十二個軍班按月輪值

¹以色列人的族長、千夫長、百夫長，和官長都分定班次，每班是二萬四千人，週年按月輪流，替換出入服事王。This is the list of the Israelites—the heads of families, the commanders of thousands and of hundreds, and their officers who served the king in every matter concerning the divisions on rotating military duty each month throughout the year. There were 24,000 men in each division:

²正月第一班的班長是撒巴第業的兒子雅朔班；他班內有二萬四千人。Jashobeam son of Zabdiel was in charge of the first division, which was assigned the first month. There were 24,000 men in his division.

³他是法勒斯的子孫，統管正月班的一切軍長。He was a descendant of Perez and chief of all the army commanders for the first month.

⁴二月的班長是亞哈希人朵代，還有副官密基羅；他班內有二萬四千人。Dodai the Ahohite was in charge of the division for the second month, and Mikloth was the leader. There were 24,000 men in his division.

⁵三月第三班的班長（原文是軍長；下同）是祭司耶何耶大的兒子比拿雅；他班內有二萬四千人。The third army commander, as chief for the third month, was Benaiah son of Jehoiada the priest. There were 24,000 men in his division.

⁶這比拿雅是那三十人中的勇士，管理那三十人；他班內又有他兒子暗米薩拔。This Benaiah was mighty among the Thirty and was over the Thirty, and his son Ammizabad was in charge of his division.

⁷四月第四班的班長是約押的兄弟亞撒黑。接續他的是他兒子西巴第雅；他班內有二萬四千人。The fourth, for the fourth month, was Joab’s brother Asahel, and his son Zebadiah was commander after him. There were 24,000 men in his division.

⁸五月第五班的班長是伊斯拉人珊合；他班內有二萬四千人。The fifth, for the fifth month, was the commander Shamhuth the Izrahite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

⁹六月第六班的班長是提哥亞人益吉的兒子以拉；他班內有二萬四千人。The sixth, for the sixth month, was Ira son of Ikkesh the Tekoite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

¹⁰七月第七班的班長是以法蓮族比倫人希利斯；他班內有二萬四千人。The seventh, for the seventh month, was Helez the Pelonite, an Ephraimite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

¹¹八月第八班的班長是謝拉族戶沙人西比該；他班內有二萬四千人。The eighth, for the eighth month, was Sibbecai the Hushathite, a Zerahite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

¹²九月第九班的班長是便雅憫族亞拿突人亞比以謝；他班內有二萬四千人。The ninth, for the ninth month, was Abiezer the Anathothite, a Benjamite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

¹³十月第十班的班長是謝拉族尼陀法人瑪哈萊；他班內有二萬四千人。The tenth, for the tenth month, was Maharai the Netophathite, a Zerahite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

¹⁴十一月第十一班的班長是以法蓮族比拉頓人比拿雅；他班內有二萬四千人。The eleventh, for the eleventh month, was Benaiah the Pirathonite, an Ephraimite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

¹⁵十二月第十二班的班長是俄陀聶族尼陀法人黑玳；他班內有二萬四千人。The twelfth, for the twelfth month, was Heldai the Netophathite, from the family of Othniel. There were 24,000 men in his division.

各支派的首領

¹⁶管理以色列眾支派的記在下面：管流便人的是細基利的兒子以利以謝；管西緬人的是瑪迦的兒子示法提雅；These officers were in charge of the tribes of Israel: Over the Reubenites was Eliezer son of Zichri; over the Simeonites was Shephatiah son of Maacah;

¹⁷管利未人的是基母利的兒子哈沙比雅；管亞倫子孫的是撒督；over Levi was Hashabiah son of Kemuel; over Aaron was Zadok;

¹⁸管猶大人的是大衛的一個哥哥以利戶，管以薩迦人的是米迦勒的兒子暗利；over Judah was Elihu, one of David’s brothers; over Issachar was Omri son of Michael;

¹⁹管西布倫人的是俄巴第雅的兒子伊施瑪雅；管拿弗他利人的是亞斯列的兒子耶利摩；over Zebulun was Ishmaiah son of Obadiah; over Naphtali was Jerimoth son of Azriel;

²⁰管以法蓮人的是阿撒細雅的兒子何細亞；管瑪拿西半支派的是毘大雅的兒子約珥；over the Ephraimites was Hoshea son of Azaziah; over one of the half-tribes of Manasseh was Joel son of Pedaiah;

²¹管基列地瑪拿西那半支派的是撒迦利亞的兒子易多；管便雅憫人的是押尼珥的兒子雅西業；over the half-tribe of Manasseh in Gilead was Iddo son of Zechariah; over Benjamin was Jaasiel son of Abner;

²²管但人的是耶羅罕的兒子亞薩列。以上是以色列眾支派的首領。and over Dan was Azarel son of Jeroham. These were the leaders of the tribes of Israel.

沒有點完的人口數

²³以色列人二十歲以內的，大衛沒有記其數目；因耶和華曾應許說，必加增以色列人如天上的星那樣多。David did not count the men aged twenty or under, because the LORD had said that He would make Israel as numerous as the stars of the sky.

²⁴洗魯雅的兒子約押動手數點，當時耶和華的烈怒臨到以色列人；因此，沒有點完，數目也沒有寫在大衛王記上。Joab son of Zeruiah began to count the men but did not finish. For because of this census wrath came upon Israel, and the number was not entered in the Book of the Chronicles of King David.

掌管王產業的官員

²⁵掌管王府庫的是亞疊的兒子押斯馬威。掌管田野城邑村莊保障之倉庫的是烏西雅的兒子約拿單。Azmaveth son of Adiel was in charge of the royal storehouses. Jonathan son of Uzziah was in charge of the storehouses in the country, in the cities, in the villages, and in the fortresses.

²⁶掌管耕田種地的是基綠的兒子以斯利。Ezri son of Chelub was in charge of the workers in the fields who tilled the soil.

²⁷掌管葡萄園的是拉瑪人示每。掌管葡萄園酒窖的是實弗米人撒巴底。Shimei the Ramathite was in charge of the vineyards. Zabdi the Shiphmite was in charge of the produce of the vineyards for the wine vats.

²⁸掌管高原橄欖樹和桑樹的是基第利人巴勒‧哈南。掌管油庫的是約阿施。Baal-hanan the Gederite was in charge of the olive and sycamore trees in the foothills. Joash was in charge of the stores of olive oil.

²⁹掌管沙崙牧放牛群的是沙崙人施提賚。掌管山谷牧養牛群的是亞第賚的兒子沙法。Shitrai the Sharonite was in charge of the herds grazing in Sharon. Shaphat son of Adlai was in charge of the herds in the valleys.

³⁰掌管駝群的是以實瑪利人阿比勒。掌管驢群的是米崙人耶希底亞。掌管羊群的是夏甲人雅悉。Obil the Ishmaelite was in charge of the camels. Jehdeiah the Meronothite was in charge of the donkeys.

³¹這都是給大衛王掌管產業的。Jaziz the Hagrite was in charge of the flocks. All these officials were in charge of King David’s property.

王的謀士和元帥

³²大衛的叔叔約拿單作謀士；這人有智慧，又作書記。哈摩尼的兒子耶歇作王眾子的師傅。David’s uncle Jonathan was a counselor; he was a man of insight and a scribe. Jehiel son of Hachmoni attended to the sons of the king.

³³亞希多弗也作王的謀士。亞基人戶篩作王的陪伴。Ahithophel was the king’s counselor. Hushai the Archite was the king’s friend.

³⁴亞希多弗之後，有比拿雅的兒子耶何耶大和亞比亞他接續他作謀士。約押作王的元帥。Ahithophel was succeeded by Jehoiada son of Benaiah, then by Abiathar. Joab was the commander of the king’s army.

凡物公用

³²那許多信的人都是一心一意的，沒有一人說他的東西有一樣是自己的，都是大家公用。The multitude of believers was one in heart and soul. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they shared everything they owned.

³³使徒大有能力，見證主耶穌復活；眾人也都蒙大恩。With great power the apostles continued to give their testimony about the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And abundant grace was upon them all.

³⁴內中也沒有一個缺乏的；因為人人將田產房屋都賣了，把所賣的價銀拿來，There were no needy ones among them, because those who owned lands or houses would sell their property, bring the proceeds from the sales,

³⁵放在使徒腳前，照各人所需用的，分給各人。and lay them at the apostles’ feet for distribution to anyone as he had need.

巴拿巴賣田奉獻

³⁶有一個利未人，生在塞浦路斯，名叫約瑟，使徒稱他為巴拿巴（巴拿巴翻出來就是勸慰子）。Joseph, a Levite from Cyprus, whom the apostles called Barnabas (meaning Son of Encouragement),

³⁷他有田地，也賣了，把價銀拿來，放在使徒腳前。sold a field he owned, brought the money, and laid it at the apostles’ feet.

亞拿尼亞欺哄聖靈

¹有一個人，名叫亞拿尼亞，同他的妻子撒非喇賣了田產，Now a man named Ananias, together with his wife Sapphira, also sold a piece of property.

²把價銀私自留下幾分，他的妻子也知道，其餘的幾分拿來放在使徒腳前。With his wife’s full knowledge, he kept back some of the proceeds for himself, but brought a portion and laid it at the apostles’ feet.

³彼得說：「亞拿尼亞！為甚麼撒但充滿了你的心，叫你欺哄聖靈，把田地的價銀私自留下幾分呢？Then Peter said, “Ananias, how is it that Satan has filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and withhold some of the proceeds from the land?

⁴田地還沒有賣，不是你自己的嗎？既賣了，價銀不是你作主嗎？你怎麼心裡起這意念呢？你不是欺哄人，是欺哄　神了。」Did it not belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, was it not at your disposal? How could you conceive such a deed in your heart? You have not lied to men, but to God!”

⁵亞拿尼亞聽見這話，就仆倒，斷了氣；聽見的人都甚懼怕。On hearing these words, Ananias fell down and died. And great fear came over all who heard what had happened.

⁶有些少年人起來，把他包裹，抬出去埋葬了。Then the young men stepped forward, wrapped up his body, and carried him out and buried him.

撒非喇也倒地而死

⁷約過了三小時，他的妻子進來，還不知道這事。About three hours later his wife also came in, unaware of what had happened.

⁸彼得對她說：「你告訴我，你們賣田地的價銀就是這些嗎？」她說：「就是這些。」“Tell me,” said Peter, “is this the price you and your husband got for the land?” “Yes,” she answered, “that is the price.”

⁹彼得說：「你們為甚麼同心試探主的靈呢？埋葬你丈夫之人的腳已到門口，他們也要把你抬出去。」“How could you agree to test the Spirit of the Lord?” Peter replied. “Look, the feet of the men who buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out also.”

¹⁰婦人立刻仆倒在彼得腳前，斷了氣。那些少年人進來，見她已經死了，就抬出去，埋在她丈夫旁邊。At that instant she fell down at his feet and died. Then the young men came in and, finding her dead, carried her out and buried her beside her husband.

¹¹全教會和聽見這事的人都甚懼怕。And great fear came over the whole church and all who heard about these events.
