這就是耶和華神的殿

¹大衛說：「這就是耶和華　神的殿，為以色列人獻燔祭的壇。」Then David said, “Here shall be the house of the LORD God, as well as the altar of burnt offering for Israel.”

大衛預備建殿的材料

²大衛吩咐聚集住以色列地的外邦人，從其中派石匠鑿石頭，要建造　神的殿。So David gave orders to gather the foreigners in the land of Israel, from whom he appointed stonecutters to prepare finished stones for building the house of God.

³大衛預備許多鐵做門上的釘子和鉤子，又預備許多銅，多得無法可稱；David provided a large quantity of iron to make the nails for the doors of the gateways and for the fittings, together with more bronze than could be weighed

⁴又預備無數的香柏木，因為西頓人和泰爾人給大衛運了許多香柏木來。and more cedar logs than could be counted; for the Sidonians and Tyrians had brought a large quantity of cedar logs to David.

⁵大衛說：「我兒子所羅門還年幼嬌嫩，要為耶和華建造的殿宇必須高大輝煌，使名譽榮耀傳遍萬國；所以我要為殿預備材料。」於是，大衛在未死之先預備的材料甚多。And David said, “My son Solomon is young and inexperienced, and the house to be built for the LORD must be exceedingly magnificent—famous and glorious throughout all lands. Therefore I must make preparations for it.” So David made lavish preparations before his death.

囑咐所羅門建殿

⁶大衛召了他兒子所羅門來，囑咐他給耶和華─以色列的　神建造殿宇，Then David called for his son Solomon and instructed him to build a house for the LORD, the God of Israel.

⁷對所羅門說：「我兒啊，我心裡本想為耶和華─我　神的名建造殿宇，“My son,” said David to Solomon, “it was in my heart to build a house for the Name of the LORD my God,

⁸只是耶和華的話臨到我說：『你流了多人的血，打了多次大仗，你不可為我的名建造殿宇，因為你在我眼前使多人的血流在地上。but this word of the LORD came to me: ‘You have shed much blood and waged great wars. You are not to build a house for My Name because you have shed so much blood on the ground before Me.

⁹你要生一個兒子，他必作太平的人；我必使他安靜，不被四圍的仇敵擾亂。他的名要叫所羅門（就是太平的意思）。他在位的日子，我必使以色列人平安康泰。But a son will be born to you who will be a man of rest. I will give him rest from all his enemies on every side; for his name will be Solomon, and I will grant to Israel peace and quiet during his reign.

¹⁰他必為我的名建造殿宇。他要作我的子；我要作他的父。他作以色列王；我必堅定他的國位，直到永遠。』He is the one who will build a house for My Name. He will be My son, and I will be his Father. And I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel forever.’

¹¹我兒啊，現今願耶和華與你同在，使你亨通，照他指著你說的話，建造耶和華─你　神的殿。Now, my son, may the LORD be with you, and may you succeed in building the house of the LORD your God, as He said you would.

¹²但願耶和華賜你聰明智慧，好治理以色列國，遵行耶和華─你　神的律法。Above all, may the LORD give you insight and understanding when He puts you in command over Israel, so that you may keep the Law of the LORD your God.

¹³你若謹守遵行耶和華藉摩西吩咐以色列的律例典章，就得亨通。你當剛強壯膽，不要懼怕，也不要驚惶。Then you will succeed, if you carefully follow the statutes and ordinances that the LORD commanded Moses for Israel. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged.

¹⁴我在困難之中為耶和華的殿預備了金子十萬他連得，銀子一百萬他連得，銅和鐵多得無法可稱；我也預備了木頭、石頭，你還可以增添。Now behold, I have taken great pains to provide for the house of the LORD—100,000 talents of gold, 1,000,000 talents of silver, and bronze and iron too great to be weighed. I have also provided timber and stone, and you may add to them.

¹⁵你有許多匠人，就是石匠、木匠，和一切能做各樣工的巧匠，You also have many workers: stonecutters, masons, carpenters, and men skilled in every kind of work—

¹⁶並有無數的金銀銅鐵。你當起來辦事，願耶和華與你同在。」in gold and silver, bronze and iron—craftsmen beyond number. Now begin the work, and may the LORD be with you.”

吩咐眾首領幫助所羅門

¹⁷大衛又吩咐以色列的眾首領幫助他兒子所羅門，說：Then David ordered all the leaders of Israel to help his son Solomon:

¹⁸「耶和華─你們的　神不是與你們同在嗎？不是叫你們四圍都平安嗎？因他已將這地的居民交在我手中，這地就在耶和華與他百姓面前制伏了。“Is not the LORD your God with you, and has He not granted you rest on every side? For He has given the inhabitants of the land into my hand, and the land has been subdued before the LORD and His people.

¹⁹現在你們應當立定心意，尋求耶和華─你們的　神；也當起來建造耶和華　神的聖所，好將耶和華的約櫃和供奉　神的聖器皿都搬進為耶和華名建造的殿裡。Now set your heart and soul to seek the LORD your God. Begin building the sanctuary of the LORD God, so that you may bring the ark of the covenant of the LORD and the holy articles of God into the temple that will be built for the Name of the LORD.”

立所羅門作王，數點利未人

¹大衛年紀老邁，日子滿足，就立他兒子所羅門作以色列的王。When David was old and full of years, he installed his son Solomon as king over Israel.

²大衛招聚以色列的眾首領和祭司利未人。Then he gathered all the leaders of Israel, as well as the priests and Levites.

³利未人從三十歲以外的都被數點，他們男丁的數目共有三萬八千；The Levites thirty years of age or older were counted, and the total number of men was 38,000.

⁴其中有二萬四千人管理耶和華殿的事，有六千人作官長和士師，“Of these,” said David, “24,000 are to oversee the work of the house of the LORD, 6,000 are to be officers and judges,

⁵有四千人作守門的，又有四千人用大衛所做的樂器頌讚耶和華。4,000 are to be gatekeepers, and 4,000 are to praise the LORD with the instruments I have made for giving praise.”

利未人的班次：革順

⁶大衛將利未人革順、哥轄、米拉利的子孫分了班次。Then David divided the Levites into divisions according to the sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

⁷革順的子孫有拉但和示每。The Gershonites: Ladan and Shimei.

⁸拉但的長子是耶歇，還有細坦和約珥，共三人。The sons of Ladan: Jehiel the first, Zetham, and Joel—three in all.

⁹示每的兒子是示羅密、哈薛、哈蘭三人。這是拉但族的族長。The sons of Shimei: Shelomoth, Haziel, and Haran—three in all. These were the heads of the families of Ladan.

¹⁰示每的兒子是雅哈、細拿、耶烏施、比利亞共四人。And the sons of Shimei: Jahath, Zina, Jeush, and Beriah. These were the sons of Shimei—four in all.

¹¹雅哈是長子，細撒是次子。但耶烏施和比利亞的子孫不多，所以算為一族。Jahath was the first and Zizah was the second; but Jeush and Beriah did not have many sons, so they were counted as one family and received a single assignment.

哥轄的子孫

¹²哥轄的兒子是暗蘭、以斯哈、希伯倫、烏薛共四人。The sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel—four in all.

¹³暗蘭的兒子是亞倫、摩西。亞倫和他的子孫分出來，好分別至聖的物，在耶和華面前燒香、事奉他，奉他的名祝福，直到永遠。The sons of Amram: Aaron and Moses. Aaron and his descendants were set apart forever to consecrate the most holy things, to burn incense before the LORD, to minister before Him, and to pronounce blessings in His name forever.

¹⁴至於神人摩西，他的子孫名字記在利未支派的冊上。As for Moses the man of God, his sons were named among the tribe of Levi.

¹⁵摩西的兒子是革舜和以利以謝。The sons of Moses: Gershom and Eliezer.

¹⁶革舜的長子是細布業；The descendants of Gershom: Shebuel was the first.

¹⁷以利以謝的兒子是利哈比雅。以利以謝沒有別的兒子，但利哈比雅的子孫甚多。The descendants of Eliezer: Rehabiah was the first. Eliezer did not have any other sons, but the sons of Rehabiah were very numerous.

¹⁸以斯哈的長子是示羅密。The sons of Izhar: Shelomith was the first.

¹⁹希伯倫的長子是耶利雅，次子是亞瑪利亞，三子是雅哈悉，四子是耶加面。The sons of Hebron: Jeriah was the first, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, and Jekameam the fourth.

²⁰烏薛的長子是米迦，次子是耶西雅。The sons of Uzziel: Micah was the first and Isshiah the second.

米拉利的子孫

²¹米拉利的兒子是抹利、母示。抹利的兒子是以利亞撒、基士。The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. The sons of Mahli: Eleazar and Kish.

²²以利亞撒死了，沒有兒子，只有女兒，他們本族基士的兒子娶了她們為妻。Eleazar died without having any sons; he had only daughters. Their cousins, the sons of Kish, married them.

²³母示的兒子是末力、以得、耶利摩共三人。The sons of Mushi: Mahli, Eder, and Jeremoth—three in all.

利未人的職任

²⁴以上利未子孫作族長的，照著男丁的數目，從二十歲以外，都辦耶和華殿的事務。These were the descendants of Levi by their families—the heads of families, registered individually by name—those twenty years of age or older who worked in the service of the house of the LORD.

²⁵大衛說：「耶和華─以色列的　神已經使他的百姓平安，他永遠住在耶路撒冷。For David had said, “The LORD, the God of Israel, has given rest to His people and has come to dwell in Jerusalem forever.

²⁶利未人不必再抬帳幕和其中所用的一切器皿了。」So now the Levites no longer need to carry the tabernacle or any of the articles for its service.”

²⁷照著大衛臨終所吩咐的，利未人從二十歲以外的都被數點。For according to the final instructions of David, the Levites twenty years of age or older were counted,

²⁸他們的職任是服事亞倫的子孫，在耶和華的殿和院子，並屋中辦事，潔淨一切聖物，就是辦　神殿的事務，but their duty was to assist the descendants of Aaron with the service of the house of the LORD, being responsible for the courts and chambers, the purification of all the holy things, and the work of the service of the house of God,

²⁹並管理陳設餅，素祭的細麵，或無酵薄餅，或用盤烤，或用油調和的物，又管理各樣的升斗尺度；as well as for the rows of the showbread, the fine flour for the grain offering, the wafers of unleavened bread, the baking, the mixing, and all measurements of quantity and size.

³⁰每日早晚，站立稱謝讚美耶和華，They were also to stand every morning to give thanks and praise to the LORD, and likewise in the evening.

³¹又在安息日、月朔，並節期，按數照例，將燔祭常常獻給耶和華；Whenever burnt offerings were presented to the LORD on the Sabbaths, New Moons, and appointed feasts, they were to serve regularly before the LORD in the numbers prescribed for them.

³²又看守會幕和聖所，並守耶和華吩咐他們弟兄亞倫子孫的，辦耶和華殿的事。So the Levites were to carry out the responsibilities for the Tent of Meeting and the Holy Place, and, under their brothers the descendants of Aaron, the service of the house of the LORD.

亞倫子孫分班

¹亞倫子孫的班次記在下面：亞倫的兒子是拿答、亞比戶、以利亞撒、以他瑪。These were the divisions of the descendants of Aaron. The sons of Aaron were Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

²拿答、亞比戶死在他們父親之先，沒有留下兒子；故此，以利亞撒、以他瑪供祭司的職分。But Nadab and Abihu died before their father did, and they had no sons; so Eleazar and Ithamar served as priests.

³以利亞撒的子孫撒督和以他瑪的子孫亞希米勒，同著大衛將他們的族弟兄分成班次。With the help of Eleazar’s descendant Zadok and Ithamar’s descendant Ahimelech, David divided them according to the offices of their service.

⁴以利亞撒子孫中為首的比以他瑪子孫中為首的更多，分班如下：以利亞撒的子孫中有十六個族長，以他瑪的子孫中有八個族長；Since more leaders were found among Eleazar’s descendants than those of Ithamar, they were divided accordingly. There were sixteen heads of families from the descendants of Eleazar and eight from the descendants of Ithamar.

⁵都掣籤分立，彼此一樣。在聖所和　神面前作首領的有以利亞撒的子孫，也有以他瑪的子孫。Thus they were divided by lot, for there were officers of the sanctuary and officers of God among both Eleazar’s and Ithamar’s descendants.

⁶作書記的利未人拿坦業的兒子示瑪雅在王和首領，與祭司撒督、亞比亞他的兒子亞希米勒，並祭司利未人的族長面前記錄他們的名字。在以利亞撒的子孫中取一族，在以他瑪的子孫中取一族。The scribe, Shemaiah son of Nethanel, a Levite, recorded their names in the presence of the king and of the officers: Zadok the priest, Ahimelech son of Abiathar, and the heads of families of the priests and the Levites—one family being taken from Eleazar, and then one from Ithamar.

二十四班掣籤的次序

⁷掣籤的時候，第一掣出來的是耶何雅立，第二是耶大雅，The first lot fell to Jehoiarib, the second to Jedaiah,

⁸第三是哈琳，第四是梭琳，the third to Harim, the fourth to Seorim,

⁹第五是瑪基雅，第六是米雅民，the fifth to Malchijah, the sixth to Mijamin,

¹⁰第七是哈歌斯，第八是亞比雅，the seventh to Hakkoz, the eighth to Abijah,

¹¹第九是耶書亞，第十是示迦尼，the ninth to Jeshua, the tenth to Shecaniah,

¹²第十一是以利亞實，第十二是雅金，the eleventh to Eliashib, the twelfth to Jakim,

¹³第十三是胡巴，第十四是耶是比押，the thirteenth to Huppah, the fourteenth to Jeshebeab,

¹⁴第十五是璧迦，第十六是音麥，the fifteenth to Bilgah, the sixteenth to Immer,

¹⁵第十七是希悉，第十八是哈闢悉，the seventeenth to Hezir, the eighteenth to Happizzez,

¹⁶第十九是毘他希雅，第二十是以西結，the nineteenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Jehezkel,

¹⁷第二十一是雅斤，第二十二是迦末，the twenty-first to Jachin, the twenty-second to Gamul,

¹⁸第二十三是第來雅，第二十四是瑪西亞。the twenty-third to Delaiah, and the twenty-fourth to Maaziah.

¹⁹這就是他們的班次，要照耶和華─以色列的　神藉他們祖宗亞倫所吩咐的條例進入耶和華的殿辦理事務。This was their appointed order for service when they entered the house of the LORD, according to the regulations prescribed for them by their forefather Aaron, as the LORD, the God of Israel, had commanded him.

其餘利未人的族長

²⁰利未其餘的子孫如下：暗蘭的子孫裡有書巴業；書巴業的子孫裡有耶希底亞。Now these were the rest of the descendants of Levi: From the sons of Amram: Shubael; from the sons of Shubael: Jehdeiah.

²¹利哈比雅的子孫裡有長子伊示雅。As for Rehabiah, from his sons: The first was Isshiah.

²²以斯哈的子孫裡有示羅摩；示羅摩的子孫裡有雅哈。From the Izharites: Shelomoth; from the sons of Shelomoth: Jahath.

²³希伯倫的子孫裡有長子耶利雅，次子亞瑪利亞，三子雅哈悉，四子耶加面。From the sons of Hebron: Jeriah was the first, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, and Jekameam the fourth.

²⁴烏薛的子孫裡有米迦；米迦的子孫裡有沙密。From the sons of Uzziel: Micah; from the sons of Micah: Shamir.

²⁵米迦的兄弟是伊示雅；伊示雅的子孫裡有撒迦利雅。The brother of Micah: Isshiah; from the sons of Isshiah: Zechariah.

²⁶米拉利的兒子是抹利、母示、雅西雅；雅西雅的兒子有比挪；The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. The son of Jaaziah: Beno.

²⁷米拉利的子孫裡有雅西雅的兒子比挪、朔含、撒刻、伊比利。The descendants of Merari from Jaaziah: Beno, Shoham, Zaccur, and Ibri.

²⁸抹利的兒子是以利亞撒；以利亞撒沒有兒子。From Mahli: Eleazar, who had no sons.

²⁹基士的子孫裡有耶拉篾。From Kish: Jerahmeel the son of Kish.

³⁰母示的兒子是末力、以得、耶利摩。按著宗族這都是利未的子孫。And the sons of Mushi: Mahli, Eder, and Jerimoth. These were the sons of the Levites, according to their families.

³¹他們在大衛王和撒督，並亞希米勒與祭司利未人的族長面前掣籤，正如他們弟兄亞倫的子孫一般。各族的長者與兄弟沒有分別。As their brothers the descendants of Aaron did, they also cast lots in the presence of King David and of Zadok, Ahimelech, and the heads of the families of the priests and Levites—the family heads and their younger brothers alike.

使徒被拿下

¹使徒對百姓說話的時候，祭司們和守殿官，並撒都該人忽然來了。While Peter and John were speaking to the people, the priests and the captain of the temple guard and the Sadducees came up to them,

²因他們教訓百姓，本著耶穌，傳說死人復活，就很煩惱，greatly disturbed that they were teaching the people and proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection of the dead.

³於是下手拿住他們；因為天已經晚了，就把他們押到第二天。They seized Peter and John, and because it was evening, they put them in custody until the next day.

信的人約有五千

⁴但聽道之人有許多信的，男丁數目約到五千。But many who heard the message believed, and the number of men grew to about five thousand.

官府審問使徒

⁵第二天，官府、長老，和文士在耶路撒冷聚會，The next day the rulers, elders, and scribes assembled in Jerusalem,

⁶又有大祭司亞那和該亞法、約翰、亞歷山大，並大祭司的親族都在那裡，along with Annas the high priest, Caiaphas, John, Alexander, and many others from the high priest’s family.

⁷叫使徒站在當中，就問他們說：「你們用甚麼能力，奉誰的名做這事呢？」They had Peter and John brought in and began to question them: “By what power or what name did you do this?”

彼得被聖靈充滿作見證

⁸那時彼得被聖靈充滿，對他們說：Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers and elders of the people!

⁹「治民的官府和長老啊，倘若今日因為在殘疾人身上所行的善事查問我們他是怎麼得了痊癒，If we are being examined today about a kind service to a man who was lame, to determine how he was healed,

¹⁰你們眾人和以色列百姓都當知道，站在你們面前的這人得痊癒是因你們所釘十字架、　神叫他從死裡復活的拿撒勒人耶穌基督的名。then let this be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed.

¹¹他是你們匠人所棄的石頭，已成了房角的頭塊石頭。This Jesus is ‘the stone you builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone.’
