛

¹²你們要為自己栽種公義，就能收割慈愛。現今正是尋求耶和華的時候；你們要開墾荒地，等他臨到，使公義如雨降在你們身上。Sow for yourselves righteousness and reap the fruit of loving devotion; break up your unplowed ground. For it is time to seek the LORD until He comes and sends righteousness upon you like rain.

耕種奸惡的結局

¹³你們耕種的是奸惡，收割的是罪孽，吃的是謊話的果子。因你倚靠自己的行為，仰賴勇士眾多，You have plowed wickedness and reaped injustice; you have eaten the fruit of lies. Because you have trusted in your own way and in the multitude of your mighty men,

¹⁴所以在這民中必有鬨嚷之聲，你一切的保障必被拆毀，就如沙勒幔在爭戰的日子拆毀伯‧亞比勒，將其中的母子一同摔死。the roar of battle will rise against your people, so that all your fortresses will be demolished as Shalman devastated Beth-arbel in the day of battle, when mothers were dashed to pieces along with their children.

¹⁵因他們的大惡，伯特利必使你們遭遇如此。到了黎明，以色列的王必全然滅絕。Thus it will be done to you, O Bethel, because of your great wickedness. When the day dawns, the king of Israel will be utterly cut off.

給撒狄教會

¹「你要寫信給撒狄教會的使者，說：『那有　神的七靈和七星的，說：我知道你的行為，按名你是活的，其實是死的。“To the angel of the church in Sardis write: These are the words of the One who holds the seven spirits of God and the seven stars. I know your deeds; you have a reputation for being alive, yet you are dead.

²你要警醒，堅固那剩下將要衰微（原文是死）的；因我見你的行為，在我　神面前，沒有一樣是完全的。Wake up and strengthen what remains, which is about to die; for I have found your deeds incomplete in the sight of My God.

³所以要回想你是怎樣領受、怎樣聽見的，又要遵守，並要悔改。若不警醒，我必臨到你那裡，如同賊一樣。我幾時臨到，你也決不能知道。Remember, then, what you have received and heard. Keep it and repent. If you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know the hour when I will come upon you.

穿白衣與主同行

⁴然而在撒狄，你還有幾名是未曾污穢自己衣服的，他們要穿白衣與我同行，因為他們是配得過的。But you do have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their garments, and because they are worthy, they will walk with Me in white.

給非拉鐵非教會

⁷「你要寫信給非拉鐵非教會的使者，說：『那聖潔、真實、拿著大衛的鑰匙、開了就沒有人能關、關了就沒有人能開的，說：To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These are the words of the One who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open.

敞開的門

⁸我知道你的行為，你略有一點力量，也曾遵守我的道，沒有棄絕我的名。看哪，我在你面前給你一個敞開的門，是無人能關的。I know your deeds. Behold, I have placed before you an open door, which no one can shut. I know that you have only a little strength, yet you have kept My word and have not denied My name.

⁹那撒但一會的，自稱是猶太人，其實不是猶太人，乃是說謊話的，我要使他們來，在你腳前下拜，也使他們知道我是已經愛你了。As for those who belong to the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews but are liars instead, I will make them come and bow down at your feet, and they will know that I love you.

保守你免去試煉

¹⁰你既遵守我忍耐的道，我必在普天下人受試煉的時候，保守你免去你的試煉。Because you have kept My command to persevere, I will also keep you from the hour of testing that is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.

¹¹我必快來，你要持守你所有的，免得人奪去你的冠冕。I am coming soon. Hold fast to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.

在神殿中作柱子

¹²得勝的，我要叫他在我　神殿中作柱子，他也必不再從那裡出去。我又要將我　神的名和我　神城的名（這城就是從天上、從我　神那裡降下來的新耶路撒冷），並我的新名，都寫在他上面。The one who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he will never again leave it. 給老底嘉教會

¹⁴「你要寫信給老底嘉教會的使者，說：『那為阿們的，為誠信真實見證的，在　神創造萬物之上為元首的，說：To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Originator of God’s creation.

不冷也不熱

¹⁵我知道你的行為，你也不冷也不熱；我巴不得你或冷或熱。I know your deeds; you are neither cold nor hot. How I wish you were one or the other!

¹⁶你既如溫水，也不冷也不熱，所以我必從我口中把你吐出去。So because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to vomit you out of My mouth!

買金子、白衣和眼藥

¹⁸我勸你向我買火煉的金子，叫你富足；又買白衣穿上，叫你赤身的羞恥不露出來；又買眼藥擦你的眼睛，使你能看見。I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, white garments so that you may be clothed and your shameful nakedness not exposed, and salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see.

與主同坐寶座
